Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

The BPD's equal position with the Village Government is a consequence of the implementation of regional autonomy. The BPD has the authority to absorb community aspirations, discuss and approve draft Village Regulations, supervise the performance of the Village Head, and create harmonious working relationships with all parties. However, not all BPDs carry out their main duties and functions effectively. This reality can be seen from the performance of BPD Wongsorejo, which in the 2022 budget year only has 1 activity. The impact is that the public does not understand and feel the main duties and functions of the BPD. This research describes, analyzes and interprets the role of BPD Wongsorejo in realizing good governance in Wongsorejo Village, Banyuwangi. Researchers have qualitative principles according to the constructive and participatory model. Primary data comes from interviews and secondary data comes from literature reviews and regulations relevant to the substance of the research. The results and conclusions obtained are that BPD is not just about institutional status but leads to responsibility to participate in creating sustainable, inclusive, effective and efficient village development. The implementation of BPD Wongsorejo's performance in supporting the success of village government must be proven in real terms.

Abstract

This analysis was carried out to identify districts/cities that could be grouped into candidate service centers based on educational, economic, health and social facilities. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method used was a literature review taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Next, the data was analyzed using scalogram analysis and centralization index analysis. The results of this research show that the areas that are urban service centers are located in Hierarchy I, namely the Regency/City of Tapanuli Utara, Toba, Dairi, Nias Selatan, Pakpak Barat, Samosir, Serdang Bedagai, Nias Utara, Nias Barat, Sibolga, Pematangsiantar, Tebing Tinggi, Medan, and Binjai. This district/city can be used as an urban service center in the North Sumatra Province region.

Abstract

The use of English-Indonesian languages has become a habit of students in the UNKLAB Adventist Junior High School environment. Bilingual language is a program that has long been implemented at UNKLAB Adventist Junior High School. Students inevitably have to adapt to the school environment to use both languages. This research aimed at determining junior high school students ' experiences of English-Indonesian bilingualism. The type of research used is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach to describe the reality that occurred. The data collection techniques used included observation, documentation and interviews to the 5 UNKLAB Junior High School students. The results of this research showed that the influence of bilingual language used by the junior high school students was caused by the influence of schools that organized the bilingual programs, teachers who helped and guided the students, and families where they grew. Suggestions of this research were the students needed to adapt to the school environment that has the bilingual program by improving themselves through a more serious learning program, the families have to involve more by guiding, training, and motivating the students at home to speak two languages, and teachers to pay more attention to the students who have not yet mastered the bilingual languages.

Abstract

This research is aimed to increase student motivation and learning outcomes by using teaching aids for fourth grade students of SD Riyadlul Muta'allimin Tenajar, Kertasemaya District, Indramayu Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year on flat-building material. This is motivated by a problem of motivation in students as evidenced by students' lack of focus in learning, such as joking, daydreaming and playing when learning takes place. lack of encouragement from the surrounding environment and not diligent in learning and low student learning outcomes. This research was conducted using a classroom action research method, it can be explained that the results of increasing pre-cycle motivation are not good with a monotonous learning process without using teaching aids and student learning outcomes from pre-cycle are still low or have not reached the KKM. Only 7 students reached the KKM. In cycle 1, the use of teaching aids has been applied in the learning process to increase motivation by 67.7% with good criteria and in cycle 2 it reaches 87.9% with very good criteria. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes after the use of teaching aids were applied to the learning process in cycle 1 achieved completeness of 64.3% or as many as 18 students. In cycle 2 it increased to 89.3% as many as 25 students who completed exceeding the success indicator by 80%. Based on these results, it can be said that classroom action research with use of teaching aids can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Riyadlul Muta'allimin.

Abstract

A corporation seeks optimal performance from its workforce, prompting researchers to conduct a study at the national private bank, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, situated on Jalan Prapatan Raya No. 50 in Central Jakarta. The study focuses on two independent variables, namely behavioral attitude and Internal drive. This study seeks to evaluate the influence of behavioral attitudes. and Internal drive on workplace productivity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Prapatan Raya Branch, Central Jakarta. The sample comprises all 68 employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, Prapatan Branch. The researchers conducted various statistical analyses, including tests of validity, tests of reliability, tests for classical assumptions, t-tests, and f-tests, and regression analysis involving several variables analyses. The classical assumption test results indicate that each indicator in the independent and dependent variables is valid and reliable. In the t-test, both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables individually influence employee performance variables significantly (with a sig value <0.05). Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables collectively have a significant impact on workplace productivity variables (with sig < 0.05). This study yields positive influence results, suggesting that positive employee behavior and motivation correlate positively with employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of financial management and interesting things in improving the quality of learning at SD Islam Roudhotul Muttaqin. Schools have the duty to manage school finances based on the principles of financial management can be utilized optimally. School financial management is based on the principles contained in article 48 of the 2003 Law on the National Education System, namely the principles of justice, efficiency, transparency, and public accountability. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, direct observation and interviews with related parties, namely the Principal and Treasurer. In managing this finance, SD Islam Roudhotul Muttaqin has agreed to plan, manage, implement, report, and evaluate. Relevant matters related to financial management and learning quality, namely through the collaboration program currently being carried out by SD Islam Roudhotul Muttaqin with other Non-Formal Education Institutions hereby have a positive impact on all parties, teachers, schools, students, and parents.

Abstract

Starting a conversation by using greeting forms was considered polite when two people met. Greeting was very significant and cannot be avoided in a conversation situation. Conversation that begun with a greeting can produce good conversation construction at the next stage. One language will differ from another one in expressing its forms of greeting which, of course, were influenced by different conditions and societal backgrounds. This research was aimed at identifying, analyzing, and describing the forms and uses of greetings by the supporting characters in the novel entitled The Prince and the Pauper written by Mark Twain. The qualitative descriptive method was chosen in carrying out the research to explain in detail the results of the analysis of the research subjects’ utterances. The primary data for this research were the forms of greeting aroused from the conversation situations between the supporting characters in this novel. The data that have been obtained were then reduced, displayed and analyzed by referring to various backgrounds of the conversations that occurred, e.g.: situation, social status, position, and identity of the characters by paying attention to the concept of greeting that was proposed by Susan M. Ervin-Tripp. The results of this research showed that the forms of greeting used by the supporting characters in this novel matched or complied with the concept of greeting explained by Susan M. Ervin-Tripp.

Abstract

Building communication between fellow humans was one of the ways to express one's identity. Built interactions can appear in various forms. One of the most commonly used forms of communication was conversation. In conversation, each person had different abilities. This ability was greatly influenced by several things, such as educational background, level of familiarity, purpose of conversation, and physical abilities of the parties involved. Regarding physical abilities, each person had advantages and disadvantages in interacting. One of the deficiencies that we often find was a person's inability to pronounce morphemes containing the phoneme /r/ so that sometimes the message to be conveyed cannot be understood properly by the person to whom the message was sent. This research was aimed at examining the problems faced by Klabat University students who suffer from slurred in pronouncing morphemes with the phoneme /r/, and what factors caused someone to suffer from slurred. The results of this study showed that people with slurred usually have experienced this problem since they were at an early age. Various efforts made to improve the ability of slurred sufferers to pronounce morphemes with the /r/ phoneme in them are known to have little effect in improving the sufferer's ability to pronounce this. Persecution which ultimately results in a decrease in learning achievement at school was also experienced by people with slurred.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that learning activities are still focused on the teacher, students lack focus in learning and often complain of being bored in learning, resulting in low ability to write descriptive essays. This research aims to determine the effect of Mystery Box media on the ability to write descriptive essays for the IVUPTD SDN 32 Barru class. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design research and is a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 25 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive data analysis technique and T-Test. The research results showed that the ability to write descriptive essays before implementing the Mystery Box media in the pretest had an average score of 57. Meanwhile, in the posttest there was a change with an average score of 81. The results of the t-test analysis of the influence of the Mystery Box media on the learning outcomes of student participants showed that The result shows that the significance value obtained is good, namely the influence of the Mystery Box media on the ability to write descriptive essays (Sig = 0.013) is smaller than the alpha value set, namely 0.05 (0.019 < 0.03). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which states that there is an influence of the Mystery Box media on the ability to write descriptive essays of class IV students at UPTD SDN 32 Barru.

Abstract

The aim of writing this work is to try to describe and analyze the concept of Islamic education curriculum management. In literature review research on Islamic education curriculum management, the first step is to identify relevant theoretical sources, including books, journal articles and official documents. Data sources include scientific literature, documents related to management, as well as interviews with Islamic education experts and management practitioners. Data collection techniques include online literature searches, document studies, and interviews, while data analysis can be carried out qualitatively or descriptively. The result of this work is that the curriculum as a plan for all activities that support the achievement of educational goals still has an important role, at least in coloring the personality of students. Starting from covering educational curriculum management which plays a role, especially in Islamic education curriculum management. Islamic curriculum management plays a very important role in determining the success or failure of implementation and whether the curriculum is good or bad, which will influence educational outcomes. Curriculum management is related to planning, implementation, and evaluation or control of the curriculum. If you can see it as a whole, educators (teachers) will be able to understand to what extent the curriculum is able to build critical awareness of students or even not at all. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the management of the Islamic education curriculum textually and contextually so that educators can apply the curriculum in learning, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education in educational institutions.
