Abstract

Rekonsiliasi konfigurasi membuktikan 28 physical axle lines; penyebut 14 menunjukkan beban per pair/station, bukan per axle line.

Abstract

Abstract

Managing dental treatment in preschool children with multiple carious lesions can be challenging, particularly when behavioral difficulties and physiological responses, such as an exaggerated gag reflex, interfere with clinical procedures. Effective behavior guidance strategies are essential to achieve successful treatment outcomes while maintaining the child’s comfort, cooperation, and psychological well-being. This case report aimed to describe the considerations and application of behavior guidance approaches in managing a preschool child with multiple carious lesions and a hyperactive gag reflex during dental treatment. A preschool-aged child presented with multiple dental caries requiring comprehensive restorative treatment. The treatment process was complicated by limited cooperation, dental anxiety, and an exaggerated gag reflex that interfered with intraoral examination and clinical procedures. An individualized behavior guidance approach was implemented, including communication techniques, gradual exposure, positive reinforcement, distraction techniques, and modification of clinical procedures according to the child’s tolerance. The treatment plan was adjusted based on the child’s behavioral responses and physiological limitations to minimize discomfort and improve cooperation. The implementation of individualized behavior guidance techniques improved the child’s acceptance of dental procedures and facilitated the progressive completion of required treatments. The approach reduced treatment-related anxiety and enabled clinicians to manage the gag reflex more effectively during dental care. Successful dental management of preschool children with multiple caries and a hyperactive gag reflex requires comprehensive assessment, individualized behavior guidance strategies, and appropriate adaptation of treatment procedures. A patient-centered approach can enhance cooperation, improve treatment feasibility, and promote positive dental experiences in young children.

Abstract

Human factors remain significant contributors to aviation accidents despite continued advances in aircraft technology, automation, and safety management systems. However, existing evidence remains fragmented across operational contexts, analytical frameworks, and methodological approaches. This study aimed to synthesize research on human factors in aviation accidents, identify dominant research themes and publication trends, examine methodological developments, and formulate future research directions. A systematic literature review based on the PRISMA 2020 framework was combined with bibliometric analysis. Scopus-indexed, English-language, open-access journal articles published between 2016 and 2026 were screened, resulting in 40 eligible studies from 668 initial records. Bibliometrix and VOSviewer were employed to analyze publication trends, author and country contributions, source distributions, citation patterns, and keyword co-occurrence networks, while thematic synthesis was conducted to interpret the findings. The results indicated increasing scholarly attention to human factors in aviation accidents, with China identified as the leading contributing country and aircraft accidents, aviation safety, human factors, and safety emerging as dominant research concepts. Five major themes were identified: pilot-related factors; organizational and operational factors; human-error analysis frameworks; emerging research trends; and future research priorities. The literature demonstrated a transition from descriptive accident investigation toward predictive approaches incorporating Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), Bayesian networks, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. In conclusion, research on human factors in aviation accidents is becoming increasingly multidisciplinary and data-driven, requiring stronger integration of real-time data, organizational resilience, and human–technology interaction to enhance predictive and adaptive safety management.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce and digital marketing has increased the importance of price perception, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) in shaping consumers' purchase intentions for skincare products. This study aimed to examine the effects of price perception and celebrity endorsement on purchase intention for Somethinc skincare products on Shopee, with e-WOM as a mediating variable. The study employed a quantitative explanatory research design using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through an online questionnaire administered to 160 Somethinc consumers residing in Jakarta who had purchased or used Somethinc products through Shopee. The results showed that price perception had a positive and statistically significant effect on e-WOM (? = 0.593; p < 0.05), while celebrity endorsement also had a positive and statistically significant effect on e-WOM (? = 0.362; p < 0.05). Furthermore, e-WOM had a positive and statistically significant effect on purchase intention (? = 0.305; p < 0.05). Price perception (? = 0.430; p < 0.05) and celebrity endorsement (? = 0.520; p < 0.05) also had positive and statistically significant direct effects on purchase intention. In addition, e-WOM significantly mediated the relationships between price perception and purchase intention (? = 0.181; p < 0.05) and between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention (? = 0.110; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that e-WOM functions as an important mediating mechanism linking price perception and celebrity endorsement with consumers' purchase intentions in the digital skincare market.

Abstract

This paper presents a distributed Multi-Agent Soft Actor-Critic (MASAC) framework based on Centralized Training and Decentralized Execution (CTDE) for adaptive Subband Full Duplex (SBFD)–TDD frame selection in interference-coupled multicell networks. The study is motivated by the need to increase uplink transmission opportunities in 5G-Advanced and 6G systems while managing the trade-offs among downlink performance, fairness, congestion, self-interference, and cross-link interference (CLI). A system-level simulator is developed incorporating traffic-buffer dynamics, discrete frame-selection actions, queue-based latency proxies, and interference-sensitive service-rate abstractions over a 21-cell 3GPP Urban Macro layout. The proposed method is evaluated against static, heuristic, and centralized global SAC baselines and is further examined through an ablation study comparing MASAC without information exchange (MASAC-noIE) and MASAC with lightweight intercell information exchange (MASAC-IE). The results demonstrate stable training under a fixed training budget and load-dependent coordination behavior. At a moderate load of 0.50, MASAC-IE improves uplink throughput by 34.9% and reduces the 95th-percentile queue length by 87% compared with MASAC-noIE, narrowing the performance gap relative to the centralized upper bound to 4.7%. Under heavy-load conditions, however, the same information-exchange mechanism induces overly conservative coordination, increasing CLI to 0.714 and degrading throughput. These findings indicate that CLI mitigation remains primarily a reward-design challenge rather than an inherent architectural limitation of distributed multi-agent learning.

Abstract

Christian professionals and entrepreneurs increasingly operate in marketplaces shaped by ethical pressures, technological changes, intense competition, and demands for social responsibility. However, Christian leadership is often confined to ecclesiastical settings, leaving limited guidance for integrating faith with professional and entrepreneurial practices. This study aimed to develop Marketplace Kingdom Leadership as an integrative leadership model for Christian professionals and entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Using a qualitative library research method and conceptual-theological analysis, the study reviewed scholarly literature on faith–work integration, servant leadership, ethical and authentic leadership, workplace spirituality, spiritual leadership, entrepreneurship, and Christian marketplace ministry. The literature was analyzed through concept identification, thematic categorization, theological–practical synthesis, and conceptual model formulation. The findings produced five interrelated dimensions: spiritual integrity, vocational calling, servant influence, professional excellence, and kingdom impact. Spiritual integrity provides the moral foundation; vocational calling gives work transcendent meaning; servant influence promotes empowerment and humane relationships; professional excellence establishes credible witness through competence; and kingdom impact directs business and professional activities toward justice, social responsibility, and mission. The study concludes that Marketplace Kingdom Leadership bridges theological commitments and organizational leadership theory by offering a framework for church formation, professional development, Christian business education, and future empirical instrument development across diverse sectors in Indonesia.
