Abstract

Bid rigging causes massive losses to Indonesia's State Budget accounting for 70 percent of procurement corruption cases. However, proving these cases remains extremely difficult because they rely on rare internal corporate testimony. This normative juridical study proposes adapting competition law's leniency program into anti-corruption frameworks following Government Regulation No 24 of 2025 on special handling and rewards for witnesses and perpetrators. Through statute conceptual comparative and case approaches findings reveal bid rigging's secretive nature exemplified by pier tender collusion cases necessitates corporate immunity incentives currently absent under corruption law Article 20 and corporate law Article 97 paragraph 3. The leniency mechanism supports follow the money and follow the suspect approaches essential for state budget recovery. Digital era adaptations become crucial as modern bid rigging uses Zoom WhatsApp coordination and PDNS tender manipulations demanding KPPU-KPK digital integration through KPPU Mendengar platform AI evidence analytics and blockchain procurement audit trails. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of micro-influencer credibility, buzz marketing, and brand image on consumer purchase intention for Food & Beverage (F&B) products on the TikTok platform. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory method and uses purposive sampling to collect data from 150 TikTok users. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that micro-influencer credibility has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (β = 0.193; t = 2.587; p = 0.011), buzz marketing has the strongest influence (β = 0.404; t = 5.409; p = 0.000), and brand image also significantly affects purchase intention (β = 0.346; t = 4.681; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on purchase intention (F = 327.035; p = 0.000). These findings indicate that buzz marketing is the most dominant factor, followed by brand image and micro-influencer credibility. The study concludes that integrating credible micro-influencers, effective buzz marketing strategies, and a strong brand image can significantly enhance consumer purchase intention on TikTok. This research contributes to digital marketing literature and provides practical implications for F&B businesses in designing effective social media marketing strategies

Abstract

Geographical Indications (GI) are promoted as instruments to enhance the competitiveness of region-based products and improve producers’ welfare; however, empirical evidence at the local community level in Indonesia remains limited and shows inconsistent economic outcomes. This study examines the impact of GI certification of Kopi Gunung Kelir on the economic conditions and governance of the farmers’ association (Gapoktan) in Semarang Regency. A qualitative narrative approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observation of production and quality control practices, and documentation of the GI book of requirements. Data were analyzed using condensation and narrative interpretation with source triangulation. The findings indicate that GI certification encouraged adjustments in production standards, strengthened quality control systems, and improved institutional coordination. Although product quality and market recognition increased, income improvement occurred gradually and was not evenly distributed. The results suggest that the economic effectiveness of GI depends on internal governance capacity and consistent implementation of standards at the community level.

Abstract

The discourse on ASEAN identity has recently come under renewed scrutiny amid the Association's efforts to play a more active role in shaping the regional architecture of the Indo-Pacific region, particularly through the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP). Having previously established a strong reputation as the driving force of regionalism in East Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific, thereby giving rise to the concept of ASEAN Centrality, ASEAN's relevance is now being questioned once again in the context of renewed great-power competition between the United States and the People's Republic of China. A key concern in this regard is the internal coherence of ASEAN itself. Lacking a centralized institution endowed with authoritative executive powers, ASEAN traditionally relies on its member states to take proactive roles in initiating proposals and achieving consensus through consultative processes (musyawarah). In this context, Indonesia has emerged as a country striving to fulfill such a leadership role. Often described as a natural leader within ASEAN, owing to its significantly larger territory and population compared to other Southeast Asian nations, Indonesia has actively promoted ASEAN's role in realizing the shared aspirations of peace and regional integration in Southeast Asia. The findings of this article demonstrate that Indonesia currently satisfies several key criteria for regional leadership and effectively performs various regional leadership functions within ASEAN. These efforts have produced a series of initiatives that foster closer relations among ASEAN member states and, indirectly, contribute to the perception of a collective ASEAN identity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use a bibliometric approach to examine the relationship between sustainable economies, industrial bases, and management practices. The method employed is a literature review and document analysis of scientific publication data from 2021 to 2025, which was studied using VOSviewer software. The study results show that the themes of management, markets, and industrial processes are the primary emphasis of the literature, with a high level of interconnectivity between variables. Network, overlay, and density visualizations show a movement in research topics from economics and markets to management strategies, industrial competitiveness, sustainability, and digital transformation. Despite generally consistent publication productivity, some critical subjects, such as risk management, human resource development, and industrial digitization, remain underexplored. This study emphasizes the necessity of taking an integrated strategy to building strategic industries that support sustainability, industrial resilience, and national independence in the face of increasingly complicated global dynamics

Abstract

The integration of digital technologies into classroom instruction has become a defining feature of contemporary secondary education. Schools increasingly adopt digital tools, smart classrooms and technology-supported learning platforms to enhance teaching practices and improve student learning outcomes. This study examines how technology integration in classroom instruction influences student engagement and academic achievement in secondary education. The research adopted a qualitative secondary research design based on the systematic analysis of peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025. Ten empirical studies focusing on technology-enhanced learning environments, teacher digital competence and student engagement were analysed using thematic synthesis. The analysis identified five major themes: technology-supported student engagement, teacher digital competence and pedagogical mediation, smart classrooms and digital learning environments, technology integration and learning outcomes, and learner agency and self-regulated learning. The results show that technology can enhance behavioural, cognitive and motivational engagement when it is integrated into meaningful learning activities. The findings also reveal that the effectiveness of classroom technology depends strongly on teachers’ digital competence, classroom interaction and student-centred instructional approaches. Furthermore, technology-supported learning environments appear to contribute to academic achievement, collaboration and the development of digital competencies when learners actively participate in the learning process. The study concludes that the impact of technology integration in secondary education depends less on the presence of digital devices and more on the quality of pedagogy, teacher support and learner engagement within technology-enhanced classrooms.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of stakeholder engagement in ESG practices in shaping corporate reputation and financial performance within the real estate industry in Southeast Asia. The primary issue lies in the unclear mechanism through which stakeholder engagement generates financial value. This research aims to examine both the direct and indirect effects of stakeholder engagement on financial performance, with corporate reputation serving as a mediating variable. The study adopts a quantitative approach by surveying 150 ESG professionals and analyzing the data using PLS-SEM. The measurement model demonstrates strong reliability and validity, with indicator loadings ranging from 0.742 to 0.896, Composite Reliability values between 0.888 and 0.926, and AVE values between 0.614 and 0.718. Structural results indicate that stakeholder engagement significantly influences corporate reputation (β = 0.704; T = 18.024; R² = 0.496; f² = 0.983), but does not exert a significant direct effect on financial performance (β = 0.126; T = 1.162; f² = 0.013). Corporate reputation significantly affects financial performance (β = 0.539; T = 4.832; R² = 0.402; f² = 0.245). The significant indirect effect (β = 0.379; T = 4.393) confirms full mediation. Q² values of 0.344 and 0.278 confirm predictive relevance. These findings indicate that ESG-related financial benefits arise through reputation rather than through engagement activities alone. Firms should prioritize authentic and credible engagement to build sustainable reputational capital.

Abstract

Authoritarian parenting, characterized by parental dominance and limited two-way communication, has the potential to restrict children’s freedom of expression within family relationships. This study aims to analyze the representation of the suppression of children’s expression within an authoritarian parenting style in the film Dead Poets Society. This research employs a qualitative approach using Roland Barthes’s semiotic analysis to examine denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings through visual signs and dialogue. Data were collected through film observation, in depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the father child relationship is represented hierarchically through one way communication, parental dominance in decision-making, and nonverbal expressions indicating emotional pressure. These representations construct a myth that parental authority is absolute and must be obeyed. Therefore, the film portrays authoritarian parenting as a symbolic mechanism that contributes to the suppression of children’s expression within family relationships.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Digital Leadership, Digital Literacy, and Digital Competency on Innovative W This study examines the influence of Digital Leadership, Digital Literacy, and Digital Competency on Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) among Web3 remote workers in Surabaya City. The research is grounded in the transformation of remote work within the Web3 ecosystem, which presents innovation challenges due to limited spontaneous social interaction. This study addresses both a contextual gap, focusing on the underexplored population of Web3 workers, and a methodological gap by integrating three key digital factors into a single analytical framework. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling, involving 70 Web3 remote workers in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that Digital Leadership (β = 0.330), Digital Literacy (β = 0.322), and Digital Competency (β = 0.301) have a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the variables significantly influence IWB (F = 45.646), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.675, indicating that 67.5% of the variation in IWB is explained by the model. These findings confirm that the integration of digital leadership, strong digital literacy, and well-developed digital competency plays a critical role in enhancing innovative work behavior in Web3 remote work environments. The study contributes to the development of Upper Echelons Theory in the context of decentralized digital work and provides practical insights for organizations in designing effective digital talent strategies.
