Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai cabin fever serta cara penanganannya agar kesehatan fisik dan mental tetap terjaga. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan dalam bentuk webinar yang diikuti oleh lebih dari 100 peserta terdiri dari mahasiswa serta masyarakat. Paparan mengenai pengertian, penyebab, dampak serta cara mengatasi cabin fever disampaikan dalam webinar ini oleh para praktisi yang kompeten. Para peserta terlibat aktif dan memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan ini sebab mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan tambahan yang dibutuhkan dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan. Merujuk pada hasil umpan balik yang diberikan peserta, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini tergolong tepat sasaran. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan potensi para pelaku usaha mikro kecil atau usaha rumahan dalam hal pembuatan strategi pemasaran, perhitungan harga pokok produksi, dan pengajuan perizinan usaha makanan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku usaha binaan Dapur Lokal Indonesia Untuk Sesama (DLIUS) yang rata-rata adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang baru memulai bisnis dalam bidang kuliner. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui kegiatan transfer ilmu pembuatan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, perhitungan harga pokok penjualan, dan prosedur pengajuan perizinan produk makanan. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan para mitra DLIUS sehingga mampu menentukan target pasar sampai membuat media pemasaran, mampu menghitung harga pokok penjualan dengan tepat, dan mampu mengurus legalitas produk makanannya. Selain itu, untuk membantu para pelaku usaha mikro lainnya yang lebih luas luaran kegiatan ini berupa buku panduan pemasaran, keuangan, dan perizinan untuk usaha kecil, serta buku berupa panduan dan templat perhitungan harga pokok penjualan.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this activity is to increase the potential of micro and small business actors or home businesses in terms of making marketing strategies, calculating the cost of production, and applying for food business licenses. This potential increase is carried out through knowledge transfer activities in making the right marketing strategy, calculating the cost of goods sold, and applying for food product licensing procedures. The output of this activity is an increase in the knowledge of DLIUS partners so that they are able to determine the target market to create marketing media, be able to calculate the cost of goods sold correctly, and be able to take care of the legality of their food products. In addition, to assist other micro-enterprises, the output of this activity is in the form of marketing, finance, and licensing guidebooks for small businesses, as well as books in the form of guides and templates for calculating the cost of goods sold.

Abstract

Situ Tunggilis is located in Desa Situsari Village, Kecamatan Cileungsi, is one of the 96 lakes in the Kab. Bogor. Currently, it has not provided benefits for the community even though there are development directions according to the Spatial Plan as desa wisata, this requires optimizing the use of the area. Community service activities aim to develop the site as a tourist attraction in the context of a tourist village and improve the community's ability to manage tourism objects there and to realize the policy of MBKM program. PKM is funded by the MBKM policy research assistance program and community service based on research results and prototypes of the Directorate General of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The implementation method is through field surveys, Focus Group Discussions and training. PKM produces a site development Master Plan with animations and regional icons, HR training, finance and digital marketing. The implications of PKM are having a lake development plan, increasing the ability of the community and BUMDes to manage the lake as a tourist attraction and creating a tourist village and improving community welfare.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) banyak berjalan di Indonesia meski sumbangsih terhadap perekonomian tidak sebesar dibandingkan pengusaha besar. Upaya pengembangan UMKM alas kaki di Kabupaten Bogor menghadapi permasalahan terkait faktor internal seperti modal, sumberdaya manusia, lemahnya jaringan usaha dan kemampuan penetrasi pasar. Permasalahan dari faktor-faktor eksternal seperti iklim usaha yang belum kondusif, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana dan perdagangan bebas serta pandemi Covid 19. Hal ini didukung kenyataan dilapangan bahwa UMKM sulit untuk memperoleh permodalan selain modal yang diberikan oleh konsumen/grosir. Kegiatan Wira Desa mahasiswa Universitas Pakuan membantu mengembangkan daya saing kerajinan alas kaki di Desa Sukamakmur melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pendampingan penguatan kapasitas BUM Desa sebagai lembaga ekonomi pedesaan. Metode yang dilakukan berupa pendampingan pembentukan unit usaha baru yaitu unit pemasaran digital dan unit usaha simpan pinjam, pengurusan legalitas usaha dan pelatihan manajerial bagi pengurus BUM Desa, semuanya dilakukan untuk membantu para pengrajin dan UMKM alas kaki di Desa Sukamakmur Kecamatan Ciomas. Dengan adanya penguatan kapasitas BUM Desa di harapkan BUM Desa dapat menjadi wadah bagi peningkatan daya saing para pengrajin dan UMKM alas kaki di Desa Sukamakmur Kecamatan Ciomas.

Abstract

Companies are increasingly turning to social media as a tool to support their commercial activities. According to AppAnnie's poll, TikTok has surpassed Instagram as the most downloaded social media app since 2018. TikTok appeals to people of all ages because of its algorithmic capacity to detect user preferences and short content duration. The Bunda Mulia University Management Study Program and Alfaland Group, a company that specialises in property management, collaborated on this community service activity titled "Marketing 101: TikTok Marketing for Business." The service firm faces a major revenue difficulty as a result of the adoption of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). The goal of this activity is to encourage employees from PT Alfaland's operational and marketing divisions how to use TikTok as a marketing tool. Employees from branches around Indonesia took part in the training, which was delivered entirely online. The training materials included an introduction to the TikTok application as well as measurement tools for tracking marketing effectiveness. This service resulted in the creation of creative content by participants to promote Alfa-land products and services, as well as an increase in staff creativity, particularly in the operational and marketing divisions, in marketing services from AlfaLand. Employee input on using the TikTok application for marketing included flexible cost control, the ability to watch the viewer in real time, audience targeting, and tracking customer feedback.

Abstract

COVID-19 berdampak pada seluruh kegiatan manusia, khususnya adalah sektor pariwisata. Salah satu upaya untuk mendukung destinasi wisata adalah melalui video profile dan dipublikasikan menggunakan media sosial. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membantu Desa Koleang dengan potensi wisatanya melalui literasi digital produksi video profile dan Media Sosial kepada para pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Koleang Kecamatan Jasinga Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan ini berdampak kepada peserta yaitu pemuda karang taruna Desa Koleang dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat video profile melalui pembuatan storyboard, pengambilan gambar dan editing gambar menggunakan ponsel pintar serta mengunggah melalui media sosial, sedangkan bagi Desa Koleang sendiri dengan adanya video profile ini akan membantu mempromosikan lokasi Desa Koleang sendiri dan juga destinasi wisata yang ada di Desa Koleang yaitu Setu Kandongdong dan juga kerajianan bambu Koleang.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to increase the capacity and ability of the head of BUMDesa in Tamansari District in improving the development of BUMDesa in Tamansari District, Bogor Regency. This problem started from the undeveloped BUMDes in Tamansari District. Of the 8 villages in Tamansari sub-district, all of them have established BUMDesa, but only two BUMDesa have active status, the remaining seven BUMDesa are inactive. The failure of the seven BUMDesa in Tamansari Sub-district was influenced by many factors, one of which was the weak capacity and ability of the Head of BUMDesa. This is because the elected head of BUMDesa does not have adequate knowledge, experience and education. On this basis, this service is carried out in the form of providing continuous managerial training in the form of BUMDesa schools and clinics for BUMDes heads in Tamansari District, Bogor Regency. The outputs resulting from this activity are in the form of increasing the ability and capacity of the Head of BUMDesa in Tamansari District, the creation of professional and competitive BUMDesa.

Abstract

The most varied Islamic educational institutions are pesantren, given the freedom of the founding kyai to express pesantren with an emphasis on certain fields. Pesantren which is the hope of the community as a place to study in the hope that it can be a provision in the face of the times. However, the pesantren itself also faces many problems. Among the input problems contained in Islamic boarding schools are the weaknesses of the vision and goals brought by pesantren education. The Orenz business boarding school is a modern Islamic boarding school in Leuwiliang sub-district, Bogor Regency. This Islamic boarding school has a vision to produce students who master religious knowledge well and are independent by entrepreneurship. The operational needs of the pesantren are met from the business units that are built. The concept of a modern business boarding school must be supported by good governance and management. The problem that occurs is that the income obtained from the business unit is not maximized, especially from the aquaculture business unit. The business management carried out is also not supported by good financial management skills, especially in making financial reports. In order to increase the ability and business capacity of the Orenz Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to conduct training in increasing the value of the products produced and financial management training.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keuangan merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dimiliki oleh suatu sekolah agar setiap kegiatan operasional sekolah berjalan dengan baik. Pengelolaan keuangan secara umum sebenarnya telah dilakukan oleh semua sekolah. Pada sekolah-sekolah biasa yang daya dukung masyarakatnya masih tergolong rendah, pengelolaan keuangannya pun masih sederhana. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pendampingan di dalam mengelola keuangan sampai dengan pelaporan keuangannya pada PG TK Islam Al-Amin. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat bahwa pelaporan keuangan selama ini masih sederhana dan masih memerlukan pendampingan cara menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. ABSTRACT Finance is one of the important elements owned by a school so that every school operational activity runs well. In general, financial management has actually been carried out by all schools. In ordinary schools where the community's carrying capacity is still relatively low, financial management is still simple. The purpose of community service activities is assistance in managing finances up to financial reporting at PG TK Islam Al-Amin. The method used in community service is the lecture method and assistance in preparing financial reports. The results of community service show that financial reporting has so far been simple and still requires assistance in how to prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaku usaha dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sekumpulan Usaha mikro kecil di kelurahan Tegal Alur. Bidang usaha para wirausaha diantaranya pengolahan makanan, aksesoris, dan jasa penyewaan alat-alat pernikahan. Pelaksanaan bisnis usaha para UMKM cenderung bersifat pasif, dimulai dengan menunggu pesanan dari konsumen dan kurangnya pemanfaatan maksimal media sosial di era digital masa kini. Solusi yang disarankan dengan melakukan suatu penyuluhan bagaimana mengoptimalisasikan penggunaan perangkat smartphone sebagai media pemasaran dalam mendukung peningkatan peluang usaha di masa pandemic Covid 19.  Tahapan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengganti pola pelaku usaha menjadi bentuk pemasaran masa kini dari bentuk pemasaran yang tradisional.  Harapan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan mampu memperluas jangkauan pangsa pasar, margin keuntungan terjadi peningkatan, volume penjualan yang meningkat dan minimalisasi biaya pemasaran dengan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi usaha. ABSTRACT Business actors in this community service activity are a group of small micro businesses in Tegal Alur village. The business fields of entrepreneurs include food processing, accessories, and wedding equipment rental services. The business implementation of MSME businesses tends to be passive, starting with waiting for orders from consumers and the lack of maximum utilization of social media in today's digital era. The suggested solution is to conduct counseling on how to optimize the use of smartphone devices as a marketing medium in support increasing business opportunities during the Covid 19 pandemic.  This stage of this activity aims to change the pattern of business actors into the form of modern marketing from traditional forms of marketing. The expectations obtained from the business activities carried out are able to expand the reach of market share, increase profit margins, increase sales volume and minimize marketing costs by utilizing social media as a means of business communication.
