Abstract

In this case the author proposes a solution based on Psalm 146:1-10, namely that the church carries out transformation as an effort to overcome major problems in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative research which includes library research with critical historical theory, namely form criticism (sitz im leben). The Psalms were sung in communion with the nation of Israel. In particular, surah 146 is read to strengthen the hope that humans will only believe in Allah, while rejecting the power of the nobles. The nobles mentioned by the Psalmist had various unavoidable weaknesses, referring to their limitations. The psalmist reminds us again that the God in question is the God of Jacob. God is almighty and remains faithful in fulfilling His covenant, namely liberation. God will save everyone who asks for His help like one of human ancestors, Jacob. The psalmist praises that as God freed Jacob, so God also freed the Israelites from oppression. In Israel's history, God's submission was manifested through Israel's kings. God chose the kings of Israel to be tools or agents to carry out God's plan or vision of liberation. The novelty of this research is that churches in Indonesia with real commitment will be able to solve the big problem, namely poverty in Indonesia. Likewise, churches in the world will be able to solve global problems. This church-centered approach relies on the church's ability to fight poverty more effectively than other institutions. The church is an institution that has the resources to provide solutions to big problems. By mobilizing churches in all corners of Indonesia, churches can reach communities and the specific needs of the poor

Abstract

More complex forms of threats, not only in the form of military threats but non-military threats, are increasingly sophisticated due to the presence of increasingly new technologies and targets of cybercrime which also target various business sectors such as construction companies because of the great value in their cooperation. In 2021, Indonesia will cooperate with the United Kingdom to develop the AH140 frigate through the Merah Putih Frigate, outlined in a Joint Operation Agreement. What is interesting is Babcock Marine's concern as the party cooperating with PT. PAL in subcontracting this project. In order to answer these concerns, a study is needed regarding the subcontractor system in Indonesia, which can be used as a contribution to building the independence of the Indonesian defense industry. The research method used in this study is a descriptive approach, a qualitative research type using library research methodology through credible books, journals, and news to be used for research studies. It can be concluded that the subcontractor system in defense industry projects has contributed to the government's efforts to build defense industry independence. However, subcontractors need more support in developing their capabilities

Abstract

This research examines the dynamics of conflict between Natuna fishermen, who use traditional fishing gear, and non-local fishermen who tend to use modern fishing equipment in the seas of Natuna. Natuna fishermen often face violations of their fishing grounds by non-local fishermen, leading to tensions in the area. This conflict is also influenced by economic competition, regulatory ambiguity in the fishing industry, and uncertainty regarding fishing territory boundaries. The Natuna Fishermen Alliance (ANNA) plays a crucial role in mediating this conflict through communication, dialogue, and coordination with the government. The research methodology employed is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate social and educational changes that emphasize the importance of sustainable fisheries resource management. Stricter regulations in fisheries management in the region are a key factor in resolving this conflict. Although conflicts still occur, solidarity among fishermen and efforts to find solutions continue to be the primary focus in creating a more harmonious environment in the seas of Natuna.

Abstract

This research outlines the research methodology used in a literature review on the Quality Governance Design of Good University Governance (GUG) in the education sector, with a focus on the GUG concept, performance models, and audit practices from a risk management perspective. The GUG concept is a vital framework for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of higher education institutions such as universities, with principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and ethics as its core components. This concept also emphasizes the importance of innovative ideas and the leadership capabilities of university leaders in facing global changes. Furthermore, this research discusses relevant performance models, including the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which assist universities in measuring their performance through financial, customer, internal process, and growth and learning perspectives. These models help universities become more focused, transparent, and accountable in their governance. Audit practices, both internal and external, are also essential elements in higher education risk management. Internal audits help identify operational, financial, and reputational risks, while external audits ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Audit practices help universities manage risks efficiently and strengthen transparency and accountability in educational governance. This research also illustrates the integration of the GUG concept in higher education, including internal and external quality assurance, program accreditation, and sustainable quality improvement. Previous research indicates that many factors influence the quality of university governance, including government influence, leadership, and quality assurance priorities.
