This research aims to see the impact of Capital Structure, Company Size, and Profitability on the Firm Value of Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 peiriiod. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of green accounting and capital structure on financial performance which is moderated by firm debt. The analysis was carried out using annual reports of companies listed in the Industrial sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2018 to 2022. The samples used in this research were 9 samples of Industrial companies obtained using the purposive sampling technique using the following criteria. which has been set. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports of public companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website and the company's official website. This research uses 2 independen variabels, namely green accounting (X1) and capital structure (X2) with a dependent variabel, namely financial performance (Y), and a moderating variabel, namely firm debt (Z). This research uses the panel data regression as an analysis technique which is carried out using the E-Views 12 Student Version Lite software. The research results showed that green accounting and capital structure simultaneously influence financial performance. Green accounting partially did not have any effect on financial performance, capital structure partially has an effect on financial performance. Firm debt was not able to moderate the influence of green accounting on financial performance, firm debt was able moderate the influence of capital structure on financial performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency, and Activities on Firm Value within the food and beverage sector. The analysis utilized data collected over the period from 2019 to 2022. A total of 68 data samples were analyzed from 17 companies, which were chosen through purposive sampling criteria during the research period. Secondary data were employed in this study, consisting of financial reports accessed from www.ojk.go.id and the corporate website. Utilizing the SPSS software, the study implemented logistic regression complemented by classical assumption tests and multiple regression models. It was discovered that Profitability substantially enhances Firm Value. In contrast, a marked negative correlation between both Liquidity and Solvency with Firm Value was established. Furthermore, it was determined that Activities exert no influence on the value of the firm.

Abstract

The construction project of SDN Karangketug 3 in Pasuruan City includes several high-cost components that could still be optimized through efficiency improvements. In the structural work, the researcher attempted to modify the structural design by exploring alternative design options without compromising the quality or strength of the structure, using Value Engineering techniques. The research process involved several stages: Observation, Design and Cost Identification, Structural Analysis, Cost Estimation, and Analysis Results. Cost savings were achieved by reducing the dimensions of the beam and column cross-sections, while ensuring structural strength was maintained using the SAP2000 software program, and recalculating the optimal budget. SAP2000 analysis showed that all alternative frames passed the stress/capacity check. The optimal budget after value engineering for the beam and column structure amounted to a 34.23% reduction, from the initial cost of Rp. 116,284,340.70 to Rp. 76,481,631.65, representing a saving of Rp. 39,802,709.05.

Abstract

This study explores the symbols and meanings behind the Nyurup death ritual of the Tengger ethnic group in Argosari Village and its potential as an educational cultural tourism attraction. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach, focusing on the symbolism embedded in the offerings (sesaji) used in the ritual. These offerings serve as a form of ritual communication, passing down sacred messages and values from the ancestors to future generations. However, the younger generation’s lack of understanding of these symbols highlights the need for cultural preservation through education. Additionally, the study examines the potential of the Nyurup ritual to attract both domestic and international tourists, enhancing the local economy through cultural tourism. This research concludes that the Nyurup death ritual is not only a spiritual practice but also a significant opportunity for cultural and educational tourism development in the region.

Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts is a skill in interpreting a mathematical concept using one's own language. It refers to the ability of students to explain a mathematical concept. In terms of understanding mathematical concepts, students still struggle with grasping the concept and properties of multiplication. This study aims to investigate whether the Course Review Horay learning model affects the mathematical concept understanding of third-grade elementary school students. The research employs an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design using nonequivalent control groups. The respondents in this study were 60 students, with 30 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. The results indicate that there is an effect of the Course Review Horay learning model on the mathematical concept understanding of third-grade elementary school students, specifically regarding the properties of multiplication. This is evidenced by the gain in pre-test and post-test scores being 0.69, which falls into the moderate category, indicating an improvement in understanding after using the Course Review Horay model with multiplication tables.

Abstract

Nurse performance is a crucial factor in providing quality healthcare services in hospitals. Organizational culture and work discipline play important roles in determining nurse performance. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Buah Hati Pamulang faces challenges in improving nurse performance, necessitating a deeper understanding of the impact of organizational culture and work discipline on performance. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on nurse performance at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Buah Hati Pamulang. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample consists of 30 nurses working at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Buah Hati Pamulang. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring organizational culture, work discipline, and nurse performance. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the effect of each variable on nurse performance. The results show that both organizational culture and work discipline have a significant impact on nurse performance. Positive organizational culture and high work discipline contribute to improved nurse performance, with organizational culture having a more substantial impact. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive organizational culture and enhancing work discipline to achieve optimal nurse performance.

Abstract

Change is necessary for organizations that want to develop in a dynamic business environment. In the context of the creative industry, such as kebaya design, readiness for change is a key factor determining the success of adaptation to market dynamics and trend developments. This research examines the relationship between personality attitudes and readiness for change in kebaya designer organizations in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 57 kebaya designers as respondents, who were determined through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research show that personality dimensions, namely openness to experience, emotional stability and extroversion, have a positive effect on readiness for change. At the same time, the dimensions of agreeableness and conscientiousness do not affect readiness for change. This research provides deeper insight into the role of personality in readiness for change and practical insights for the development of change management strategies in the creative industry.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model in improving student learning outcomes in Social Studies subjects at SMP N 16 Kerinci. Based on preliminary data, there is a problem of low student engagement and inadequate academic achievement. The theoretical foundation used includes constructivism theory that supports active student involvement in the learning process. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research instruments included learning outcome tests and student learning activity observation sheets. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of the CORE model significantly improved students' learning outcomes compared to the conventional method. Data analysis also showed an increase in student learning activities, especially in the aspects of engagement and reflection on the material learned. The discussion of the research results indicates that the CORE model is effective in promoting students' concept understanding and critical thinking skills. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of implementing innovative learning models such as CORE in improving the quality of learning in schools. This research provides practical contributions for teachers in designing more effective learning strategies, as well as opening opportunities for further research on the application of constructivism-based learning models in the Indonesian educational context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of family economic conditions on student learning motivation in the Economics Education Study Program at FKIP, Nias University. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a population of 190 students, and through the simple random sampling method and the Slovin formula, a sample of 66 people was obtained. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, which were then analyzed through validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the questionnaire used had high reliability, with an rii value for variable X of 0.776 and variable Y of 0.814. Simple linear regression analysis resulted in the equation Y = 46.83 + 0.218X, which shows that family economic conditions have a positive effect on learning motivation. The coefficient of determination of 4.84% shows that the effect of family economic conditions on learning motivation is low but significant. Hypothesis testing shows that tcount = 1.804 is greater than ttable = 1.669, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between family economic conditions on student learning motivation in the Economic Education Study Program at FKIP Nias University Academic Year 2023/2024.
