Abstract

Currently, the involvement of MSMEs in the economic development process is very rapid, considering that their level of productivity must continue to be developed alongside large businesses. MSMEs contribute to labor absorption on average by 96.66% of the total national workforce, while large businesses only contribute an average of 3.32% to the national workforce. The high ability of MSMEs to create employment opportunities indicates that MSMEs have considerable potential to be developed throughout the country. However, on the other hand, MSMEs have many obstacles, namely limited working capital, low human resources, and lack of mastery of science and technology. Providing information and market networks, easy access to funding, assistance and increasing information technology capacity are efforts to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs. Teluk Karya Village needs technology in the midst of globalization. Most of the problems faced are product marketing and their human resource knowledge is still lacking. This Community Service was carried out in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an effort to improve the E-Catalog to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. This effort was motivated by the lack of implementation of the development of E-catalog technology and information in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan, which resulted in a lack of information on the use of marketing through social media, especially using E-Catalogs which could increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Teluk Karya Village, District Lampihong is not optimal yet. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) The role of E-Catalog for the Teluk Karya Village community in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the Village, 2.) Increasing the income of village communities, especially MSME actors, in conducting their businesses so that they can compete well and create sustainable community welfare.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan semakin berkembang dan memberikan berbagai peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan adalah Quizizz, sebuah platform berbasis web yang memungkinkan pembuatan kuis interaktif sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada tutor di dalam pembuatan dan penggunaan Quizizz sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di PKBM King Sae Qencana, adapun pelatihan ini dilakukan secara sesi praktik langsung, diskusi kelompok dan monitoring pasca-pelatihan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi quizizz sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Kajian pustaka, dan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak antara lain, tim pengabdian, tutor, peserta didik dan kepala sekolah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dan terampil dalam menggunakan Quizizz sebagai alat evaluasi. Selain itu, penggunaan quizizz terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan pertisipasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Implementasi dari Quizizz ini diharapkan dapat mendorong adopsi lebih luas dari teknologi pendidikan untuk mendukung evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

  Program pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan media pecahan yang menyenangkan, khususnya menggunakan alat bantu, dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas V SDN 65 Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus dengan partisipan siswa kelas V. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes pemahaman konsep pecahan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Hasil pegabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program pegabdian kepada masyrakat memiliki dampak positif dalam penggunaan alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran pecahan dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi matematika, serta membantu mengurangi kebosanan dalam pembelajaran. Pegabdian ini adalah pentingnya memanfaatkan teknologi dan kreativitas dalam proses pembelajaran matematika untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang menyenangkan dan memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Media Pecahan, Pembelajaran Matematika, SDN 65 Kota Bengkulu. Abstract This community service program aims to explore the use of fun fraction media, especially using tools, in learning mathematics in grade V of SDN 65 Bengkulu City. The community service method used was a qualitative descriptive case study with grade V student participants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and tests of understanding of fraction concepts before and after treatment. The results of this service show that the community service program has a positive impact in the use of props as a medium for learning fractions can increase student interest and understanding of mathematics material, and help reduce boredom in learning. This service is the importance of utilizing technology and creativity in the mathematics learning process to create a fun environment and enrich students' learning experience. Abstract

Stunting is a serious global health problem, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. Stunting assistance is an important strategy in overcoming this problem. This assistance aims to help overcome the problem of stunting in the city of Surabaya. The mentoring method which involves 3 stages, namely: searching for toddler data, implementation, monitoring and evaluation has proven to be effective in increasing children's growth. The research results show that sustainable stunting assistance has a significant positive impact on children's growth and development. However, challenges such as health service accessibility, public awareness, and program sustainability remain the main focus. Therefore, the implementation of a broader, more coordinated and sustainable stunting assistance program is needed to address the stunting problem in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas pelatihan teknis dalam pembuatan kuesioner penelitian melalui aplikasi Google Form untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil penelitian bagi dosen pemula di era digital. Metode pelatihan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan teknis dalam merancang kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel menggunakan platform digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimental kepada sekelompok dosen pemula. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan teknis secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dosen dalam merancang kuesioner, yang berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas penelitian mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan teknis dalam mendukung dosen pemula dalam menghasilkan penelitian yang lebih berkualitas di era digital.

Abstract

The impact of a lack of nutritional intake in pregnant women, besides being able to influence malnutrition in children, can also risk reducing the child's cognitive and physical development. One of the government's programs in an effort to overcome malnutrition experienced by mothers and babies is the need to implement supplementary feeding (PMT). Therefore, activities are needed to increase the knowledge and awareness of mothers of toddlers by increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres regarding malnutrition that can occur in pregnant women and toddlers. The socialization activity of PMT cooking demonstrations based on local food to posyandu cadres aims to increase insight and skills in modifying PMT menus. This research uses qualitative methods. Community service activities are carried out in the Keling Pacar Health Center working area. Pacar Keling Village, Tambaksari District, Surabaya City. There were 51 cadres attending the activity representing 21 Pacar Keling posyandu and 59 cadres representing 23 Pacar Kembang posyandu. The socialization of the PMT cooking demonstration based on local food was held on June 5 2024 at the RW X hall, Pacar Keling Village. Providing PMT education to posyandu cadres delivered by nutrition officers from the Pacar Keling Community Health Center. The material presented is in the form of an explanation of the meaning of local PMT, the aims, benefits, targets of PMT, and an example of a menu from local PMT, the nutritional content of the menu, and how to make it. The menu created in the cooking demonstration was "Croquettes Filled with Chicken and Scrambled Eggs", a PMT snack target for KEK Pregnant Women. Next there is "Anchovy Rice Balls Filled with Quail Eggs" for mothers of toddlers to prevent malnutrition in toddlers. It is hoped that the local PMT cooking demonstration activity for posyandu cadres can increase comprehensive understanding regarding the processing of local PMT which is healthy and nutritious for pregnant women and toddlers. So it can provide personal outreach to mothers under five and pregnant women who experience malnutrition by implementing local PMT in everyday life.

Abstract

Breastfeeding failure is still common among mothers who are unable to exclusively breastfeed their children. Indonesia's exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2022 was recorded at only 67.96%. Breast milk plays an important role in the survival of infants. Overcoming the problem of low exclusive breastfeeding coverage requires the participation of many parties. One of the efforts of the Surabaya City government is the establishment of Kampung ASI. This community service activity uses community education methods in the form of counseling, mentoring, lectures, questions and answers, and practices with material presented related to the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for the health of mothers and children. The implementation of this counseling was carried out using printed visual media, namely leaflets as educational tools. The targets of this activity are the community, especially pregnant women, mothers of infants and toddlers aged 0-2 years, and breastfeeding companion cadres in the Balongsari Village area. Providing exclusive breastfeeding counseling at the age of 0-6 months in Kampung ASI is intended to spread awareness about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding and foster confidence in working mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding optimally in the first 6 months of a baby's life. This approach not only educates parents, but also encourages them to exclusively breastfeed their babies.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang penggunaan teka-teki bilangan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika di kelas IV merupakan inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran matematika di tingkat dasar. Metode ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk identifikasi kebutuhan di sekolah-sekolah dasar, pengembangan teka-teki bilangan yang sesuai dengan kurikulum, pelatihan bagi guru kelas IV, serta implementasi dan evaluasi hasil dalam konteks pembelajaran sehari-hari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep matematika siswa, meningkatnya minat belajar mereka, serta peningkatan keterampilan mengajar para guru. Kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dengan sekolah-sekolah dasar juga memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif. Dengan demikian, penggunaan teka-teki bilangan dalam konteks pengabdian ini bukan hanya meningkatkan prestasi akademis siswa, tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan pendidikan matematika yang lebih baik di masa depan. Abstract Community service regarding the use of number puzzles to improve understanding of mathematical concepts in grade IV is an initiative aimed at improving the quality of mathematics learning at the elementary level. This method is implemented by carrying out a series of activities, including identifying needs in elementary schools, developing number puzzles that are in accordance with the curriculum, training for class IV teachers, as well as implementing and evaluating results in the context of daily learning. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of mathematical concepts, increased interest in learning, and improved teaching skills of teachers. Collaboration between universities and elementary schools also has a positive impact in developing innovative and effective learning methods. Thus, the use of number puzzles in the context of this service not only improves students' academic achievement, but also opens up opportunities for the development of better mathematics education in the future. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dilakukan pengamatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa dan keefektifan penggunaan alat peraga pada pembelajaran matematika materi persegi dan persegi panjang. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penggunaan alat peraga. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan antusias serta motivasi belajar siswa dalam belajar matematika. Namun masih terdapat kendala yaitu siswa kurang percaya diri dalam menjelaskan sifat serta rumus persegi dan persegi panjang di depan kelas. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut guru memberikan motivasi kepada siswa agar berani dan tidak malu untuk menjelaskan materi yang berkaitan dengan persegi dan persegi Panjang selanjutnya guru juga menggunakan alat peraga matematika sebagai salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar matematika siswa. Kata Kunci: Matematika, Alat Peraga, Persegi, Persegi Panjang Abstract The purpose of this observation is to determine students' understanding and effectiveness of using teaching aids in teaching mathematics about squares and rectangles. The method used is observation and the use of teaching aids. The subjects of this research were 27 class IV students. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of teaching aids can increase students' understanding, enthusiasm and motivation in learning mathematics. However, there are still obstacles, namely students are less confident in explaining the properties and formulas of squares and rectangles in front of the class. To overcome these obstacles, the teacher motivates students to be brave and not embarrassed to explain material related to squares and rectangles. Furthermore, the teacher also uses mathematics teaching aids as a medium that can be used to increase students' motivation and interest in learning mathematics. Abstract

Abstrak Program kampus mengajar merupakan salah satu program dari merdeka belajar kampus mengajar (MBKM) yang dimana berupa asistensi mengajar untuk memperdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran di sekolah di berbagai Desa/Kota, salah satu sasaran sekolahnya adalah SMPN 039 Bengkulu Utara Kecamatan Batik nau, Provinsi Bengkulu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar peserta didik terkhusus untuk pembelajaran matematika dengan materi statistika pada peserta didik kelas VII C SMPN 039 Bengkulu Utara. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif yang mana dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, berdiskusi, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga ini peserta didik lebih mudah untuk memahami materi persamaan linear satu variabel yang di pelajari. Kata Kunci: Matematika, Alat Peraga, Sistem Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel Abstract The teaching campus program is one of the programs of the independent teaching and learning campus (MBKM) which takes the form of teaching assistance to empower students to help with the learning process in schools in various villages/cities, one of the target schools is SMPN 039 North Bengkulu, Batik Nau District, Bengkulu Province . This community service activity aims to improve students' learning outcomes, especially for learning mathematics with statistics material for class VII C students at SMPN 039 North Bengkulu. The method used by the author is a qualitative method which uses data collection techniques: observation, discussion, documentation. The results of this research show that by learning using this teaching aid it is easier for students to understand the one-variable linear equation material being studied.
