Abstract

This research was driven by the excellent academic achievement of the interns, there was an increase in the value of the apprentices, which was influenced by several reasons. One of the reasons considered to be a driving factor for the high learning outcomes of training participants is the instructor's good andragogic approach. This study aims to: 1) Describe the approaches and activities of the androgynous coordinator. 2) Describe the instructor's andragogic approach in providing learning materials. 3) Describe a moderator andragogic approach to using PPDH. 4) Describe the instructor's andragogic approach to managing the learning environment. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a descriptive type which aims to determine the andragogy approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center. The research population consisted of 60 learning residents and the sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling and 50% were taken, namely 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data collection tool is a list of statements, then the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The results of the study found that: 1) The andragogical approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on the Facilitator's Performance Sub-Variables was categorized as good; 2) The andragogic approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on Learning Material Sub-Variables is categorized as good;3) The andragogical approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on Learning Method Sub Variables is categorized as good; 4) The andragogical approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on the Sub-Variables Learning about environmental management is categorized as good. Furthermore, suggestions are expected for future researchers to study new variables in order to be able to reproduce and complement the variables that will be studied further

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest in student learning, this is thought to be caused by a less conducive learning environment. This study aims to (1) describe the conditions of the learning environment (2) describe students' learning interests (3) describe the relationship between the learning environment and students' learning interests at LKP Prima Data Padang City. approach with a correlational type. The population of this study were all students registered at LKP Prima Data Padang City for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and 50% of the population, totaling 19 people, was taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages and rank order. The results of this study indicate that (1) the condition of the learning environment at LKP Prima Data is categorized as unfavorable. (2) students' interest in LKP Prima Data is low. (3) The results of data processing show that there is a significant relationship between the conditions of the learning environment and the interest in learning at LKP Prima Data Padang City

Abstract

The background of this research is the low interest in studying sewing training participants at the Kerinci Regency Vocational Training Center which is thought to be caused by the low availability of learning facilities. This study aims to describe the availability of learning facilities, describe the interest in learning and see the relationship between the availability of learning facilities and interest in learning. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational type. The population of this study were 40 sewing trainees. Sampling using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques and tools using questionnaires and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using percentage and correlation (product moment) formulas. The results showed that the availability of learning facilities was categorized as low, the learning interest of sewing training participants was categorized as low, and there was a significant relationship between the availability of learning facilities and the learning interest of sewing training participants at the Kerinci Regency Vocational Training Center.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest in learning of students caused by not achieving learning needs. This study aims to (1) describe the learning needs (2) describe the learning interests of the training participants (3) look at the relationship between learning needs and the learning interests of the training participants at BBPPKS Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The research population is training participants registered at BBPPKS Padang in 2023, totaling 102 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling which was taken 50% of the population totaling 31 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire and the data collection tool is a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages and product moment formulas. The results of the conclusions of this study indicate that (1) the learning needs of training participants at BBPPKS Padang based on all indicators are categorized as unfavorable. (2) the learning interest of training participants at BBPPKS Padang through all indicators is categorized as low. (3) The results of data processing show that there is a significant relationship between learning needs and the learning interests of training participants at BBPPKS Padang, this is proven and it is found that the results of rcount are greater than rtable.

Abstract

This study seeks to develop dependable, simple, and effective e-module learning resources to meet the content and media feasibility requirements for social studies class IV SD N 12 Koto Baru. This method of research and development employs the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) framework. Participants included teachers, students, learning experts, media experts, and material experts. Included among the research methodologies were questionnaires and evaluation instruments. The two categories of data analysis techniques are quantitative analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques. On the product validity test, Validator I received an average score of 4.86 ("Very Valid"), while Validator II received an average score of 4.7 ("Very Valid"). Both validators' media received identical ratings: 4.65 (Very Valid) and 4.8 (Very Valid) for validator I's media and validator II's media, respectively. The trial-based e-module practicality evaluation yielded the same score of 4.73 (Very uncomplicated) for the examination. The evaluation of the efficacy of e-module use yielded a homogeneous score of 84.35 percent and a completeness percentage of 90 percent (Very Effective). In the fourth grade of this elementary school, ADDIE was utilized to create IPAS e-modules. On the basis of the findings of the study, it was determined that IPAS fourth graders could easily utilize e-module content.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengestimasi validitas isi instrumen pengukuran literasi sejarah. Komponen instrumen pengukuran literasi sejarah ada 2 yaitu: 1) pengetahuan sejarah, dan 2) pemahaman konsep. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data validitas isi instrumen berasal dari penilaian validaro yang berjumlah 5 ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli metodologi evaluasi dan ahli Bahasa. Data validitas isi instrumen literasi sejarah dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar validasi dalam bentuk skala likert dengan empat kategori; sangat baik, baik, kurang baik dan jelek. Data skor penilaian oleh lima orang validator dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula Aiken’V. Hasil analisis validitas isi instrumen pengukuran literasi sejarah diperoleh indek sebesar 0,88 > 0,87 dengan kategori valid. Dengan demikia disimpulkan bahwa instrumen pengukuran literasi sejarah dari segi isi atau konten tergolong valid

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of inquiry learning strategies in class VII natural science subjects at MTsN 3 Kerinci. The research method used is classroom action research conducted in several cycles. Participants in this study were students of class VII at MTsN 3 Kerinci. In this study, the teacher implemented an inquiry learning strategy that involved students actively in exploring and discovering knowledge through asking questions, seeking information, and conducting experiments. During the study, data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and written tests to measure students' understanding of science concepts. The results showed that the application of inquiry learning strategies in class VII science subjects at MTsN 3 Kerinci had a positive impact on the learning process and students' understanding. Students are actively engaged in exploration and discussion, enhancing their critical thinking skills and scientific skills. In addition, the test results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of science concepts after implementing the inquiry strategy. This research concludes that the application of inquiry learning strategies can be an effective approach in enhancing science learning at the MTs level. It is suggested that teachers should more actively adopt this strategy and provide the necessary support to facilitate student inquiry in their learning

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi pada proses pembelajaran IPAS, permasalahan terkait ketidakpahaman materi siswa SDN 12 Tapi Selo kelas IV disebabkan pembelajaran yang monoton selain itu guru jarang menggunakan media saat kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan video edukasi sebagai sumber belajar yang dapat mewujudkan hal-hal nyata pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk dimanfaatkan oleh pendidik dan peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan menggunakan model four D (4 D). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 fase, yaitu. mendefinisikan, merancang, mengembangkan, menyebarluaskan. Uji validitas media dilakukan oleh tiga ahli yaitu validator materi guru IPAS SDN 12 Tapi Selo dan dua validator media dari dosen Departemen Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang. Ujian praktikalitas dilaksanakan untuk peserta didik kelas IV SDN 12 Tapi Selo. Berdasarkan penilaian validator media dan materi, hasil validasi materi 97,5% tergolong “Sangat Valid”, 99% hasil validasi media I tergolong “Sangat Valid” dan 95,8% hasil validasi materi II tergolong “Sangat Valid”. Media video ini tergolong “sangat praktis” dengan nilai 96,9%.

Abstract

The purpose.of .his study.is to.determine the efficacy of the application  Quiziz-based learning assessments which are useful for improving student learning outcomes, and can assist teachers in carrying out evaluations easily. Where students tend to be inactive, less interested and less interested during learning activities. This is because the assessment carried out is not interesting so that students are not challenged to take the exam The type of study used is a quantitative approach in a quasi-experimental form. The study was conducted on 25 of her students, including all students in Class VII of SMP Negri 2 Padang. A total of 229 persons consisted of samples from 8 classes and classes VII.5 (control class) and VII.2 (experimental class). The data analysis technique uses the t-test (t-test), which has previously been tested for normality and homogeneity. The results show that tcount = 33.430 is greater than ttable = 1.678 using the tcount test formula to test the hypothesis. The average learning outcome scores of students using quiz-based learning assessment (experimental teaching) are higher than the average learning outcome scores of students who did not use quiz-based learning assessment. This is consistent with students' average learning outcomes of 84.78 using quiz-based learning assessment, compared to 78.77 without quiz-based assessment.

Abstract

The background for conducting the research was due to the lack of teaching materials for Informatics class VII in junior high school. The lack of teaching materials is due to the fact that Informatics is a new subject in the Independent Curriculum. This lack of teaching materials resulted in a lot of student learning outcomes under the KKTP. The research was conducted using Research & Development (R&D) development research with the ADDIE development model. Data collection instruments in this study used validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and pre-test post-test questions. Based on the results of the media validation assessment conducted by experts in the media field I obtained a value of 3.58 which means very valid. From experts in the field of media II, a value of 3.87 is obtained, which means it is very valid. For validation from material experts, a value of 3.80 is obtained, which means it is very valid. Product practicality test results obtained a value of 3.72 which means very practical. The effectiveness test shows tcount>ttable so that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. It can be concluded that this E-LKPD teaching material product is effective and can be used.
