Abstract

Abstract Kauman Village is one of the villages in Kepanjen Kidul District. The geographical position of Kauman which is located close to the City Center and Blitar City Square makes the activities of the Kauman community dominated by culinary traders and entrepreneurs. Wisata Kuliner Lawu is a sustainable tourism potential and has become one of the iconic tours in Kauman Village which has been inaugurated by the government. In realizing sustainable tourism, community-based tourism is considered an important approach to implement. This community empowerment involves and places the community as an important actor in the context of the new development paradigm. This study discusses the role of culinary tourism in creative and discusses the strategies developed for Wisata Kuliner Lawu branding. This research was structured using qualitative methods and carried out using observation and interview techniques with the head of the Lawu community. From the results of the research conducted, the community service team then implemented five stages of destination branding by Morgan & Pritchard by involving local communities with community empowerment programs and supported by iconic culinary delights, namely Patria Lontong Tofu, Trotoar Lawu Fried Rice, STMJ, and Jadah Bakar Lawu. Abstract

Legal certainty in land ownership is proof of physical and non-physical ownership of land rights. The ownership of the certificate does not merely fulfill administrative requirements, and only formal evidence. The certificate as a proof of rights that acts as a strong proof of physical data and juridical data contained in it, as long as the physical data and juridical data are in accordance with the data in the relevant land certificate and land book. In general, the amount of land owned by the people of Prasung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency, both for agriculture and for settlements is still not certified. Legal counseling on land registration is very important because the natural potential and the development of such a large industry will be even more optimal if the community land is certified. This legal education is very necessary to be made so that people become aware of the importance of ownership of land certificates especially the use of land in the village of Prasung is partly used for tourist areas, plantation land, agriculture, settlements and public facilities. The response of the people of Prasung Village, Buduran Subdistrict was very positive and enthusiastic. The community hopes that things which become obstacles in registering land can be overcome.

Abstract

Prasung village located in Sidoarjo Regency is flanked by two rivers, Porong and Kali Mas, so it has fertile agricultural land that is can be a mainstay as a center for food security. So that a breakthrough in the management of development in the agricultural sector is needed through the establishment of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Agriculture that will manage agricultural products in order to provide great benefits to the people of Prasung Village in improving the economy, welfare and can improve food security. The need for community empowerment in managing the results of their fields through the BUMDes Agriculture that can also open jobs for the surrounding community. BUMDes Agriculture which will be developed in addition to being intended to increase the village's original income also has a social function. This community service activity is carried out with the method of socialization by providing understanding to the community in an effort to increase the potential in the village to support the welfare of the local community through the development of the Agricultural BUMDes in the Village of Prasung. The embodiment of the establishment of the BUMDes Agriculture is expected to minimize the role of middlemen, which often leads to increasing transaction costs between the price of products from producers to consumers. So that this BUMDes Agriculture can later help the community in the production of food for the consumption of local village community food. BUMDes in later can become a distributor that fosters economic activities in the local village so that of course requires a strong foundation in its development.

Abstract

The development of today's technology allows people to access all kinds of activities such as communication networks, online applications, transportation online, paying with a digital wallet, online banking transactions and etcetera. Prasung Village in Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency is one of the villages that has the potential to improve the economy of its citizens by utilizing the development of this technology as a forum for promoting the business activities of its citizens. The potential is honed by the existence of community service activities under the title Utilization of E-Commerce And Its Legal Aspects In Business Activities carried out with three stages namely the licensing stage, the socialization stage and the evaluation stage. Then use three methods in delivering the material, namely lecture method, discussion method and question and answer method. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the economy of citizens by utilizing e-commerce as a means of promoting business activities in the Village of Prasung. Besides providing legal knowledge related to e-commerce as a form of preventive measures to avoid legal problems that might arise from activities in cyberspace. The results obtained from the implementation of community service, namely the delivery of this material can increase motivation for rural communities to be able to use e-commerce so that business activities in the village can be known to the wider community so that it impacts on improving the economy of Prasung Village residents.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is an ongoing commitment by the business community to act ethically and contribute to the economic development of the local community or the wider community, along with improving the level of workers and their families. Companies in carrying out social responsibility, should focus on three things, namely profit (profit), society (people), and the environment (planet). Attention to the community and the environment around the company can be done one of them by the way the company carries out activities as well as making policies that can improve welfare, quality of life, and community competence in various fields. By paying attention to the environment, companies can participate in environmental preservation efforts for the sake of preserving the quality of human life in the long run. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2012 concerning Limited Liability and Environmental Liability Companies as a legal umbrella for implementing Corporate Social Responsibility is no longer voluntary or philanthropic that depends on individual morals, but rather an obligation which must be carried out because it is mandatory. The company's obligation to implement the Corporate Social Responsibility is conveyed to the community through community service activities with the target audience, namely the people of Pasrung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. Education results from the synergy of village government programs with companies in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility, namely PT Kemas Persada Internasional has implemented Corporate Social Responsibility with several forms of programs including land clearing for community access, recruitment of workers from the local community. But the people of Pasrung village still don't understand the objectives and the form of Corporate Social Responsibility. If the community understands compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility, then the community can participate in formulate programs to match what is desired by society itself.

Abstract

The rule of law and democracy carries the consequence that the actions of the government in administering the government system must be in accordance with or limited to laws and regulations and include the community as well as in the village government system. Democracy is manifested in the implementation of village head elections. Election of Village Heads is different from general elections (in general) this is seen from several things. In addition there is the dynamics of legislation related to the election of village heads so the government and the community are bound and obey the laws and regulations. Therefore it is important if the village government and the village community understand the regulation, so socialization is needed so that the same understanding occurs. Likewise with the election of village heads inVillage Prasung, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province should be in accordance with the laws and regulations that have been enacted. However, there is a dispute related to the statutory provisions governing the election of village heads, namely the prohibition of candidates who are sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that has the legal force fixed for a minimum of 5 (five) years or more to nominate as a candidate for village head. However, there are exceptions when completed and announced in connection with the conviction. Therefore, there are several results of the analysis that then arise, among others, it is correct that the organizer of the election of the village head if the implementation of compliance with applicable regulations, there is less explicit meaning of the exclusion in the terms of the prohibition of the convicted or after serving a crime.

Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities that have been carried out in the PKK RT / RW 005/005 Manukan Kulon group, Surabaya. This community service activity is held with the consideration that the author as an academic feels the need to participate in parsing the economic problems in society caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created many unemployment clusters due to layoffs from closed businesses, as well as macroeconomic impacts that affect the economic conditions of the Indonesian State, require the contribution of solutions from all parties, including academics who have the dharma of community service. Business management literacy andlegality are e-commerce implemented as a means of providing understanding to the community and building PKK groups that are legally aware and smart in managing their business by utilizing information technology media.

This community service is packed with legal counseling with the theme "the danger of hoax news for the millennial generation. This is because the millennial generation is a generation that is very vulnerable to being affected by hoax news. The millennial generation is the generation that has broad access to social media. Almost every time they will interact with Social Media which contains a lot of hoax information. On this basis, it is important to carry out legal counseling for students of MAN 1 Probilinggo who are part of the millennial generation.

Abstract

Social welfare can be improved in various ways that can be done, for example, through community empowerment programs. The part of the community that can be empowered are housewives who are members of the PKK organization, especially in Wangen Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency. The impact of environmental pollution is due to the disposal of used cooking oil and is followed by an increase in the use of cooking oil due to the appeal to stay at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The existence of this makes a training program and assistance for the utilization of cooking oil waste into soap is the right thing to deal with this problem. The specific goals and targets to be achieved in this activity are that PKK mothers are interested and motivated to become entrepreneurs, to form groups of PKK members who become economically independent by producing soap. In order to achieve this goal, a community service program was carried out by a lecturer at the University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta who provided soap production training conducted by PKK women in Wangen Village. The result of this service is an increase in the skills of PKK Village women in Wangen in making soap from used cooking oil waste.

Abstract

The backgrounds of business actors in Pasar Raya Gentan are different. The majority of business actors have received the highest education from high school. The educational background of this business actor influences one's mindset and attitude in making decisions and facing problems. The lack of education resulted in a lack of knowledge of the significance of the Covenant. Business actors in the gentan market often use oral agreements that unconsciously lead to agreements. Preparation of Training Materials, At this stage, the team first makes a good and correct guidebook for writing agreements. Presentation of Contract Drafting and Review Business Contract Material, At this meeting the presenters provided socialization and understanding of the importance of contract drafting. In addition, participants were also given knowledge about the law of making contracts in business. Design (Skill Session), at this stage, participants are stimulated independently to be able to make a work agreement project which will later be applied in their field of work, Monitoring and Evaluation, after being deemed sufficient to master and understand the “Contract Drafting and Review Business Contract”, it is followed by monitoring and evaluating the success rate of contracting for participants, whether it has helped participants in implementing this training. The solution offered to partners is to provide assistance in contract design for business actors in Raya Gentan market. Contract drafting is an important element in a legal relationship. Contract drafting is a combination of two words, namely "contract" and "drafting". Literally, the word "contract" means promise, while "drafting" means designing / drafting. So contract drafting can be interpreted briefly as the design of an agreement. A complete understanding of contract drafting is very important for business actors.
