Abstract

The KIP-Kuliah Scholarship is a government initiative to facilitate access to higher education, in line with the 1945 Constitution, which refers to Law No. 12 of 2012, particularly Article 31. This article regulates the rights and obligations of the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia, emphasizing the government's responsibility to pay special attention to the education sector in Indonesia. This study aims to identify factors influencing student achievement's degradation (decline) in meeting the mandatory and optional output targets. The research employs interview techniques using the Seven Tools method, a set of quality analysis tools proven effective in identifying, analyzing, and addressing issues faced by KIP-Kuliah scholarship recipients who have yet to fulfill the required outputs mandated by the government. The conclusion is that improvements are necessary to address challenges in the implementation of the KIP-Kuliah Program. It is essential to enhance student motivation and study habits to become more disciplined for student-related factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Tangerang City Kesbangpol Agency. This type of research uses quantitative methods. In this research, primary data was used in the form of a questionnaire to 40 Kesbangpol Tangerang City employees. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the Statistical Product and Security Solution (SPSS) version 29.0 program. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it shows that simultaneously Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tangerang City Kesbangpol Agency employees. Meanwhile, partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research hope that companies can improve work discipline and job satisfaction which can support employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Pritmatama East Cakung Branch. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distribution technique. The popilation of this study was 40 respondents. This research used 40 saturated samples. For data analysis using classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.799, which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is very strong, namely 79% and the remaining 21% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model that the author wrote studied. Based on the results of tests carried out, it shows that simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Indomarco Prismatama East Cakung Branch. Meanwhile, partially Organizational Culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence training has on employee performance, and the object of this research is employees at PT. Indosat Tbk. Hypothesis testing is to determine the significance of the influence between the Training variable and the Employee Performance variable. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research in which research data uses numbers to conclude the results of research conducted by PT. Indosat Tbk To determine whether or not there is an influence of training on employee performance, the data collection method in this research is a questionnaire. The population was 74 employees using the saturated sampling method. Based on the analysis results, it was found that employee training at PT. Indosat Tbk is well-received, with a significant majority of respondents expressing satisfaction ("Strongly Agree" and "Agree" responses totaling 80.13%). This indicates that employees actively participate in training and consistently apply the knowledge gained. Additionally, the performance of employees also garnered positive feedback, with a majority indicating strong performance ("Strongly Agree" and "Agree" responses totaling 77.11%). A determinant coefficient of 29.16% suggests that training contributes significantly to employee performance, while other factors not considered in the training program account for the remaining influence. Furthermore, statistical testing confirmed that training has a significant impact on employee performance, as evidenced by the rejection of the null hypothesis.

Abstract

In Japan, fashion and sports products are very diverse, from local brands to international brands. Local brands from Japan can also compete with competitors from international brands. Therefore, the researcher intends to do something about one of the most famous international brands, namely Adidas. The independent variable of this research is the influence of product quality and product design on the related variable, namely purchasing decisions. The population of this study were students and apprentices in the Okayama prefecture, Japan who came from Indonesia who had purchased Adidas products, the number of samples taken was 30 respondents. The sample used is purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, partial test analysis using t test and F test (simultaneous). Testing the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions) version 26.00 software. The results of the study according to the t-test (partial) concluded that product quality does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, product design affects purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, it is concluded that product quality and product design have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital disclosure, firm size, and financial leverage on stock underpricing in cyclical consumer and non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2023 period. The sample was collected using the purposive sampling method with several predetermined criteria, resulting in a research sample of 94 companies with a total of 122 data observations. This research obtained using the SPSS version 29 program shows that simultaneously the intellectual capital disclosure, firm size, and financial leverage variables have a significant effect on stock underpricing. Partially, intellectual capital disclosure and firm size affect the level of stock underpricing, while financial leverage do not affect the level of stock underpricing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value in non-cyclical consumer companies. This research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data. The population in this study is non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the +Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The method for determining the sample uses purposive sampling. A total of 113 companies were obtained over a 5 year period so that the total obtained was 28 sample data. The method used is multiple linear regression, descriptive statistical test, panel data regression model analysis, the selected model selection test is the Fixed Effect Model, classical assumption test, multiple linear test and hypothesis testing with the help of Eviews version 12 data processing. simultaneously shows that Company Growth, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership which are proxied together have an effect on Company Value. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that company growth and institutional ownership have an effect on company value, while managerial ownership has no effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test and prove the effect of Listing Age, Audit Tenure, and Investment Opportunity Set on Audit Report Lag. This research is a quantitative study with an associative method. The population in this study consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2022. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 47 companies. The research analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the F-test statistical results, Listing Age, Audit Tenure, and Investment Opportunity Set simultaneously affect Audit Report Lag. Based on the t-test statistical results, Listing Age and Audit Tenure do not significantly affect Audit Report Lag when examined individually. However, the Investment Opportunity Set significantly affects Audit Report Lag based on the t-test statistical results.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, firm growth, and investment decisions on firm value. This study uses the dependent variable of firm value and the independent variables of capital structure, company growth, and investment decisions. The population in this study are non-cyclicals consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018-2022. The total population or companies in the non-cyclicals consumer sector is 113 companies. From this population, purposive sampling technique is used with several criteria to determine a sample of 16 companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses Eviews 12 which includes descriptive statistical tests, panel data model analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results above, it proves that capital structure, company growth, and investment decisions simultaneously affect firm value. Partially, capital structure has no effect on firm value, company growth affects firm value, and investment decisions affect firm value.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of certain key variables Growth rate, profitability, Leverage, and company size on dividend policy. The investigation endeavors to determine the extent to which these variables affect the aforementioned policy. Employed in this analysis are four independent variables: Growth rate, indicated by Growth; profitability, indicated by Return on Asset (ROA); Leverage, indicated by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); and company size, indicated by FirmSize. The focus of this research is the dividend policy, represented here by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as the dependent variable. In the food and beverage sector, 96 companies were initially considered; however, only 18 of these met the requisite criteria with a total of 90 data samples eligible for analysis. Consequently, from the 480 data samples originally gathered, only 90 were suitable for further examination. It was concluded that the influence of the Growth rate on the dividend policy is both minimal and adverse. The effect of profitability on the dividend policy has similarly been identified as both slight and negative. In contrast, the research established that Leverage and company size both have a substantial and positive impact on the dividend policy. This study furnishes empirical evidence indicating that financial ratios, when contemplated by companies, facilitate the implementation of dividend policies internally.
