Abstract

The Kampung Atas Air area has a high level of activity and economy because of its location close to the Floating Market and Speedboat Harbor which connects Balikpapan City with North Penajam Paser Regency. The amount of garbage scattered in the area shows a lack of understanding and concern for the community about waste management. To overcome this problem, we need a strategy to protect the environment, especially the management of plastic waste. In this activity, community empowerment will be carried out through counseling and mentoring methods in order to process plastic waste into paving blocks that can be economically beneficial. Evaluations carried out on the implementation before and after the activity through distributing questionnaires revealed that people's understanding of environmental hygiene, types of plastic waste, and how to process plastic waste into paving blocks is increasing.

Abstract

Wearnes is an out-of-school educational institution that provides computer, business and sales marketing materials with the aim of providing students with the skills to become entrepreneurs. However, the development and discovery of new ideas for entrepreneurship in educational institutions is still not optimal because the number of meetings on sales marketing material is relatively short, resulting in a lack of implementation of business/business concepts into business practices. For this reason, it is necessary to provide training to foster enthusiasm, new ideas and entrepreneurial creativity. This training also provides a way of calculating break even point analysis of the business plan that will be implemented, especially how to determine the selling price of its business products. The importance of providing this training is to contribute to students who are the younger generation with great potential to start new businesses and develop them in the future so that they have a large multiplier effect in creating new jobs.

Attention to low-priced fish and its process into a more expensive food ingredient is what is needed by countries that have large fishery resources, especially in Indonesia. Fish nuggets are food products derived from ground fish with the addition of spices and printed, which is then smeared with coatings (coating and breading), then frying (Rosselinda et al, 2018). Fish nuggets are an alternative to nuggets that contain good nutrition. These fish nuggets contain protein, fat and vitamins which are beneficial to the body and can be used as a side dish for food. Abstract

The reform era or the post-Suharto era in Indonesia began in 1998, to be precise when President Soeharto resigned on May 21 1998 and was replaced by the then vice president, BJ Habibie. This period was founded bya more open socio-political environment. Issues during this period included the push for democracy and a stronger civilian government, elements of the military trying to maintain influence, growing Islamism in politics and society in general, and demands for greater regional autonomy . The reform process resulted in a higher degree of freedom of speech , in contrast to the widespread censorship during the New Order . As a result, political debate has become more open in the mass media and artistic expression has increased. Events that have shaped Indonesia in this period include a series of terrorist incidents (including the 2002 Bali bombings ) and the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami . Using the knife of deconstruction of critical legal theory and socio-legal methodology with statutory, historical, conceptual and legal political economy approaches, three questions are raised, firstly the role of law in the market reform agenda which underlies the idea of limiting the role of the state in the economy; second, how is the role of the state in the economy being debated in the MPR and; third, what are the implications of the market reform agenda for the results of changes to the economic constitution.
