Abstract

The purpose of this study was to  analysis of  increasing scientific literacy of the students that implement cooperative learning type GI with Inquiry Labs method. This study used two experimental classes, men and women in one of the islamic senior high school in Padang. The research method used is a weak experiment with the one group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the scientific literacy in both classes increased and the average normalized gain <g> to a class of men is 0.30 and the class of women iss 0.43. Based on the average difference test, comparison of the increase (n-gain) students' scientific literacy of women and men did not show a significant difference for the two groups (Sig. = 0.031 <1 / 2α = 0.025). So,  cooperative learning type GI with Inquiry Labs method can be applied to increase scientific literacy in the classroom both men and women classes.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Type GI, Inquiry Labs, Scientific Literacy

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum requires student-centered learning. The teacher as a facilitator needs to prepare student-centered learning. The teacher prepares learning that emphasizes the thought process. Creative Problem Solving (CPS) models can develop students' thinking abilities. Teachers are expected to be able to develop teaching materials that are appropriate to the character of students. Teaching materials developed improve students' thinking skills. Teaching materials provided should also be able to increase student awareness of the nation's problems. One of Indonesia's big problems is corruption. Learning in schools is expected to instill anti-corruption character, one of which is integrating learning. This research is research and development. In this article is a part of the design of the teaching material that was developed. The data collection technique used is a prototype review of teaching materials developed. Analysis of the data used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are in the form of instructional material design based on the CPS model. The science teaching materials developed are based on the syntax of the CPS which consists of: identifying objectives, collecting data, sharpening questions, collecting data, formulating solutions, and implementing solutions. In addition to the teaching material developed it is also integrated with the anti-corruption character in each step of the problem solving that is displayed.

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had a significant impact in the world of education, educators are required to master technology and use it to support learning towards digitalization. The ability of educators at SMPN 41 Padang in making learning media is still not varied, in general they still use powerpoint. The service was carried out in one day at SMPN 41 Padang, attended by all teachers at SMPN 41 Padang, this service in the form of cmaptools media training went smoothly, starting with the delivery of material by the resource person then the next session was the practice of making cmaptools media. With this cmaptools media training, it is hoped that teachers will be skilled in making more innovative, varied and interactive learning media. IT-based learning media is needed in the industrial revolution era 4.0.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah membawa perubahan di bidang pendidikan. salah satu perubahan tersebut adalah penyediaan bahan ajar digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran online. Guru sebagai fasilitator dalam pendidikan perlu beradaptasi dengan perubahan tersebut. SMP Negeri 41 Padang memandang bahwa perlu ada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar, khususnya dalam bentuk bahan ajar digital. Oleh karena itu, tim dari program studi pendidikan fisika STKIP Adzkia melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan pembutan bahan ajar digital menggunakan aplikasi kvsoft flipbook dan web anyflip kepada guru-guru SMP Negeri 41 Padang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan kepada guru-guru SMP Negeri 41 Kota Padang berupa pelatihan pengembangan Bahan Ajar Digital menggunakan aplikasi flipbook dan wb anyflip. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak yang besar kepada guru dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar digital sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam penyediaan bahan ajar. Pelatihan ini mendapatkan respon baik dari pihak sekolah, baik kepala sekolah maupun majelis guru. Kepala Sekolah menyambut baik kegiatan ini, karena melalui kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyiapkan bahan yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Guru-guru juga merasa sangat terbantu dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar melalui pelatihan ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan instrumen penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa berbasis Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SN-DIKTI). Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu : (1) pendefinisian, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, (4) penyebaran. Responden penelitian ini adalah dosen STKIP Adzkia pada program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) dan Pendidikan Fisika. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket, lembar wawancara, lembaran uji validitas, lembaran uji praktikalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh  nilai validitas instrumen adalah 90,5 dengan kategori sangat valid.  Selanjutnya, berdasarkan data respon teman sejawat dan mahasiswa terhadap instrumen penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa diperoleh nilai 91 dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instumen penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa berbasis Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SN-DIKTI) yang dikembangkan telah mencapai kriteria valid dan praktis. Instrumen penilaian keterampilan umum  yang hasilkan dapat menjadi acuan oleh dosen dalam menilai keterampilan umum mahasiswa sebagai salah satu aspek yang wajib dinilai oleh dosen.

Abstract

Keterampilan abad 21 merupakan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai siswa agar mampu bersaing di era revolusi 4.0 ini. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan guru adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar  digital yang sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini. Bahan ajar dikembangkan berbasis suatu model pembelajaran agar mempermudah pencapaian kompetensi yang diharapkan.  Model CPS membantu siswa menguasai keterampilan  abad ke-21. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar digital (e-modul) berbasis model CPS terintegrasi keterampilan abad 21.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan prototipe e-modul berbasis model CPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe e-modul fisika berdasarkan model CPS teintegrasi keterampilan abad 21 sudah memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan nilai 89,06 dari perspektif guru dan 80,93 dari perspektif siswa

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan masalah kompleks di Indonesia karena dilakukan oleh semua kalangan. Oleh karena itu Pendidikan sebagai salah satu kunci dalam pembentukan karakter bangsa harus mengambil peran penting dengan memasukkan karakter antikorupsi dalam pembelajaran. Guru sebagai fasilitator dapat mengembangkan bahan ajar yang memuat karakter Antikorupsi. Selain itu, guru dalam pembelajaran dapat membangkitkan kreativitas siswa melalui penerapan model CPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas bahan ajar berbasis model CPS terintegrasi karakter antikorupsi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian research and development bagian dari evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dan mengenalkan karakter korupsi kepada siswa. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari 66.35 (pretest) menjadi  79.23 (posttest).

Abstract

In realizing its vision, SMP Putri Ar-Risalah needs to improve the competence/ability of its teachers. One thing that teachers need to master is the ability to write scientific papers. The ability to write scientific papers needs to be possessed by all teachers. In addition to making it easier for teachers to publish scientific papers, teachers can also motivate students to write diligently. The Adzia University PkM team provided training in writing scientific papers to Ar Risalah Junior High School teachers in the form of material presentations. The purpose of this scientific paper writing training is to improve the teacher's ability to write scientific papers. The result of the evaluation of scientific writing is that the teacher is satisfied with the training provided. According to the teacher, the material presented is up-to-date, effective, useful, and interesting. Teachers are also committed to applying the knowledge and experience gained through this training in carrying out their daily tasks.

Abstract

SD Negeri Gampong Jawa is one of the elementary schools in Langsa City, Aceh. SD Negeri Gampong Jawa has completed a series of re-accreditation activities, from meeting the requirements to filling in the accreditation instruments and field assessments. This Community Service activity is a field assessment for accreditation activities at SD Negeri Gampong Jawa, Lhokseumawe City. The results of school accreditation include four components: quality of graduates, learning process, teacher quality, and school management. Based on the assessment results, information was obtained that SD Negeri Gampong Jawa applied good quality standards for the four components above. Then, the assessor provides recommendations to the school principal for continuous improvement of the school. The Head of Gampong Public Elementary School accepts the recommendations given well and is committed to implementing them in the future.
