Abstract

This study aimed to find out whether hedonic shopping motivation has a potential impact on impulse purchases of local skincare products  ''Somethinc''. Hedonic shopping motivation is an action that can encourage certain behaviors, one of which is impulse purchases. However, with social media, of course, a lot of information can be obtained so that consumers become more critical of product purchases and make business actors have to create offers and products that can compete. The method in this study is quantitative descriptive using non-parametric statistics of spearman rank correlation analysis. The sampling technique uses non-probability accompanied by a purposive sampling method through questionnaires. The study population is consumers of the facial care products brand  'Somethinc' in Bandung City. The sample used based on the Lemeshow formula was 390 respondents. The results showed that the increase in hedonic shopping motivation on the TikTok platform had a significant effect on impulse purchases and had a fairly high relationship. Based on the results of the analysis, the actions that 'Somethinc' can apply to trigger impulse purchases are based on hedonic shopping motivation, namely conceptualizing collaboration during live streaming with beauty enthusiasts and creating attractive offers. This can encourage consumers to make purchases while providing an interesting experience for consumers in online shopping activities.

Abstract

This investigation hopes to consider the effects of the work environment, planning and compensation fairly, while meanwhile focusing on delegate execution at the Medan Belawan Pratama Appraisal Organization Office. The assessment was aimed at the Medan Belawan Pratama Obligation Organization Office. Meetings, surveys, and documentation completed the information collection process. The data examination technique used is various backslide assessments, including the IMB Experiences for Thing and Organization Course of Action (SPSS) PC program variation 25. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether e-service quality and customer value influence business success in MP trading businesses. Rambe in Pinangsori. This research uses associative research, where associative research takes the form of a quantitative approach which is seen from the type of data which is measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study was 100 customers. The sample in this study used saturated purposive sampling. Data processing uses SPSS 26, by testing the partial linear regression analysis hypothesis (t test) it can be seen that the calculated t for the e-service quality variable is 2.687 t table 1.984. Meanwhile, the customer value variable is 3.727 t table 1.984 and the significance level is smaller than 0.5. This shows that HO is rejected and H1 is accepted. And the coefficient of determination results show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.374 or 37.4%. Based on these overall values, e-service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of environmental knowledge and perceptions of the green economy on the interest in green entrepreneurship of members of the Seroja MSMEs, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research carried out is associative research with a quantitative approach and the research measurement scale is measured using a Likert scale. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The population in this study were 60 members of Seroja MSMEs who were also used as samples. Statistical analysis was carried out using multiple regression, with hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. The results of this study conclude that all hypotheses are accepted, namely the influence of environmental knowledge (X1) on interest in green entrepreneurship (Y), a significant value smaller than 0.05 or a value of 0.000 0.05, the influence of green economy (X2) on green entrepreneurship (Y ) significant value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.003 0.05 and Environmental Knowledge and Green Economy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in green entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research is aimed at revealing the influence of Work Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable. The research was carried out at the Padang City Tourism Office. The research population was 235 employees who worked at the Padang City Tourism Office, both civil servants and honorary employees. Furthermore, 235 employees became the research sample which was taken proportionally and randomly using the proportional random sampling technique. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least squares (PLS) approach was applied as a data analysis method. The research results revealed that Work Motivation, Leadership did not have a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, then Work Motivation, Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, then there was an influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior. And it is not proven that there is an influence of Leadership on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

A dignified human being is a human being who can enjoy a long, healthy life and lead a productive life. The impact of covid 19 is 10.45%, or 16,648 workers have reduced working hours due to covid-19. This scientific study investigates how quality work of life affects work engagement with workplace happiness as mediation. The important thing from this research is that it can expedite the activities of the working-age population in the City of Salatiga and reduce the impact of Covid 19, one of which is reducing working hours, reducing anxiety at work, creating happiness at work, and helping in terms of increasing the Human Development Index in the City of Salatiga. A sampling of this study uses calculations with the Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 employees. The analysis technique for this study uses the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 tool. The results of the survey show that quality of work life statistically has a positive and significant effect on workplace happiness, workplace happiness statistically has a positive and significant impact on work engagement, and quality of work life statistically has a positive and significant impact on work engagement mediated by workplace happiness

Abstract

The social media revolution which was previously a networking platform for interacting and socializing is now one of the platforms for expanding business networks, markets and advertising media to reach potential consumers. The internet and growth of social media users open up opportunities to expand marketing networks to reach potential consumers. Social media advertising helps to advertise, product promotion, and sales offers. Social media advertising provides a visual stimulus that attracts potential consumers attention. This study aims to examine the effect of social media advertising on purchase intention of local sportswear brands in Bandung Raya mediated by brand trust with descriptive and associative quantitative methods. 183 have completed the questionnaire which were distributed through the Google form. Smart-PLS software was used as an analytical tool by testing the inner model and outer model. The research results showed that social media advertising has a significant positive effect on purchase intention of 41.5%, Social media advertising has a significant positive effect on brand trust of 66.0%, Brand trust has a significant positive effect on purchase intention of 29.7%, Brand trust has a significant positive effect mediating social media advertising on purchase intention of 19.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing on loyality consumer, to determine the effect of brand awarness on loyality consumer, to determine the effect of social media marketing and word of mouth onloyality consumer (case study at store Yara Kosmetik Binjai). The population in this study were customers who visited store Yara Kosmetik Binjai with an unknown number of customers, where the number of samples was 191. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study ismultiple linear regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on loyality consumer, brand awarness has a positive and significant effect on loyality consumer and simultaneously social media marketing and brand awarness have a significant effect on loyality consumer at Toko Yara Kosmetik Binjai.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the quality of public services and service recovery provided by the Public Service Mall on the satisfaction of the people of Tarakan City. This research was conducted in the Tarakan City Public Service Mall building using a quantitative approach through a survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques using a purposive sampling method of 170 respondents. Data quality testing in this research was carried out through validity testing, reliability testing and classical assumption testing, while hypothesis testing was carried out through multiple regression analysis and t test. Based on hypothesis testing carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25.0 program, it shows that: First, the service quality variable has a positive effect on public satisfaction. Second, the service recovery variable has a positive effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge on Financial Management Behavior in Management Study Program Students at Sari Mutiara Indonesia. This type of researh is associative quantitative. The population in this study werw undergraduate students of The Manajement Study Program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University in 2019 as many as 226 students.This study used a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling of 145 respondents, namely undergraduate students of the Management Study Program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University in 2019. The data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires via Google Form. The result of this study of this study indicate that Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior with a tvalue of 5.295 ttable 1.976 and a significance of 0.001 0.05. financial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior with a tvalue of 2.130 ttable 1.976 and a significance of 0.001 0.05. Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior with an Fvalue of 15.089 Ftable 2.34 and significance 0.001 0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained is 16.4%, the remaining 83.6% is influenced by other variables.
