Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects the metabolic, endocrine and psychological systems. PCOS Mostly occurs in women of reproductive age. Problems with nutritional status in PCOS patients are supported by obesogenic eating behavior. This study aims to examine obesogenic eating behavior and nutritional status in PCOS patients. The type of research used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at RSAB Harapan Kita. The sample for this study was women of childbearing age aged 20-35 years using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 33 people. Obesogenic dietary pattern data was obtained using SQFFQ (Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire) and nutritional status was obtained by BMI/U by directly measuring body weight using a digital scale and height using a microtoa. Data analysis uses Pearson correlation analysis.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of capital expenditure, balancing funds, and special financial assistance (BKK) on community welfare in 35 districts/cities of Central Java Province from 2020-2022 with a total of 105 data, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and assisted by the STATAMP 17 calculation tool. The study employs a quantitative model using secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis approaches using the HDI measurement indicator. The findings indicate that although BKK has no beneficial impact on human wellbeing, capital spending and balancing money do. The study aims to provide a deeper understanding of these factors' influence on community welfare, helping policymakers develop more effective and sustainable budget strategies to improve community welfare through efficient allocation of funds.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality and distribution channels on customer satisfaction at PT Suminsurya Machinedolestari. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and a sample size of 50 customers was obtained. The research results obtained from this research show that from the results of the t test, the tcount results for all variables are greater than ttable and the significance is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that partially product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, partially service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and partially distribution channels have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the F test, it was found that simultaneously the three customer satisfaction factors, namely product quality, service quality and distribution channels, had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a Fcount value greater than Ftable (14.824 > 2.80) and a significance of 0.000 which was below 0. 05. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that 45.8% of the customer satisfaction variable was influenced by product quality, service quality and distribution channel variables, while the remaining 54.2% was explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside of the research such as price, brand image. , and others not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The North Padang Lawas District Government has implemented a bureaucratic simplification policy to simplify the organizational structure and equalize administrative positions into functional positions. However, this policy faces resistance and discomfort among employees, especially functional officials. This study aims to determine the managerial competence of functional civil servants at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of North Padang Lawas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, collecting data through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the policy has not resulted in significant changes; besides that, there has yet to be integration of the collaboration work system, which is only limited to working on their respective roles and functions. The stages of simplifying the bureaucracy are still being adapted and transitioned.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of FDI, PMDN and the number of labor force on economic growth in DKI Jakarta province. The data used are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency in the 2018-2022 period in districts / cities in DKI Jakarta province. The dependent variable in this study is GRDP while the independent variables used in this study are PMA, PMDN and the number of labor force. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression analysis with a random effect model. The results showed that PMA, PMDN and the number of labor force had a positive and significant effect on GDP.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the health level of regional banks before and during the pandemic period 2017-2022 in the Sumatra region. Sampling in this study were all regional development banks in the Sumatra region, totaling 8 banks. This research analysis uses the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capitals). The results of this study indicate that the health level of regional development banks for the 2017-2022 period is 90.38%, overall the condition of the Bank is in a very healthy condition while for bank health in the pre-covid period (2017-2019) of 89.30% and during the pandemic period (2020-2022) of 91.52%, from the results of this study it is stated that there is a growth in the level of bank health before and during the pandemic of 2.22%. This study also analyzed the T test to find differences before and during the pandemic using variables (NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM and CAR) for the LDR, NIM and CAR variables showed significantly different while for the GCG variable using the Wilcoxon test it was found to be significantly different before and during the pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Self-efficacy, Leadership, and Business Experience on Entrepreneurial Performance with Innovative Behavior as an Intervening Variable in the Branch Management of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Medan City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods to study young entrepreneurs in the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Medan City. This study used probability sampling and the Slovin formula to select 350 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and secondary sources such as literature and journals. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance in BPC Hipmi Medan City, while leadership has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance. Business experience also has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. However, self-efficacy hurts innovative behavior. This research shows that entrepreneurs in HIPMI Medan City need high self-efficacy, digital technology for innovation, and creative ideas. Leadership is essential to coordinate business goals, improve performance quality, and accept criticism to sustain the market and maintain market share.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises are the main pillars of economic development. The existence of MSMEs in Medan City is still vulnerable to various factors that affect performance. MSMEs often need help with entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and utilization of information technology, which impact low competitive advantage. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and utilization of information technology on business performance through competitive advantage in handicraft businesses assisted by the Office of SME Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach as a research method. The population in this study were handicraft business actors assisted by the Office of SME Cooperatives, Industry, and Trade of Medan City, totaling 95 respondents—data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and path analysis using Smart PLS. The results showed that Entrepreneurial Competence, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Information Technology Utilization on Performance through Competitive Advantage in Handicraft Businesses Assisted by the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade of Medan City all research variables have a positive and significant influence variables.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of board of directors' environmental concerns on financial performance. This is the first examination of how board characteristics, focusing on environmental performance as an intervening factor, affect financial performance. This study specifically considers the context of the Indonesian capital market. The level of environmental concern is assessed by examining the characteristics and background of the board of directors with respect to environmental considerations. Multiple regression analysis methods are used to explore relationships between variables. This study used samples and data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020 to 2022. The findings showed that the board's emphasis on environmental issues did not produce a statistically significant impact on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand cultural interactions in Pertamina's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This research uses an interpretive perspective and netnography as research methodology. Data collection uses a passive approach through multiple online platforms, namely Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using coding, noting and abstracting. The research results show that Pertamina's CSR program generates various responses and interactions among the community. First, the view 'without money you are nothing". Second, accounting treatment. Third, scarcity. Fourth, the concept of trade monopoly. Fifth, be careful (tabayun). Sixth, having bad prejudice (suudzon). Seventh, swearing. Lastly, positive comments in the form of: appreciation, support and hope. By involving the community in the decision process and design of CSR programs, this research can contribute to the empowerment of society as a whole. The implication is to create a more balanced relationship between companies and society, where society feels they have a stake in positive change.
