Abstract

Madiun Regency is not only rich in natural resources but also rich in human resources. Until now, there is a lot of business potential in Madiun Regency, and to create a good business climate, good facilities and infrastructure are needed as well. For this reason, strategies and policies, and implementation programs are needed to create good tourism and the importance of synergy between tourism actors. For this reason, the urgency of understanding contracts concerning business development is very much needed in the development and management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Madiun. The contract is intended as a forum for partnership in the development and management of business activities. Understanding contracts in business activities is essential because the existence of a contract can provide a reference or guideline for the parties in carrying out their business activities. In addition, the existence of a contract will undoubtedly provide more legal certainty for the parties. It can reduce the potential for disputes to occur because the distribution of rights and obligations has been regulated based on the parties' agreement.

Abstract

Gadget merupakan salah satu perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang paling populer. Saat ini, penggunaan Gadget bukan hanya bisa dinikmati oleh kalangan dewasa, anak-anak pun bisa menikmatinya dengan mudah. Tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa anak-anak zaman sekarang lebih sering bermain gadget dibandingkan dengan kesempatan belajar atau berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Hal ini sangat memprihatinkan, karena dalam masa kecil mereka, pemikirannya masih labil dan anak-anak seringkali merasa penasaran akan hal baru. Peran orang tua merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Perhatian khusus juga perlu diberikan kepada anak agar tidak menyimpang dari penggunaan gadget di kemudian hari, karena penggunaan gadget secara terus menerus pasti akan berdampak buruk bagi perilaku anak. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, apabila anak usia dini terus menggunakan gadget, anak akan mengalami ketergantungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sosialisasi mendalam kepada orang tua atau wali murid maupun anak-anak sekolah dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi terhadap bahaya ketergantungan gadget. Lokasi Penyuluhan diambil di Kelompok Bermain/Taman Kanak-kanak Immanuel Karanganyar, yang beralamatkan di Jalan KH. Samanhudi 8 RT 01 RW 14, Dusun Cangakan, Desa Cangakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan komunikasi kepada orang tua secara interpersonal dengan melakukan penyuluhan terkait pentingnya peran orang tua dalam melindungi anak dari ketergantungan gadget serta membagikan media leaflet. Hasil dari serangkaian kegiatan yang didapat yaitu meningkatnya kesadaran atau kewaspadaan orang tua akan bahaya dari penggunaan gadget secara terus-menerus serta berubahnya pola perilaku anak ke arah yang lebih positif.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime and archipelagic country surrounded by seas. As a maritime country, Indonesia has relied on its natural resources from the seas for years. It is also rich in marine resources such as fish, seaweed, shells, and other seafood that become essential trade commodities. This situation makes speedboat as one of the essential things in processing marine resources. It then boosts the establishment of speedboat companies in Indonesia, one of which is PT 4S Marine, located in Sidoarjo. The company started its production in 2016. It produces speedboats, boat fiber, speedboat aluminum, marine equipment, and wooden boats. This company has already received many orders from around Indonesia, and this makes the documents needed are still written in Bahasa Indonesia. However, when the company buys equipment from other countries, it requires filling out some documents written in English. Therefore, the staff in the company needs to learn more about reading and writing documents in English. Besides, the staff also needs to master the communication skills in English. As they also need to communicate with the sellers from other countries. This reason then initiates the community service program held by PIKAT (Pemanfaatan IPTEKS Bagi Masyarakat) of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. From the program that had been run for one month, the team had successfully identified the problems of the staff, especially in writing and speaking in English, and gave the staff training both online and offline. The program continues via the Whatsapp group. In the future, it is expected that the company staff can use English in written and spoken form more fluently so that the company can reach the international market and sell more products to other countries.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan salah satu UMK jamu uyup tradisional “mbok Yoto” yang mengalami penurunan animo beli konsumen khususnya di masa pandemi covid-19. Terlebih metode marketing yang kurang tepat sehingga menyebabkan kerugian yang cukup besar. Harapan dari pelatihan ini adalah adanya strategi dalam pengembangan usaha melalui inovasi produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini ada dua, (1) penyuluhan strategi dan pengembangan melalui inovasi produk, (2) mengajak diskusi dan mencari solusi. Menurut peserta, hasil yang didapatkan dari pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan bisa menekan nominal kerugian serta memaksimalkan laba hingga 4 kali lipat. Hal ini tentu tidak lepas dari keterbukaan informan dan antusias peserta untuk mengubah strategi dan mengembangan usahanya melalui inovasi produk.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, masks are a must-have item for almost everyone. The use of masks, which has become a new habit in society, certainly adds to the generation of waste, which if not managed properly can damage the environment. The activity is aimed at increasing the knowledge of the people of Pamotan Village, Porong District about the management of mask waste. The form of activity is in the form of lectures, discussions and questions and answers. 20 people and village officials participated in the activity. Community participation in the form of participation in socialization activities and questions asked in the question and answer session. The material presented was about the management of mask waste and about the role of the community in the management of Covid-19 medical mask waste. This activity received a good response from the Pamotan Village community and is expected to be sustainable as a form of education for the community.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has a destructive impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). In order to increase the income in Kare Village, Madiun Regency, various efforts have been made by the Regional Government, including providing Micro Business Productive Assistance and registering several MSME actors in the MSME Virtual Expo exhibition. The service activity of e-commerce is carried out using the method of socialization and question and answer with the Tourism Awareness Group and several MSME actors in Kare Village related to providing Contract Basics for MSME Actors, Consumer Protection Law, and the use of e-commerce in improving the economy in the future. The use of e-commerce today can no longer be arbitrary; several rules need to be understood by the public so as not to slip into legal problems. So MSME actors must understand the basics of agreement law and e-commerce. MSME actors in Kare Village can still promote and sell tourism products in the Kare Village area even though they are in the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions through website applications and social media such as Tokopedia and Instagram. Understanding the legal basics of e-commerce provides preventive efforts for MSME actors in Kare Village to minimize the occurrence of unlawful acts. Utilizing the website and social media for Kare Village tourism which is implemented based on applicable legal regulations for Kare Village MSME actors to restore the village economy so that the goal of Kare village to create Ecotourism can be realized.

Abstract

Land-related problems are found widely in Indonesia today, particularly related to the National Land Affairs Agency’s data of land unregistered and with no deed or double deed. Thus, government should solve them first to obtain the number of land because the data is different from the actual fact. It is related to the certificate inconsistent with dimension or the object of dispute in the Court. It means that the land deed or certificate no longer guarantees law certainty to the people. Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Chairperson of Land Affairs Agency’s Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerns Electronic Certificate. The result of discussion shows that the electronic system-based land registration will yield electronic document as the output, i.e. electronic certificate that will benefit the people through providing easy access to digital data, evidence of land ownership, and foundation of law certainty guaranty over land ownership right, and freedom from land certificate falsification, legitimate legal evidence, and the expansion of legitimate evidence corresponding to procedural law enacted in Indonesia, constituting the foundation of justice, law certainty, and benefit guaranty to Indonesians.

Abstract

State defense education ivfor PAUD children is very good. For example, in America in the era of President Obama, how to foster nationalism in future generations by visiting and inviting kindergarten children to camp at the White House. State defense education has also been carried out in many other countries in the world, one of which is Singapore. In Singapore there is a military museum, this discovery center is my inspiration. The method used is to analyze a problem by comparing the rules of other countries. If these threats cannot be anticipated as early as possible, it will have an impact on the fading of nationalism and the weakening of the nation's ideology due to the influence of other countries' ideologies that are not in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila which can affect the weakness of the national defense system so that it can be penetrated by other countries that have interests. to divide the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Kelurahan Kauman adalah salah satu Kelurahan di Kecamatan Kepanjen Kidul. Posisi Geografis Kauman yang terletak dekat dengan Pusat Kota dan Alun-alun Kota Blitar membuat aktivitas masyarakat Kauman didominasi oleh pedagang kuliner serta wirausaha. Wisata kuliner Lawu merupakan potensi wisata berkelanjutan dan menjadi salah satu wisata ikonik di Kelurahan Kauman yang telah diresmikan pemerintah. Dalam mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan, Pariwisata berbasis masyarakat dianggap sebagai sebuah pendekatan penting untuk diimplementasikan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini melibatkan dan meletakkan masyarakat sebagai pelaku penting dalam konteks paradigma baru pembangunan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran wisata kuliner dalam ekonomi kreatif dan membahas mengenai strategi yang disusun untuk membranding Wisata kuliner Lawu. Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode kualitatif dan dilakukan dengan Teknik observasi dan wawancara dengan ketua paguyuban Lawu. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, Tim pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya menerapkan lima tahapan destination branding oleh Morgan & Pritchard dengan melibatkan masyarakat lokal dengan program pemberdayaan masyarakat serta didukung dengan kuliner ikonik yaitu Tahu Lontong Patria, Nasi Goreng Trotor Lawu, STMJ, dan Jadah Bakar Lawu.

Abstract

Increasing the involvement of students in utilizing plastic waste in elementary schools (SD) is a very important thing to do. This paper aims to determine the involvement of students in collecting, sorting, processing, and utilizing waste to support the creative economy program. Instilling awareness of environmental values ​​in all school members is something that must be applied from an early age. There is an effort to encourage students to use both organic and inorganic waste for recycling so that it is more useful. This process cannot be carried out without the role of educators or prospective educators who direct, motivate and practice directly how to process and utilize waste. This study uses a qualitative research approach with interviews, observations, and documentation and uses triangulation techniques to obtain the validity of the data whose purpose is to understand and at the same time explore a real event at the research site. From the results of research on increasing student involvement in utilizing waste, especially plastic waste to support the creative economy, it is highly accepted by all circles in the school environment, especially by students to be directly involved in collecting, sorting, processing, and utilizing waste in the school environment.
