Abstract

Company sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) that is in great demand is the consumer goods industry sector. The tobacco products industry, which is part of this sector, makes quite an important contribution to the Indonesian economy in terms of state income and employment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the financial performance of companies in the tobacco products industry subsector as a tool to measure the performance of companies in this subsector so that it can become a consideration for investors. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of companies in the tobacco products industry subsector listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This research use descriptive qualitative method. The entire population with four companies was used in this study. The conclusion resulting from this research is that PT Gudang Garam Tbk. and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. has an EVA value that is always positive (>1), PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. which is always negative (<1), and PT Wismilak Inti Makmur is always positive except in 2019 which had a value of 0

Abstract

Expedition or delivery services have become a service that is growing quite rapidly in the era of globalization, the flow of information and increasingly high consumption needs, as well as the development of online shop or e-commerce businesses have resulted in an increase in the use of expedition services. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers. This research using quantitative methods is intended to determine the influence of service quality on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction in land delivery services (Study at JNE Ponorogo Branch). The author's data analysis begins with collecting and processing data in the form of a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale where alternative answers with a value of 1 to 5 are scored based on answers to good questions regarding Service Quality (X), Customer Loyalty (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2). Based on the results of the discussion according to the data managed using the multiple linear regression analysis model, it is concluded that; Service Quality influences Customer Loyalty. So in this research Service Quality is needed to increase the work productivity of companies and customers. Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction. So in this research Service Quality is needed to increase Customer Satisfaction of JNE Ponorogo Branch. Customer Satisfaction influences Customer Loyalty. So in this research the Customer Satisfaction variable is able to increase Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty. So in this research the Customer Satisfaction variable is able to mediate Service Quality on Employee Work Productivity. So the role of Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable on the affective aspects and Customer Loyalty of JNE Ponorogo Branch is very necessary

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer value, satisfaction, and trust on the loyalty of passengers of Garuda Indonesia Airlines at Jalaluddin Gorontalo Airport. Using the accidental sampling method, data were obtained from 97 respondents. The analysis method employed was multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, partially, customer value, satisfaction, and trust have a positive and significant impact on passenger loyalty. Furthermore, these three factors collectively contribute significantly to passenger loyalty. These findings offer valuable insights for airline management to enhance customer experience and maintain their loyalty

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the things that can make a company develop or not, work motivation and work discipline are factors that can affect employee performance. The aim is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT. Lima Putra Contrindo Cikande-Serang either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses associative quantitative methods with non-probability sampling methods with a population of 120 respondents while a sample of 55 respondents is calculated from the slovin formula, and this research was processed using the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of this study stated that (H1) the significance value was 0.013 <0.05 and the tcount> ttable or 2.568 > 1.674 then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected (H2) the significance value was 0.010 <0.05 and the tcount> ttable or 6.030 > 1.674 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected (H3) significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount > Ftable, (41,565 > 3.18) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion in this study can be concluded that (H1) There is an influence between the independent variables of motivation on employee performance (H2) There is an influence between the independent variables of work discipline on employee performance (H3) There is an influence between the independent variables of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

The BI Interest Rate is a reference interest rate that has been set by BI, where the value of this exchange rate changes every day and has crucial functions, including controlling inflation and maintaining the stability and growth of the country's economy. Then what about inflation itself which functions to maintain economic stability. The financial stability of a nation can also be seen from the composite stock price index. Then do inflation and the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) also have an influence on the interest rate. Thus, this research aims to analyze the impact of inflation and IHSG on the BI interest rate, which is an important thing in the country's economy. Influence analysis was carried out using monthly time series data from January 2019 to December 2023. This data is inflation data (X1), IHSG data (X2), and interest rate data (Y). Data analysis was carried out by creating a linear regression model and carrying out classical assumption tests. After carrying out all tests and fulfilling the requirements for classical assumption testing at a significance level of 5%, the result was that inflation data had an effect on BI interest rates, whereas in this study it showed that the IHSG was not significant

Abstract

The development of pharmaceutical and health care research companies shows positive dynamics, driven by innovation, digitalization, supportive regulations, and increased health awareness among the public. Companies continue to adapt to market and technological changes to remain competitive and relevant in both domestic and international markets while responding to evolving global health challenges. The aim of this study is to analyze the return on assets (ROA) and debt-to-equity ratio (DER) in relation to price-to-book value (PBV). This research uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of 13 companies. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 10 companies that met the research criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that ROA and DER each have a positive and significant impact on PBV. These findings highlight the importance of effective asset management to improve ROA as well as optimal debt management to maximize the use of equity and investments. Enhancing operational performance and efficient asset utilization can increase company value with the PBV indicator, which encourages company to focus on profitability in order to increase their competitiveness and relevance in both domestic and international markets

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) in educational institutions plays a crucial role in maintaining good relationships between schools and the community. By designing good relationships, schools can gain community support and build a positive image. Public Relations in the educational context serves as an important communication tool to provide information about the school to the public. Consequently, the community can better understand the school's vision, mission, and activities. Training in Public Relations for school administrators is a crucial step to provide understanding and enhance skills in this field. Thus, they can build a positive image of the school to the public and influence the public to choose the school as a favorite. This will help improve the reputation and trust of the community towards the school. The final result of this service is the school's ability to design effective Public Relations activities. Abstract

Success in achieving a company's goals is greatly influenced by employee performance. Every company will always improve employee performance in the hope that the company's goals are maximally achieved. This study aims to find out whether motivation, work discipline and communication simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance at the BPN office in Bogor Regency. The research method used is associative research. The population in this study is 75 ASN staff who have worked for at least 2 years, in addition to the leaders at the BPN office of Bogor Regency. Sampling uses a nonprobability sampling  technique, namely saturated sampling with the sample taken are 75 ASN staff who have worked for at least 2 years, in addition to the leaders at the BPN office of Bogor Regency. The data analysis techniques used include questionnaire validity test,  questionnaire reliability test, respondent profile analysis, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, F test and t test.  The results of the t-test showed that motivation, work discipline and communication partially had a significant effect on employee performance at the BPN office in Bogor Regency

Abstract

Your research objective, which explores the influence of social media marketing and influencer marketing on consumer purchasing decisions, is very relevant in the context of modern marketing. By understanding how these two factors influence consumer behavior, companies can design more effective marketing strategies to increase sales of their products. In this research, you can explore various aspects, including the types of content that are most effective in influencing purchasing decisions, the role of influencers in shaping consumer preferences, and the impact of social media interactions on consumer attitudes towards brands or products. Thus, the results of this research can provide valuable insight for companies in designing more effective and targeted marketing strategies, as well as understanding consumer behavior in the ever-growing digital era. This research uses a quantitative research approach, which involves collecting and analyzing quantitative data to test hypotheses and produce broader generalizations. Data was collected through questionnaires or statement sheets given to respondents, who in this case were consumers of Wardah Cosmetics products in Serang City. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which allows researchers to test the relationship between several independent variables (in this case, social media variables) and one dependent variable (Wardah brand image) simultaneously. The research results show that social media has a significant influence on the brand image of Wardah products. This shows that social media activities, such as promotions, interactions with consumers, and shared content, have a positive impact on consumer perceptions of the Wardah brand as a whole. This conclusion provides important insight for companies in understanding the importance of social media in building and strengthening the brand image of their products. This emphasizes the importance of effective marketing on social media platforms to influence consumer perceptions and increase brand loyalty

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors, consumer trust and flash sale promotions on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia market place. And to find out which variables are most dominant in purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia market place. The analysis method for testing instruments and data in this research uses validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The data used in this research is primary data with 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that the variables brand ambassador, consumer trust, and flash sale promotions influence purchasing decisions. And the most dominant variable in purchasing decisions is the flash sale promotion variable
