Abstract

Muharram month is the month for Muslims to maximize their practice by sharing with others. For this reason, the service team of STIE Malangkucecwara together with Lazis Sabilillah Malang carried out spiritual activities with the theme of the meaning of Muharram as well as providing entrepreneurial motivation for orphans and poor people in the Sabilillah mosque area of Malang. This activity is at the same time providing compensation as a give away for orphans and dhuahas. This activity is expected to make the month of Muharram more meaningful and meaningful by making them happy and encouraging them to rise.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to provide insight into new packaging designs and forms that make products more valuable while providing skills for basic product photo mastery so that they can make product photos that can showcase the advantages of their products.In this service, the methods used are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers about packaging design and product photography, training, starting with an introduction to the tools, materials, and media used as well as making product designs and photographing products, as well as by counseling and practice in packaging design and product photography.This activity is very useful in providing knowledge and practice in designing packaging and taking pictures of products as an effort to make consumers more interested in consuming the products of business actors in Kampoeng Kajoetangan, so that they are able to market their products online by displaying product photos that attract consumers to buy their products.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at providing counseling and socialization to the community, especially the people who are members of the mosque as a place of spiritual interaction. In accordance with the purpose of a mosque that the mosque is not only for worship but also to gain knowledge about the completeness of muammalah in life. Implementation of activities as expected. The number of participants is 25 people of the mousque recitation Al Muhajirin. The participants' enthusiasm was quite good, this was observed carefully listening to the exposure of the material and the various questions raised. This sustainability is expected to be maintained. Given the awareness of the islam personal to make daily activity with syariah cideas. Especially if the person have a business to gain ofrevenue Reaching prosperity is a necessity because every soul has been equipped with glory and continues to strive for it for the life of the world and afterwards. Physical and immaterial needs are their size. Provision of fulfillment of the need for prosperity is a shared responsibility through the role of the government as a policy maker and the community as the object and actor. Islam has come with all the perfection of the concept. Islam provides a great benefit, because it is held by a trusted person. The contribution of Islamic economics to improving people's welfare should be a spirit in the implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia. However, in reality this has not yet materialized, for example the practice of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still far from the concept. Community welfare is closely related to the principle of justice. If the principle of justice is truly implemented in Islamic economics, it will certainly be the right solution to reduce poverty, and in the end it will improve people's welfare based on togetherness.

Abstract

The training to make screen printing t-shirt designs and souvenirs made from ceramics at Karang Taruna Village, Dinoyo Malang Tourism Village aims to: (1) Karang Taruna, Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village in Malang able to make a t-shirt design, as well as screen printing for the t-shirt (2) Youth club (Karang Taruna) of Dinoyo Tourism Village Malang also able to make souvenir designs made of ceramics (3) Karang Taruna Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Village is able to apply the design of T-shirts and souvenirs made from ceramics into screen-printed T-shirt products and souvenirs made from ceramics that are worthy to be marketed or sold as souvenirs for tourists visiting the Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village in Malang (4) Karang Taruna Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village has the skills to produce screen printing t-shirts and souvenirs made from ceramics so that it can foster enthusiasm to start a new business (entrepreneurship). The training method used is to use lecture, question and answer, discussion, apprenticeship and direct practice methods for making designs for screen printing t-shirts and merchandise. Abstract

This service aims to map the facts of the potential and constraints of the Selokurung hamlet in order to realize the existing Agropolitan Region by using SWOT analysis. The methodology used in this research is quality. The sampling technique uses non probability. Retrieval of data through unstructural interviews (primary data) on several village officials and Selokurung Hamlet community leaders as well as secondary data related to village data. The results of this service and research are a description of the SWOT analysis and strategies that can be done to realize it as an Agropolitan area in the Selokurung Hamlet. The strategy found is a reference to be realized in a real program in the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is that the teachers at the Mujahidin Foundation can use the internet as a medium for learning. Community Service Activities were carried out on Sunday 3 November 2019 at the Mujahidin Foundation in Malang Regency. This activity is divided into several stages consisting of the preparation phase, the training phase and the preparation of activity reports. The material provided in this training covers the understanding of internet based learning, the scope, advantages and disadvantages of internet based learning as well as practicing the internet based learning process. During the training process the situation is educational, conducive and fun. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants, the question and answer process and the complete participation of the participants from the beginning until the completion of the training event so that the material can be completed as a whole.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide material enrichment on entrepreneurship in the concept of empowering the hidden potential and creativity of the core members of a household, especially for the Women's Commission group in GSJA Maranatha Malang. The activity this time the Women's group was chosen as the target audience with the consideration of women has the instinct to be responsible for family welfare. Through entrepreneurship skills enrichment activities are expected to be useful to trigger the motivation and creativity of women so they can have skills that can be used independently to help the economy and family welfare. This community empowerment activity is divided into two modules, the first by providing a theoretical briefing on the objectives, benefits and tips of running entrepreneurial activities, as well as the importance of running an independent business for a woman to improve family welfare. While the second provides enrichment of the basic single and double crochet knitting skills through the Granny-Pattern technique training, which is processing yarn by forming loops with the help of a hook bar so as to form an object with new use values. Training is carried out with direct way to provide opportunities for the target audience to practice accompanied by a facilitator and produce a product that has a sale value, and still has a potential market in the community, such as pillowcases, bed sheets, bed-covers and tablecloth. Based on the results of the training evaluation, it can be concluded that the training runs smoothly and effectively because the target audience can absorb the knowledge delivered and be able to produce the finished product according to what was targeted from the start.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting, tidak hanya sebatas ketika transaksi selesai dilakukan. Pemasaran yang menekankan pentingnya membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan disebut relationship marketing. Salah satu upaya untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan adalah dengan berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan. Periklanan merupakan salah satu cara berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dalam komunikasi pemasaran terintegrasi. Periklanan dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai media baik itu televisi, radio, surat kabar, majalah, internet, maupun melalui sosial media seperti yang populer dilakukan belakangan ini. Usaha kecil dapat beriklan dengan biaya yang relatif lebih terjangkau yaitu dengan beriklan melalui sosial media salah satunya melalui instagram. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengarahan tentang pembuatan feed instagram untuk penerapan relationship marketing. Kata Kunci: Relationship Marketing, Feed Instagram, Usaha Jasa ABSTRACT The activity of establishing relationships with customers is important, not only when the transaction is completed. Marketing that emphasizes the importance of building relationships with customers is called relationship marketing. One of the efforts to build long-term relationships with customers is to communicate with customers. Advertising is one way of communicating with customers in integrated marketing communications. Advertising can be done through various media, like for example, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, the internet, or through social media as is popular lately. Small businesses can advertise at a relatively more affordable cost, namely by advertising through social media, one of which is through Instagram. Abstract

Kualifikasi sumber daya manusia khsususnya perangkat desa merupakan hal penting yang berperan strategis dalam perubahan dan sebagai motor penggerak pembangunan perekonomian desa yang tangguh, sehingga perangkat desa memiliki kemandirian hidup khususnya kemandirian ekonomi. Sejalan hal tersebut para perangkat desa harus dipersiapkan dengan baik sehingga memiliki pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap kerja yang baik, sehingga mampu bersaing secara global. Peningkatan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan hidup berbasis keuangan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Menggunakan modul dari Proyek YouthWin through Economic Participation (YEP Project) yang merupakan bagian dari inisiatif multiprogram bernama Kunci dari United States Agency for International Development (USAID) maka dilaksanakan Pelatihan Keterampilan Hidup berbasis Keuangan yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan Hidup dan Keterampilan Literasi Keuangan yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan sebuah perubahan yang sistemik terhadap persepsi, cara pandang, kepercayaan diri, perilaku serta keterampilan keuangan. Program Ketrampilan Hidup Berbasis Keuangan ini diberikan kepada perangkat desa Duwet terdiri dari perangkat desa peserta perwakilan dari pengelola BUMDesa dan Karangtaruna yang ada di desa Duwet. Pelatihan berjalan sangat lancar dan interaktif karena peserta jarang mendapatkan pelatihan berkenaan dengan Financial Life Skills, dengan metode-metode yang interaktif yaitu: 1) Menarik minat peserta, 2) Role Play; 3) Quiz, 4) Games; 5) Ice Breaking dan energizer.
