The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of budget to carry out the sorong serah aji krame tradition of Sasak wedding custom, as well as to show that the symbols used in this culture are unique in accounting. The interpretive paradigm and the phenomenological method were used in this research. Data collection methods include conducting literacy studies and interviews. Data analysis involves the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the budget varies depending on the conditions that occur, the level of ownership (Aji 33, 66, 100), and whether the equipment is owned or rented. The value of religion-based local cultural values as an implementation of sorong serah aji krame accounting is symbolized by AMANAH accounting A(Charity), M(Deliberation), A(Custom), N(Normative), A(Accountability), and H(Harmony).

Abstract

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which intertwines biological and digital advancements, technologies like teledentistry are revolutionizing healthcare delivery in Indonesia. Teledentistry enables remote dental and oral health services through methods such as teleconsultation, teleeducation, telemonitoring, and telesurgery (Anggayanti et al., 2023). Legislation such as Law Number 17 of 2023 on Health Management in Indonesia plays a pivotal role in regulating teledentistry and ensuring patient and dentist protection. This law outlines the rights of patients to receive safe, quality, and affordable healthcare services, encouraging the use of information and communication technologies in healthcare delivery (Amril, 2023). The normative legal approach utilized in this study examines primary and secondary legal materials to analyze the implications of Law Number 17 of 2023 on teledentistry practices. This study concludes that teleconsultation in teledentistry is a valuable tool for overcoming geographical barriers and improving access to dental care in Indonesia. However, further specific legislation is recommended to foster patient trust and optimize the use of teledentistry for achieving optimal dental and oral health outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the challenges faced and the strategies implemented in improving the numeracy of class V students at SDN 4 Selat, Singaraja. With a qualitative approach, data is collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The research results highlight several main challenges, such as limited educational resources, variations in student ability levels, lack of teacher training, non-conducive learning environments, and the digital divide. Strategies implemented to overcome these challenges include resource development, differential learning approaches, teacher training, improved learning environments, technology integration, and collaboration with parents. Thus, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of numeracy at SDN 4 Selat and provides insight into the development of more effective mathematics education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Dengue fever is an infectious disease that continues to be a global issue. In 2021, the CFR in Jambi Province was 1.4%. Puskemas Paal V Jambi City from the data there were 36 DHF patients in 2022 making the puskesmas with the highest number of DHF cases. The aim of this research was to determine what factors are associated with the incidence of DHF in the Paal V Health Center Working Area of Jambi City. The research approach used is quantitative using a case-control research design. This study's sample approach utilized a total sample size of 72 people with a ratio of 1: 1, namely 36 cases and 36 controls.  This study's statistical test was the Chi Square test. The findings revealed a correlation between the frequency of depleting water reservoirs (P=0.004), health worker support (P=0.006), knowledge (P=0.000), attitude (P=0.003) with the incidence of DHF. There was no association between water storage cover (P=0.777), experience of counseling with DHF incidence (P=0.057). The frequency of draining water reservoirs, support from health workers, knowledge and attitudes can increase the risk of DHF cases, so it is necessary to increase education for the entire community.

Abstract

Starvation significantly impacts fish species, affecting various organs. This study examines the effect of prolonged starvation on glycogen content in the gonadal tissue of Clarias batrachus, a freshwater catfish. Using a calorimetric method, glycogen levels in gonadal tissues were measured over a 40-day period at 10-day intervals. Results showed a gradual decline in glycogen content, likely due to increased gluconeogenesis and heightened rates of deamination. Male specimens exhibited a more pronounced glycogen depletion compared to females. Initially, the reduction was minimal up to 20 days, followed by a sharp decline, resulting in an 80% reduction by day 40. These findings highlight significant metabolic adaptations in Clarias batrachus during prolonged starvation.

Abstract

This study explores the significance of integrity and honest leadership in schools, guided by a hadith from Abu Hurairah (R.A) emphasizing the importance of intentions and truthful behavior. Effective school leadership requires collaboration among principals, staff, students, and parents, fostering a supportive management structure. Consistently applying honesty and integrity can strengthen the organizational culture and bring positive changes. The research employs a literature study method with a descriptive approach to assess the impact of these principles on school performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Continuous education and training for all stakeholders are crucial to enhance understanding and implementation of fair and honest governance. In the long term, these practices promote a positive and transparent school environment.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of auditor professionalism, idealistic ethical orientation, and relativism in whistleblowing, with legal protection as a moderating variable. This research is a population study (census) employing a quantitative and correlational methodology. The population comprises all internal auditors working at the Aceh Province Inspectorate Agency and the Banda Aceh City Inspectorate, totaling 65 individuals. The primary data for this research were collected directly through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression with an absolute difference value approach. The multiple linear regression analysis findings revealed that auditor professionalism and an idealistic ethical orientation positively influence whistleblowing, whereas relativism negatively impacts whistleblowing. Meanwhile, the research results using moderation regression analysis show that legal protection moderates the influence of auditor professionalism, idealistic ethical orientation, and auditor relativism in whistleblowing.

Abstract

Existing research on AI applications in HRM has focused on specific functions with limited exploration of other areas. Changes in publication trends and focuses coinciding with COVID-19 require investigation. Study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 233 publications from 2015-2024 in the Scopus database, analyzing trends in sources, authorship, institutions, countries, keywords and themes. The results show an exponential surge in the annual number of publications since 2020, indicating that COVID-19 accelerated interest in AI-driven workforce innovations. Research efforts became more concentrated among prolific authors, core journals, and leading universities. Study reveals how the pandemic triggered substantive changes, transforming AI-HRM research into a more globally engaged and focused field. This is the first comprehensive bibliometric study to analyze how COVID-19 transformed AI-HRM research landscape in terms of quantitative trends, participants and investigated topics.
