Abstract

This paper aims to illustrate the crucial role of trust in building and maintaining customer loyalty in a business context. The paper also highlights unique challenges in the Umrah travel industry in Indonesia, with an emphasis on how companies address potential mistrust. Qualitative by search comes from the literature related to the variables in this paper by looking for findings and providing reinforcement, additional contributions from all results in the literature. The time span of literature in the past eight years. Companies can cultivate a community of loyal customers who invest in a relationship with a brand they trust implicitly, trust emerges as a lived value that fuels an enduring and meaningful relationship between the company and its customers. Companies can strengthen their commitment to building trust, thereby fostering enduring customer loyalty and creating a positive and sustainable brand image in the marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Asik Creative, Gresik, East Java. This research method uses quantitative research with the independent variable being product quality and the dependent variable being customer satisfaction. In this research, data was collected using questionnaires. The population in this research are clients of Asik Creative. The number of samples taken was 50 respondents. This research uses the SEM PLS method to conduct quantitative analysis. Each indicator is tested for validity and reliability, then continued with the coefficient of determination test, and continued with hypothesis testing using the t-test. This research produces a statement that product quality dimensions such as performance, features, reliability, conformity to specifications, durability, aesthetics, and impression of quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how service quality influences customer satisfaction at Asik Creative in Gresik, East Java. This research uses quantitative methods, with the independent variable being service quality and the dependent variable being customer satisfaction. The population in this research are clients who have used the services of Asik Creative. In studies using partial least squares analysis, SEM includes at least 30 to 100 samples. The number of samples taken was 42 respondents. This research uses the SEM PLS method to conduct quantitative analysis. Each indicator is tested for validity and reliability, then continued with the coefficient of determination test, and continued with hypothesis testing using the t-test. The research will produce a statement that service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction at Asik Creative. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Asik Creative Gresik, East Java.

Abstract

This research, titled "The Influence of Promotional Content on Sales Target Effectiveness in Asik Creative" employs a quantitative approach to explore the intricate interplay between promotional content and its influence on sales target effectiveness. The study aims to shed light on nuanced aspects, examining how various promotional efforts impact the effectiveness of sales targets. Employing the t-test analysis, the findings yield compelling evidence, establishing a significant correlation between the variables X and Y. This newfound understanding contributes not only to the field of marketing but also provides practical insights for businesses aiming to enhance their sales strategies. The results highlight the pivotal role that targeted promotional content plays in achieving sales objectives and offer valuable implications for optimizing promotional campaigns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on consumer buying interest at Asik Creative in Gresik, East Java. This research was conducted quantitatively. The independent variable is price, and the dependent variable is consumer buying interest. The data collected in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Consumers who have used the services of Asik Creative are the subject of this study. The number of samples collected was 40 individual consumers who had experienced the experience of communicating with Asik Creative. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis in the first order, each indicator is tested for validity and reliability first and then tested for influence. The study resulted in a statement that price has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest in Asik Creative. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that price has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, which is indicated by a p-value that is smaller than the significant level of 5%.

Abstract

Taxes are one of the highest sources of state income, especially in developing countries, but taxes are actually one of the biggest expenses for companies which will reduce the profits they get. Companies will of course be encouraged to reduce expenditure to increase income, one of which is by avoiding taxes. Tax avoidance is a strategy employed to lawfully minimise company expenditures by reducing the amount of corporate tax paid to the government. While this practise is permissible, it has the potential to diminish the state's tax revenue. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of financial distress, women on boards, and profitability on corporate tax avoidance. The population for this study consisted of companies that were classified under the LQ45 category on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2013 and 2022. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. This study use the statistical method of multiple regression for data analysis. The results of these study indicated that research with financial distress, Profitability, and Women on Board Commissioners has positively effect on corporate tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the Women on Board Director had no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the concept of hybrid working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) and its impact on self-efficacy after the COVID-19 pandemic who previously worked remotely. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method. The data source of this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with 53 respondents from associate to manager level who work at Public Accounting Firm and interviews with 5 resource persons from senior associate to manager level from Big Four and Non-Big Four Firms. The results showed that in implementing the hybrid concept, Firms has disseminated the Firms' policy, provided support, provided facilities for collaboration and focus, as well as provided flexibility in determining work schedules. Self-efficacy arising from hybrid working shows experience, expertise, confidence, motivation, and auditor performance help auditors adapt to hybrid work. For this reason, this study recommends that the hybrid working model can be continued as a new working trend of auditors in KAP. This research is still limited to auditors below manager level and does not represent all KAP in Indonesia. This research provides an understanding of the concept of hybrid working which is a new work style choice in the auditor environment by looking at the auditor's personal self-efficacy.

Abstract

The city of Tidore Islands is a city whose characteristics are islands, in order to be accessible to other places it has developed itself in the port sector. Where in its development, researchers see the need for community perception as an external basis for determining the development priority scale. This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction and analyze the attributes corrected by Speed ​​Rum Harbor. The sampling method used is accidental sampling and the analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that Customer satisfaction measurement is 55,51%, it means that customers are quite satisfied. Attributes that need to be improved are of the toilet and waiting room.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sales promotion and product quality on buying interest in local fashion brand. The method used in this study is a survey method with data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 155 respondents or samples based on purposive sampling. Then an analysis of the data obtained using quantitative data analysis was carried out. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination involved in the adjusted R square value is 0.617, which means that the influence of sales promotion and product quality on buying interest is 61.7% and the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the business world, competition between companies is very sharp, where new competitors can enter easily and suppliers and customers can increase their bargaining. With this research, it can be seen what strategies CV. Karya Anugerah Sentosa, the competitive climate of wooden pallet packaging manufacturing companies using Porter's Five Force theory and alternative strategies used. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subject is CV. Karya Anugerah Sentosa with the research object of Porter's five powers. The respondents used were one owner, one person in charge of the warehouse, four warehouse employees and seven consumers from different companies. The results of this research show that the strategies used to deal with Porter's five forces are differentiation strategies and diversification strategies.
