Abstract

Inkubator Bisnis ETU Polinema merupakan pusat pengembangan kewirausahaan yang konsisten menjalankan program Dikti yaitu Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) yang mendukung pengembangan program-program kewirausahaan serta menumbuhkan jiwa bisnis (sense of business) sehingga memiliki keberanian untuk memulai usaha yang didukung dengan modal yang diberikan dan pendampingan secara terpadu dan menghasilkan tenant-tenant wirausaha muda yang dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja dan calon pengusaha sukses masa depan. Pada tahun 2020 ini kegiatan PMW telah meloloskan sebanyak 35 kelompok usaha mahasiswa dengan sekitar 150 peserta mahasiswa di dalamnya. Adapun bidang usahanya meliputi: 1) Desain kreatif; 2) Kuliner; dan 3) Technopreneurship. Pelatihan-pelatihan telah diberikan oleh Inkubator Bisnis ETU Polinema untuk menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha dan membangun sikap mental wirausaha. Namun di era digital dan pandemi Covid-19, pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh para tenant PMW masih dirasa kurang maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak semua mahasiswa dapat menggunakan dan memanfaatkan digital marketing dalam memasarkan produknya. Pemanfaatan digital marketing ini digunakan untuk membuat video dan poster bisnis sebagai konten promosi bagi produk tenant PMW. Produk-produk mahasiswa yang kreatif dan berdaya jual tinggi akan dapat mencapai sasaran konsumen yang dituju khususnya di pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan pelatihan bagi tenant Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha Inkubator Bisnis ETU Polinema, berupa 1) Pelatihan pembuatan digital marketing untuk menunjang pemasaran secara online guna meningkatkan penjualan produk-produk tenant mahasiswa; 2) Pelatihan pembuatan video dan poster bisnis sebagai media promosi untuk mendukung pemasaran digital.

Abstract

The Department of Chemical Engineering at the State Polytechnic of Malang in carrying out its function, namely carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is required to carry out community service through various forms of activity, for this reason, collaboration with the Siti Fatimah Pandaan Orphanage Foundation is carried out. The purpose of this PkM is to provide counseling and understanding of the program which is expected to be a provision for assistants to be independent and can improve students' skills. The PkM program at the Siti Fatimah Pandaan Orphanage Foundation was chosen by considering the efficiency and intensity of program implementation. Aspects of the problems that are resolved in this PkM Program are improving the ability, competence, and understanding of the target audience. This PkM activity consists of several activities, including: 1) Assistance in the manufacture of hand sanitizers, 2) Submission of materials for making hand sanitizers. The results of the PkM showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in making hand sanitizers. In addition, increasing understanding of the introduction and application of production management and marketing of hand sanitizers. Furthermore, several PkM achievements that have been achieved include: Articles published in national journals with ISSN, and publication of activities on social media

Abstract

The use of running text as a promotional media is considered very effective and can bring many benefits to a business. In Duwet Village, there is a UMK that produce several superior products, including corn rice (gerit), cassava crackers and bamboo crafts (besek). UMK in Duwet village require media that can be used for marketing media. This underlies the PkM team to conduct training in making running texts. The target in this training is the youth group of Duwet Village. The results of this dedication, it is hoped to be able to socialize and market superior products when guests or foreigner visits Duwet Village.

Abstract

The development of electronic technology requires the availability of human resources who have adequate skills. This technology can be used not only in the world of education but can also be used as a promotional medium for a superior product. Installation training and running text settings conducted in Duwet Village conducted by the PkM team for youth groups in Duwet Village. It is hoped that with this service activity, Duwet Village residents, especially youth members, are able to install, operate and set running text, so that youth groups there can use running text correctly and can use running text to market their products as much as possible

Abstract

Bumiaji village is located on the slopes of the mountains with an altitude of 150mdpl. The majority of bumiaji villagers work as farmers. PKM in activities aim to help farmers in terms of increasing income and diverse agricultural produce on partner land. Currently the partner has about 800 m2 of land that is used for citrus cultivation. Because the old citrus harvest process is about 4-5 months, the partner needs additional income in addition to citrus cultivation. The training conducted by the PKM team is: (1) the introduction of hydroponic system knowledge; (2) training to grow vegetables with hydroponic system. By knowing and knowing the hydroponic system farmers / partners can develop hydroponic systems for various organic vegetables in the rest of the land, so that the results obtained are diverse and increase the income of partners.

Abstract

Community Service, which becomes the main discussion in this article, shows the real role of the world of information technology in helping community service partners. Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage (PAP'A) Malang, as the community service partner, has a catering business and many customers from universities, or hospitals, as well as other communities. The growing number of PAP'A's catering business customers require special handling of the documentation of the expenditure and income, to this point, the recording of the cash book and the preparation of financial reports are still done manually on paper, books or using excel. This has the impact of data inaccuracy due to human error, difficulty in data tracing, or receipts and bills for data recap are sometimes missing and making it difficult to find detailed information about orders in PAP'A catering business. To overcome this problem, developing a website-based cash book to assist and facilitate information on the expenditure and income in PAP'A's catering business is required. Making a web-based digital cash book application can make it easier and make cash flow information and financial reports neater and easier to trace. The partner of this community service activity will benefit from increasing the quality of knowledge and mastery of human resources in the field of digitizing digital ledgers. This will be a provision for the orphanage manager to be able to make income and expenditure reports

Abstract

UD. Favoriet is one of the SMEs in Pandaan - Pasuruan which was established in 2008, where this UMKM produces several snack products (Kripik), including: banana chips, meatball chips, crispy cashews & oven cashews, crispy peanuts & oven nuts. These products have been marketed to several areas, including: Pasuruan, Sidoarjo and Malang. However, UD Favoriet in production still operates manually (non-mechanically), does not apply the principles of healthy and good production, as well as the conventional marketing system. At the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, as now, the condition of SMEs experienced a decline in production and sales of up to 60% - 70%. The purpose of PPM Partnership is to increase production capacity, improve product quality, improve a good understanding of production, and increase sales turnover. PPM activities, among others: 1). grant of vacuum frying equipment and sealer, 2). GMP and HACCP training, 3). training in making online marketing media (online marketing). The results of PPM activities include changes in the production system from manual to mechanical, product quality improvement, increased understanding of healthy and safe production methods, and changes in the marketing system from customer to customer to online marketing

Abstract

This community service activity aims to share knowledge related to online learning methods which is currently needed during the pandemic by using online learning media as a support for improving educational services to teachers and students in the use of the Google Classroom application at the TPQ Al- Amin, which is located in Sawojajar inside Al-Furqan mosque. The method used is a practical and educative training method through lectures, simulations, and practices Google Classroom application which are carried out offline and online through Google meets, zoom, and Whatsapp class meetings. The training materials include classroom management, teachers, students, content, assignments, and grades. The result of this activity is the achievement of equal abilities in understanding and mastering the Google Classroom application for TPQ teachers and students as a supporter of online learning so that it can run effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to introduce the concept of Planet, People and Profit in business management management at UKM Batik Blimbing Malang. This Community Service Activity is carried out in the implementation of this activity divided into 2 (two) stages including a preliminary survey in the form of observations and interviews. From the results of observations and interviews. After that, the implementation was carried out on March 27, 2021. The activities were carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. UKM Batik Blimbing Malang has actually implemented the concept of Planet, People and Profit but has not yet known the terms in detail in the concept. The implementation of this PKM can help make it easier to introduce products by combining the uniqueness of batik and the 3P concept

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan tentang Etika komunikasi kepada masyarakat khususnya kaum wanita yang terkelompok dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan khususnya kelompok PKK. Sesuai dengan tujuan dari organisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat secara intensif agar para ibu-ibu sebagai pendidik paling pertama di keluarga dan anak- anaknya dirumah serta lingkungan masyarakat pada umumnya Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab, yaitu penyampaian materi tentang pentingnya etika komunikasi dan cara mengembangkannya. Selain ceramah juga dilakukan diskusi dan Tanya Jawab untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa para peserta memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman (kognisi) tentang pentingnya etika komunikasi serta cara mengembangkan diri khususnya dalam menghadapi perkembangan kehidupan di era teknologi ini, sehingga dapat menerapkan etika yang baik dalam berkomunikasi di kehidupan sehari-hari baik di lingkungan masyarakat maupun lingkungan bisnis, secara langsung maupun melaui media sosial serta mudah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi
