Currently, we have entered the industrial era 4.0 where technology and information are developing very quickly so that a lot of data can be obtained easily by the public, but the credibility of this information cannot be accounted for because the source of information is unclear. It is known, with these problems and supported by sophisticated technology, a new search medium has emerged which is called an online directory. The contents of online directories include important information such as names of organizations, institutions, or individuals, addresses, telephone numbers, as well as credible sources. Many people, especially high school graduates, and the equivalent want to continue their education in tertiary institutions, one of which is an Islamic university. Thus the online directory of Islamic universities in Java made by this author can be used as a reference for people who wish to continue their education at Islamic universities in Java but users also need to find further information through the website link that is already listed in the directory because the information is in the directory is not 100% complete.

Abstract

Dropshipping is a buying and selling system where the drop shipper sells products that he doesn't own. Dropshipping is basically buying and selling that is carried out between sellers and buyers using internet media. The dropshipper only has photo samples of the supplier's goods, usually in the form of photos, which are then marketed to consumers at a price determined by the dropshipper, if sold, the dropshipper buys goods from the supplier by asking the supplier for help sending the goods to consumers on behalf of the dropshipper shop. Thus, in carrying out dropshipping buying and selling transactions, it involves parties, namely suppliers and dropshippers. E-commerce has recently been favored by producers both large and small as well as retail sellers in general. This is because promotion through online media is easier to reach consumers in terms of introducing or selling their products. E-commerce makes it easier for consumers and producers to make transactions. A dropshipper is a party that advertises goods, sells goods without owning the goods through his online shop, which then organizes so that the ordered goods are sent directly from the supplier to the consumer. Suppliers or also known as vendors are the owners of goods whose role in dropshipping is to send goods directly to buyers.

Abstract

The Covid-19 epidemic has led to significant transformations in the financial performance of Indonesia's banking sector. Weak economic indicators have resulted in reduced bank capital due to inadequate working capital loans. This study aims to investigate alterations in the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) of Indonesia's state-owned banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The dataset is derived from the quarterly financial reports of state-owned banks spanning the period 2020-2021. Our findings establish a relationship between bank lending, non-performing loans (NPLs), and CAR. Under the prevailing circumstances, a considerable decline in credit and a noteworthy upsurge in NPLs emerged starting from the third quarter of 2020, with a slight increase persisting into the third quarter of 2021. In contrast, the capital adequacy ratio exhibits a tendency towards stability, attributed to governmental reinforcement of bank capital. We also prove that bank lending has a positive impact on CAR, whereas NPLs have a negative impact on CAR. The research underscores the state-owned banks' ability to consistently and securely maintain the CAR, further emphasizing that this prudent safeguarding mechanism ensures a continuous capital enhancement in conjunction with lending growth, all the while upholding the regulatory norms of the banking industry.

Abstract

Financial performance can be measured by various measurement methods, one of which is Economic Value Added (EVA). EVA is a performance measurement that considers the benefits based on the added value that can be obtained. Measuring the performance of transportation companies is currently very necessary considering that technological developments have brought many changes to the transportation industry. This research was conducted at PT Blue Bird Tbk. Secondary data was obtained through annual financial reports for the 2019-2021 period on the IDX website and supporting websites using the documentation method. Data were analyzed in four stages of EVA Performance measurement which consisted of NOPAT (Net Operating After Taxes), Invested Capital, WACC (Weight Average Cost of Capital), and Capital Charge. The results of the study using the EVA method obtained an EVA value 0 (negative value), meaning that the company was not successful in producing economic added value. The decline in the value of EVA is suspected to be due to several factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic where restrictions on community activities and the availability of online transportation were imposed.

Abstract

Nurses work at the frontline with high intensity in patient care, especially handling the COVID-19. Work pressure and stress faced by nurses can increase burnout (BO) as a syndrome of emotional exhaustion that occurs over a long period of time. One of the negative impact of burnout is the decrease in work engagement (WE). The presence of perceived organizational support (POS) has been shown to be correlated with low BO, and in turn, is correlated with high level of WE. This study aims to examine the contribution of BO to WE moderated by POS for nurses at the Hospital Prof R.D. Kandou in North Sulawesi as a referral COVID-19 hospital. This study involved 111 nurses from isolation room and emergency room using the convenience sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the moderation analysis with the help of JASP software. From the result, indicate that BO significantly affect WE which give a 26.9% contribution. POS adds contribution when together with BO its affects WE by 27.8%, to 54.7%. The results of the study show that POS significantly moderates the effect of BO on WE.Keywords: burnout; COVID-19; nurses; perceived organizational support; work engagement

Abstract

The high value of the capital structure (DAR) among companies in the agricultural sector signifies a greater reliance on debt capital than equity capital. This research aims to examine the influence of asset structure and company size on capital structure, with the mediating role of profitability. The study is based on case studies of agricultural sector companies that became publicly listed during the period 2014-2019. Path analysis is employed as the analytical method. The findings reveal a positive and significant impact of company size on profitability within agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX. Concerning asset structure, company size, and profitability, all three factors display a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX. However, the study determines that profitability does not act as a mediator in the relationship between asset structure and company size concerning the capital structure of agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX.
