Sharia pawn institutions continue to grow marked by the increasing number of financing and customers, so the potential for disputes between rahin and murtahin or with other parties is also increasing. This research aims to analyze the forms of sharia pawn disputes in Indonesia along with the rules and practices of its settlement efforts. This research also intends to analyze the efforts to resolve sharia pawn disputes in Indonesia from the perspective of maqashid al-syari'ah. The research method used is qualitative, with the research subject being PT Pegadaian Syari'ah Unit. The results reveal that the forms of sharia pawn disputes in Indonesia are disputes caused by differences in perception and understanding of the contract, damage/loss of the pawn object, differences in the estimated value of the pawn object, and customer rejection of the auction of the pawned goods. The settlement of the dispute goes through three stages, namely consensus deliberation as the main effort, through the arbitration institution, namely Basyarnas, and the last effort through the Religious Court. The settlement of sharia pawn disputes according to the maqashid al-syari'ah perspective is by basing these efforts on the principle of good faith so as to avoid arbitrary behavior and produce a settlement that brings good to all parties

Limited government budgets are a common problem faced in various countries. The Government is faced with multiple community demands that must be met. This causes the Government to be careful in determining priority programs. In deciding the feasibility of a project related to the public sector, the Government faces many considerations and problems, including sub-districts proliferation. One analysis that can be used as a tool to select programs that are worthy of priority is to use cost and benefit analysis. This research aims to disseminate an understanding of cost and benefit analysis to local government officials, especially in Tambraw Regency. This research uses an exploratory research method with a qualitative approach. The analysis method in this research is the scenario planning method; the stages consist of strategic analysis, scenario creation, strategy finding, and strategy formulation

The focus on carbon tax has been central in efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The use of carbon tax policies as a vital tool to address climate change has been implemented in many countries, including Indonesia. However, the implementation of carbon taxes involves a series of complex challenges. This research aims to examine the complexity of tax aspects that pose challenges in the process of implementing carbon tax policies in Indonesia and the strategies the Indonesian government can employ to overcome these challenges. The research adopts a qualitative approach, collecting data through literature review. It explores the multidimensionality and complexity of carbon tax aspects, encompassing policy design, socio-economic impacts, and administrative constraints. The research findings indicate the need for an integrated carbon tax policy design, focusing on setting appropriate rates and ensuring fair revenue allocation. Evaluating the social and economic impacts of carbon taxes becomes a crucial part of understanding the extensive consequences that may arise. Involvement from industries and other stakeholders in the policy design process is an essential element in addressing this complexity. The study also emphasizes the necessity for improvements in administrative infrastructure and monitoring systems to ensure that carbon taxes are not only effective but also accountable in significantly reducing carbon emissions

The Nipah beach forest in Malaka Village is used as a nesting habitat for sea turtles, which are protected and endangered wild animals in Indonesia. In current conditions, the Nipah Beach forest ecosystem is faced with development, economic growth, and the community's high demand for land so the integrity of the turtle habitat in the area is threatened. Analysis of potential changes in wildlife habitat is important to carry out at Nipah Beach, Malaka Village, and is interrelated with efforts to prepare plans and strategies for handling and protecting turtle biodiversity itself. This research aims to 1). Knowing the characteristics of turtle diversity in the Nipah Beach forest area, North Lombok Regency. 2). Changes potential analyzing for Nipah Beach forest ecosystem, North Lombok Regency as a sea turtle habitat. 3). Develop a mitigation plan for changes in the Nipah Beach forest ecosystem, North Lombok Regency as a sea turtle habitat. Measuring sea turtle diversity was carried out using the observation method, while risk analysis of habitat change in this study was carried out using risk analysis techniques using SNI/ISO 31010, and mitigation plans were prepared using the Mitigation Hierarchy. The results obtained were analyzed using risk analysis based on AS/NZS Australian/New Zealand Risk Management Standard 4360 (2004). The conclusions of this research are: 1). Sea turtle diversity on Nipah Beach consists of three species, namely the Hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), Green turtle (Chelonia mydas), and Olive ridley turtle (Lepidochelys Olivacea). The important habitat for turtles on Nipah Beach is at stations 2, 3 and 5. 2). Potential changes to the Nipah Beach forest ecosystem are divided into five degrees of change, from mild to disaster. The highest degree of change occurs if the important nesting habitat of the Hawksbill turtle (Critical Endangered IUCN) is disturbed/lost on a large scale. 3). Mitigation steps in protecting the Nipah Beach forest ecosystem for sea turtle habitat consist of avoiding, minimizing, rehabilitation and balancing

Researchers often use phenomenology to study topics that are still little known or to explore sensitive content. One of them is the resilience of a mother with an autistic child. This article aims to describe the use of phenomenological research methods in studies of the resilience of mothers of children with autism. The use of literature studies is considered the most appropriate for examining how to use phenomenological studies in an effort to explore the real experiences of resilience of mothers with autistic children. By applying the 2019–2021 filtering and using the keywords phenomenological studies and resilience of mothers of autistic children, four articles were selected that met the criteria. In general, the steps in phenomenological research are bracketing, intuiting, analyzing, and describing. However, two out of the four scientific papers reviewed did not carry out bracketing and intuition. Bracketing is a characteristic of research using the phenomenological method because it limits the researcher's assumptions about the experience being studied. The process of intuiting generates a variety of data that requires exploration but does not contribute to the expansion of the experience being studied. The incompleteness of the four steps in research using the phenomenological method may result in the mixing of the resulting data with the researcher's assumptions

Deafness is a condition where a child experiences problems with his ability to hear. Deaf children have a small vocabulary. The small vocabulary is caused by poor listening skills so that children are unable to accept new vocabulary which results in difficulties in communicating. Apart from difficulties in communication, they also have difficulty in constructing sentences. One step that can overcome the above problem is to apply the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR). The Reflective Maternal Method (MMR) emphasizes the mother's way of teaching language to children, where the teaching is carried out scientifically. The aim of this research is to analyze MMR on the ability of deaf children in adding vocabulary and constructing sentences. This type of research is Quasi Experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design, which applies five pretests and five posttests. Analysis technique for testing hypotheses using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. The research results showed a significant difference between the pretest results and the posttest results. This is proven by the output results obtained p is 0.000, which means p<0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant increase in the vocabulary and sentence learning outcomes of deaf students. The conclusion of this research is that the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) can influence the addition of vocabulary and sentence construction in deaf children
