Abstract

The production of goods that are halal certified is the motto for public sales of the basic materials and secondary materials used, of course the goods being traded must have adequate quality and quantity for the community because the times demand the production of goods that are in accordance with the needs of society at this time, in this case the Ulema Council made a policy towards the establishment of a forum for the production of halal goods that is in accordance with the current needs of the Ummah, through the formation of the Waqaf Shop to become a promoter of the Ummah in developing halal production goods so that the Ummah becomes calm and happy with the movement of the Ummah and the support of the Muslim Ummah. The goods used by Muslims are all certified halal and are not outdated in terms of goods production. In the discussion of the scientific work, we will explain the importance and magnitude of the influence of the Indonesian Ulema Council of North Sumatra in forming Waqaf Shops as a solution for Muslims when determining which goods to buy for use in everyday life. ABSTRAKProduksi barang yang bersertifikasi halal menjadi moto pada penjualan masyarakat terhadap bahan pokok dan bahan sekunder yang digunakan, tentu barang yang diperjualbelikan tersebut harus memiliki kualitas dan juga kuantitas yang memadai untuk masyarakat karena zaman menuntut kepada produksi barang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pada masa ini, dalam hal ini Majelis Ulama membuat kebijakan terhadap pembentukan wadah produksi barang halal yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan umat saat ini, melalui terbentuknya Kedai Waqaf menjadi promotor umat dalam mengembangkan barang-barang produksi yang halal sehingga membuat umat menjadi tenang dan senang akan adanya penggerak umat dan sandaran umat Islam yang menjadikan barang-barang yang dipergunakan umat Islam itu semuanya bersertifikasi halal dengan tidak ketinggalan zaman dalam hal produksi barang, dalam pembahasan karya ilmiah akan menguraikan bagaimana pentingnya dan besarnya pengaruh Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatera Utara dalam membentuk Kedai Waqaf sebagai solusi umat Islam saat menentukan barang yang dibeli untuk dipergunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

An unrecorded marriage is a marriage that is legal in religion but invalid in state law, because this marriage does not have a marriage certificate and is considered never to have occurred. Unrecorded marriages also cause great harm to women and children. Because, unregistered marriages do not have legal force, and the rights of all parties in the household are not protected. Marriage registration is not explained in the Al-Quran or hadith and of course this raises the issue of whether it contains more harm or benefit. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is marriage registration in Islamic family law and How is the relevance of Ma?hlahah Mursalah to marriage registration in Islamic family law. The purpose of this study is to determine how marriage registration in Islamic family law and the relevance of Ma?hlahah Mursalah to marriage registration in Islamic family law. This research is library research or library research, which is qualitative research that uses descriptive and analytical methods, with primary data in the form of books which include: Ushul Fiqh, Science of Ushul Fikih, Fath al qarib, Fiqh munakahat and secondary books in the form of marriage registration and unrecorded marriage, Law of marriage and divorce, Islamic Fiqh and Islamic law books and other books related to research. The results of the research that has been conducted can be concluded that marriage registration in Islamic family law refers to civil law and is regulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage registration. Marriage registration is an obligation that must be carried out by every Indonesian citizen. The application of Ma?hlahah Mursalah in marriage registration can bring greater social benefits, including reducing legal problems related to marital status and inheritance, and minimizing the practice of marriages that are not officially recorded. Therefore, marriage registration in Islamic family law is part of an effort to maintain broader ma?hlahah for the community. ABSTRAKPerkawinan yang tidak dicatat merupakan perkawinan yang sah secara agama namun tidak sah secara hukum negara, sebab perkawinan ini tidak memiliki akta nikah dan dianggap tidak pernah terjadi perkawinan. Perkawinan yang tidak dicatat juga memberikan dampak kerugian yang besar kepada perempuan dan anak-anak. Karena, perkawinan yang tidak dicatat tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum, dan tidak terlindunginya hak-hak dari segala pihak dalam rumah tangga. Pencatatan perkawinan memang tidak dijelaskan dalam Al-Quran ataupun hadist dan tentunya ini menimbulkan permasalahan apakah mengandung lebih banyak kemudharatan atau kemanfaatan. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pencatatan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam dan Bagaimana relevansi Ma?hlahah Mursalah dengan pencatatan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana Pencatatan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam serta relevansi Ma?hlahah Mursalah dengan pencatatan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam. Adapun penelitian ini adalah library research atau penelitian Pustaka, yang mana penelitian bersifat kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis, dengan data primernya berupa buku yang meliputi : Ushul Fiqh, Ilmu Ushul Fikih, Fath al qarib, Fiqh munakahat dan buku sekunder berupa Pencatatan perkawinan dan perkawinan tidak dicatat, Hukum perkawinan dan perceraian, Fiqh Islam dan buku hukum islam serta buku lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya pencatatan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam merujuk kepada hukum perdata dan diatur dalam Undang-undang No 1 Tahun 1974 tentang pencatatan perkawinan. Pencatatan perkawinan merupakan suatu kewajiban yang harus dijalankan oleh setiap warga negara Indonesia. Penerapan Ma?hlahah Mursalah dalam pencatatan perkawinan dapat mendatangkan manfaat sosial yang lebih besar, di antaranya mengurangi permasalahan hukum terkait status perkawinan dan warisan, serta meminimalisir praktik pernikahan yang tidak tercatat secara resmi. Oleh karena itu, pencatatan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam merupakan bagian dari upaya menjaga ma?hlahah yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

A positive organizational climate is one of the essential elements in creating a productive, collaborative, and innovative work environment, especially in higher education institutions. However, many higher education institutions face challenges in maintaining a conducive organizational climate due to internal and external dynamics, such as policy changes, work pressure, and the complexity of relationships between individuals. This study explores how transformational leadership improves a positive organizational climate in higher education environments. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving lecturers and staff from several universities as respondents. Respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method based on specific criteria, with a sample size of 154 out of 250 total population. The study results show that transformational leadership significantly influences a positive organizational climate, including creating a collaborative work atmosphere, increasing work motivation, and encouraging innovation and adaptability. Data analysis indicates that the dimensions of charisma and intellectual stimulation contribute the most to the organizational climate. At the same time, individual considerations play a role in strengthening interpersonal relationships within the team.

Abstract

Human resource (HR) is becoming an increasingly important component of the entire strategy and operations of organizations in a variety of sectors and the rapidly changing educational environment. Quality improvement will be realised when they have in-depth knowledge, relevant skills and a positive attitude toward their duties and responsibilities. This research aims to determine the influence between the development of innovative leadership, perceived organizational support and management competencies on improving human resources. This research was coducted at 12 Buddhist Universities in Indonesia. This study takes a quantitative approach, employing a survey method and path analysis with SPSS 26. The unit of analysis in this study was PTKB Lecturers across Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires. The sampling approach used simple random sampling.The sample in this study amounted to 154 lecturers. Samples were collected from a total of 250 PTKB lecturers across Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of advertising effectiveness on online purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms, focusing on Shopee, using the EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication). It also examines the moderating role of brand image in this relationship. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal methods, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active Shopee users. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) model to assess the relationships between advertising effectiveness, brand image, and purchase decisions. The findings indicate that advertising effectiveness significantly and positively influences online purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image plays a crucial role in strengthening the relationship between advertising effectiveness and purchase decisions, highlighting its importance in enhancing the impact of advertisements on consumer behavior. This study emphasizes the need for e-commerce platforms to implement effective advertising strategies and cultivate a strong brand image to foster consumer loyalty and drive purchasing decisions. These insights offer valuable guidance for marketers to optimize advertising outcomes in competitive e-commerce environments.

Abstract

This study explores the role of product innovation and digital promotion in enhancing the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In globalization and digital transformation, SMEs face significant challenges, including shifting consumer preferences and heightened competition. Product innovation is critical in adding value and differentiating SME products. Meanwhile, digital promotion provides a cost-effective avenue for SMEs to reach broader audiences than traditional media. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method targeting SMEs across various sectors. The sampling used the total sampling method, with a sample of 70 people. The total sampling technique was used, and data were collected through Likert scale-based questionnaires. The findings reveal that the synergy between product innovation and effective digital promotion strategies significantly enhances SME competitiveness, increased sales, stronger customer loyalty, and improved market positioning. These results highlight the importance of adopting sustainable innovation practices and leveraging digital platforms strategically to thrive in an ever-changing market landscape. This study offers practical insights for SMEs to strengthen their market presence and maintain a competitive edge.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of Islamic communication in the Information era. The digital era has presented various challenges that must be faced by society, because the digital era presents various conveniences in accessing information whose validity is sometimes still questionable. Islamic communication that has the target of realizing khairu ummah/The Best Society as an ideal form of society that is aspired to. An ideal society is a society in which the social process runs with collective awareness to provide mutual benefits, uphold what is ma'ruf, collectively prevent every destructive social thought and action, and always consistently maintain faith and religious beliefs. The researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in order to provide a structured discourse on a situation, problem, event, matter, or plan. The results of the study showed that the Implementation of Islamic Communication is the best alternative in achieving the goals of khairu ummah. The Implementation of Islamic Communication is still chosen to resolve various problems of the community towards a safe, peaceful, harmonious and tolerant social life condition. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi komunikasi Islam di era Informasi. Era digital telah menghadirkan berbagai tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat, karena era digital menghadirkan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi yang kadang validitas kebenaranya masih dipertanyakan. Komunikasi Islam yang memiliki sasaran terwujudnya khairu ummah/Masyarakat Terbaik sebagai bentuk ideal masyarakat yang dicita-citakan. Masyarakat yang ideal adalah masyarakat yang di dalamnya proses sosial berjalan dengan kesadaran kolektif untuk saling memberi manfaat, menegakkan yang ma’ruf, secara berjamaa’ah mencegah setiap pemikiran dan tindakan sosial yang merusak, serta selalu konsistem untuk mempertahankan keimanan dan keyakinan beragama. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskkriptif, guna memberikan wacana secara terstruktur tentang suatu keadaan, masalah, kejadian, perihal, atau rencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Komunikasi Islam merupakan alternatif terbaik dalam pencapaian tujuan khairu ummah. Impleemntasi Komunikasi Islam tetap dipilih guna penyelesaian berbagai permasalahan ummat menuju kondisi kehidupan sosial yang aman, damai, harmonis dan toleran.

Abstract

Dental implant is considered the optimal rehabilitation option for tooth loss, a prevalent issue in Indonesia that can impair oral function. However, it presents technical challenges, particularly in the posterior maxilla where bone volume is limited. This study constitutes a literature review conducted using Google Scholar and Science Direct databases, spanning the years 2000–2024, with the keywords "dental implant", "osteotome technique", "sinus floor elevation", and "case report". The selection process prioritized relevance, scientific rigor, and contribution to the field of study. Two case reports indicate the effectiveness of the osteotome technique in augmenting bone volume and facilitating implant placement in the posterior maxilla. This technique is minimally invasive and expedites the rehabilitation process. Sinus floor elevation using the osteotome technique offers a simpler alternative to conventional procedures, associated with a lower risk of complications. Nevertheless, this technique necessitates operator proficiency and is suitable primarily for cases of mild to moderate bone defects. In conclusion, dental implant placement utilizing the osteotome technique following sinus floor elevation demonstrates efficacy for the rehabilitation of posterior maxillary teeth, contingent upon the consideration of anatomical, aesthetic, economic, and patient preference factors. ABSTRAKKehilangan gigi menjadi masalah umum di Indonesia dan dapat mengganggu fungsi oral. Dental implant merupakan pilihan rehabilitasi terbaik, meskipun memiliki tantangan teknis, khususnya di area posterior maksila dengan volume tulang terbatas. Studi ini merupakan tinjauan literatur menggunakan Google Scholar dan Science Direct pada tahun 2000–2024 dengan kata kunci "dental implant", "osteotome technique", "sinus floor elevation", dan "case report". Seleksi dilakukan berdasarkan relevansi, kualitas ilmiah, dan kontribusi terhadap bidang studi. Dua laporan kasus menunjukkan bahwa teknik osteotomi efektif untuk meningkatkan volume tulang dan memfasilitasi pemasangan implan pada posterior maksila. Teknik ini minimal invasif dan mempercepat proses rehabilitasi. Elevasi sinus dengan osteotomi menjadi alternatif prosedur yang lebih sederhana dibandingkan teknik konvensional, dengan risiko komplikasi yang lebih rendah. Namun, teknik ini memerlukan keterampilan operator dan hanya cocok untuk kasus defek ringan hingga sedang. Dental implant dengan teknik osteotomi setelah elevasi lantai sinus terbukti efektif untuk rehabilitasi gigi posterior maksila, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor anatomi, estetika, ekonomi, dan preferensi pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the poetry writing skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 37 Hulonthalangi, Gorontalo City, through the use of picture media. The research method employed was classroom action research (CAR) involving 15 students as subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and student writing skill tests. In the initial observation, only 3 students (20%) demonstrated the ability to write poetry effectively. Following the implementation of actions during Cycle I, the number of students capable of writing poetry increased to 6 students (40%) in the first meeting and 9 students (60%) in the second meeting. In Cycle II, the students' poetry writing skills continued to improve, with 11 students (74%) achieving proficiency in the first meeting and significantly rising to 13 students (87%) in the second meeting. The results of this study indicate that the use of picture media effectively enhances the poetry writing skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 37 Hulonthalangi, Gorontalo City. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas IV SDN 37 Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo melalui penggunaan media gambar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek sebanyak 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes kemampuan menulis siswa. Pada observasi awal, hanya 3 siswa (20%) yang mampu menulis puisi dengan baik. Setelah penerapan tindakan pada siklus I pertemuan 1, jumlah siswa yang mampu menulis puisi meningkat menjadi 6 orang (40%), dan pada pertemuan 2 bertambah menjadi 9 orang (60%). Pada siklus II, kemampuan menulis puisi siswa terus menunjukkan perkembangan, yakni 11 siswa (74%) pada pertemuan 1, dan meningkat signifikan menjadi 13 siswa (87%) pada pertemuan 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media gambar secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas IV di SDN 37 Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively describe the impact of teacher discipline in teaching on student growth and development, encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation and interviews at SMP Negeri 3 Kampak, Trenggalek Regency, this research involved teachers and students as subjects. The findings revealed a significant increase in the level of student growth and development following the implementation of a teacher discipline enhancement program. The level of student growth and development rose from 77.68% to 84.58%, as reflected in improvements across cognitive indicators (average scores, critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities), affective indicators (responsibility, learning motivation, self-discipline), and psychomotor indicators (practical/work skills, punctuality in task completion). These findings indicate that teacher discipline creates a conducive learning environment, provides a positive role model, and effectively facilitates the holistic development of students. This research underscores the importance of teacher discipline as a crucial element in improving the quality of education and student growth and development. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak kedisiplinan guru dalam mengajar terhadap tumbuh kembang peserta didik secara komprehensif, meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara di SMP Negeri 3 Kampak Kabupaten Trenggalek, penelitian ini melibatkan guru dan peserta didik sebagai subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat tumbuh kembang peserta didik setelah implementasi program peningkatan kedisiplinan guru. Tingkat tumbuh kembang peserta didik meningkat dari 77,68% menjadi 84,58%, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan pada indikator kognitif (rata-rata nilai, kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah), afektif (tanggung jawab, motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan diri), dan psikomotorik (keterampilan praktik/kerja, ketepatan waktu penyelesaian tugas). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kedisiplinan guru menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, menjadi teladan positif, dan secara efektif memfasilitasi perkembangan holistik peserta didik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kedisiplinan guru sebagai elemen krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan tumbuh kembang peserta didik.
