Abstract

This study aims to obtain data on the results of learning the concentration of children in group B in TK Kartika 751 Sentani Jayapura before taking action, taking action, and after taking action through pouring syrup water into bottles as an effort to improve the concentration ability of children in group B in TK Kartika VI-10 Yonif 751/R Sentani Jayapura. In this case, the child's concentration ability is lacking because the activities provided are less attractive, and the media used does not optimize the function of the five senses. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research, with the research subject being group B TK Kartika 751/R Sentani Jayapura, totaling eight children. This research uses Problem Based Learning method. The data obtained show that pouring syrup water into a bottle can increase the ability of children's concentrate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students' level of success in the Physical Fine Motor aspects through the Demonstration Method. The approach used is a qualitative approach where research is based on descriptive data from spoken words or observable behavior. Demonstration assessment techniques can be carried out using a checklist and rating scale. This research was conducted at Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten with ten students. Applying the demonstration method by making cow puppets can improve children's fine motor development, which previously only 30% of children's achievement levels increased to 90%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the effect of e-learning on the mathematics learning motivation of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 35 Makassar. This research is quantitative design. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII- Seven which consists of 33 students. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research is experimental research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation sheets and questionnaires.The results show that the use of e-learning affected students' learning motivation. The validity test process conducted it with the value of t- table 0.349, and the reliability test of learning motivation is 0.958 with a high category. The results of the test data are typically distributed and homogeneous. This is evidenced by the paired sample test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The data on the use of e-learning was obtained through learning observations which included e-learning systems, e-learning content, and e-learning infrastructure. E-learning system uses learning media such as zoom application, WhatsApp, and google classroom. E-learning content in the form of teaching videos and electronic math books in the format of applications that can be downloaded through the Playstore. E-learning infrastructure is used in learning activities, such as computers, laptops, and mobile phones connected to the network. The research was carried out as a whole and simultaneously. The value of learning motivation before e-learning was 48.033, an increase of 14.87 after the use of e-learning, with a total value of learning motivation of 62.9.

Abstract

This study aims to improve fine motor abilities through folding activities. The method uses quantitative data analysis and descriptive percentage analysis to process existing data to get answers to the problems to be solved. The population in this study was group B children of TK Muslimat Nu 135 Berbek, as many as ten children, consisting of 3 boys and seven girls. This study is designed as a repeating cycle until the target is met. Based on the analysis of activity data folded in the first cycle by 10% with the number of 3 children completed. Because it has not met the target, this study continues in the second cycle, 60%, with the number of 6 children who can independently. This research continues until cycle III when the completion rate results are 100% and have met the target. Then this PTK was declared victorious. This study concludes that as many as ten children can be carried out through folding activities to improve fine motor skills in group B children in Nu 135 Berbek Muslimat Kindergarten.

Abstract

The researcher's purpose is to determine how to implement teaching supervision in the school. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data sources in this study are principals, vice principals, and teachers—data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, redaction, presentation, and conclusion. They check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of teaching supervision using teaching supervision planning is carried out by holding a principal meeting with the team and teachers to determine the aspects assessed by making a schedule for the implementation of teaching supervision, using a directive, collaborative and non-directive approach, using unique techniques or class visits, as for the evaluation of learning carried out during the implementation of teaching supervision, namely seeing The presence of the teacher when teaching to students as well as photos at the time of learning as evidence that the teacher carries out the learning process. 2) obstacles faced in the implementation of teaching supervision, namely, the lack of teacher readiness regarding administration related to learning tools, feeling uncomfortable or unwell towards fellow teachers, and the lack of supporting facilities in the implementation of teaching supervision, such as learning media related to in focus.

Abstract

The study investigated the contribution of Information Communication technology (ICT), in- service training to job performance public secondary schools teachers in Calabar Municipality of Cross River State, Nigeria. The survey research design was adopted and two hypotheses were formulated to direct the study. The population consisted of 876 teachers from sixteen secondary schools in Calabar Municipality. A simple random sampling technique was used to draw out of a hat to obtain a sample of 219 teachers who constitute 25% of the total population of the study. The instrument used for data collection was a structured questionnaire titled “Educational Support Services and Teachers’ Job Performance Questionnaire” (ESSTJPQ). The instrument's reliability was determined using the Cronbach Alpha method, and the reliability coefficient estimate obtained ranged from 0.77 to 0.88. Data generated were analysed using simple regression analysis. The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and in-service training and job performance of public secondary schools teachers in Calabar Municipality of Cross River State. It was recommended among others that there should be adequate provision of ICT facilities in all schools to boost teachers’ skills in teaching and learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simple science experiments on fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years Ra Islam Nurul Quddus. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experiment Design. The population in this study were children aged 5-6 years Islam Nurul Quddus. Sampling in this research is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 12children with 6 children as the experimental group and 6 children as the control group. Data collection techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the fine motor skills of children who were treated with finger painting activities in the experimental group were better than the control group. The results of data analysis obtained Asym (2-tailed) = 0.026 <0.05 H1 accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the fine motor skills in the experimental class are better than the control class, this proves that the simple science experiment method with finger painting has an effect on improving fine motor skills. child.

Abstract

The objectives of this study (1) the influence of teacher performance, school environment, and learning media partially and simultaneously on student learning outcomes (2) the most dominant variables affect student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The data used are primary and secondary data generated from the dissemination of questionnaires, observations, and document records. The analysis used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis proof through the t test to partially prove the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables and theF-test to prove the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables simultaneously. The population in the research amounted to 500 students (classes X, XI, and XII), and 40 respondents were selected so that the number of samples was 120 students (40 students of class X, 40 class XI and 40 class XII) with sampling techniques using Purposive sampling The results of this study showed that (1) teacher performance did not affect student learning outcomes while, the school environment, and learning media have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (2) Teacher performance, school environment, and learning media have a simultaneous effect on student learning outcomes (3) the school environment is the most dominant variable affecting student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain data on the Social Entrepreneurship Assistance Model in Increasing Entrepreneurial Independence in the Management of the Anging Mammiri PKBM Program, Gowa Regency, by describing in the form of data the results of research conducted through a qualitative approach. In particular, this study aims to describe as follows: 1) Design of a social entrepreneurship mentoring model in increasing entrepreneurial independence in program management, 2) Determinants that are determinants of the success of program management.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The data is analyzed descriptively, in-depth and comprehensively consisting of reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the social entrepreneurship assistance model in the management of PKBM in improving the quality of institutions in PKBM Anging Mammiri, Gowa Regency provide an illustration that: 1) there is planning, implementation, results and assessment of management periodically and continuously, 2) the role of managers in order to improve the quality of the institution, 3) qualifications for the level of education p engelola and p endidik, 4) the support of community leaders is quite high 5) the facilities and infrastructure to support learning facilities are quite feasible, and the learning environment is quite conducive in Anging Mammiri, Gowa Regency

Abstract

This study examines the management description of new student admissions at SD Negeri Sipala 1 Makassar. This study aims to determine the management, planning, and implementation of PPDB at SD Negeri Sipala 1 Makassar. The location of this research is centered in SD Negeri Sipala 1 Makassar. The study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological research—data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, exposure, and conclusion drawing. I checked the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The study results indicate that school management has been implemented and planned: (i) Planning is implemented by determining the capacity of prospective students; determining the conditions for the acceptance of prospective new students; preparation of PPDB information media; administrative preparation; and infrastructure. (ii) The implementation begins with the formation of the PPDB New Student Admission committee, which is formalized by using the Principal's Decree; making, sending/installing announcements; requirements for registration of new students, how to register, time of registration, place of registration, when is the result of registration; registration of prospective new students by taking the registration form at the school; determination of students who are accepted at the educational level
