Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining data on learning outcomes of children in group B of Dharma Wanita Puncu Kindergarten before taking action, taking action with envelope book media as an effort to improve the reading ability of children in group B of Dharma Wanita Puncu Kindergarten, and collecting data on the reading ability of children in group B. Dharma Wanita Puncu Kindergarten after the action. The type of this research is classroom action research with the research subject being group B of Dharma Wanita Puncu Kindergarten with a total of 10 children. The research was conducted through playing assignments. The data obtained shows that the use of envelope book media can improve children's reading skillsPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan utuk memperoleh data hasil belajar membaca anak kelompok B TK Dharma wanita Puncu sebelum dilakukan tindakan, melakukan tindakan dengan media buku amplop sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Puncu, dan mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan membaca anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Puncu setelah dilakukan tindakan. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Puncu yang berjumlah 10 anak. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pemberan tugas bermain. Data yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media buku amplop dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the cognitive abilities of early childhood in making ABCD-ABCD patterns through activities of making ABCD-ABCD patterns using fruit satay in group B students at Mandala Putra Kindergarten. The subjects of this study were 5 students of group B of TK Mandala Putra. The object of this research is the cognitive ability of early childhood in making ABCD-ABCD patterns using fruit satay. The data collection technique used was observation of the students' work to determine the level of children's cognitive abilities in making ABCD-ABCD patterns and evaluation was also carried out during children's activities. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it was obtained that learning completeness in the pre-cycle had a percentage of 20%, in the first cycle it had a percentage of 40%, and in the second cycle it had a percentage of 60%. And from the results of the analysis above, it can be interpreted that the activity of making ABCD-ABCD patterns using fruit satay can improve the cognitive abilities of group BPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini dalam membuat pola ABCD-ABCD melalui kegiatan membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dengan menggunakan sate buah pada anak didik kelompok B di TK Mandala Putra. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 5 peserta didik kelompok B TK Mandala Putra. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini dalam membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dengan menggunakan sate buah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi terhadap hasil karya peserta didik untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan kognitif anak dalam membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dan dilakukan pula evaluasi selama kegiatan anak dilaksanakan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh ketuntasan belajar pada pra-siklus memiliki persentase sebesar 20 %, pada siklus I memiliki persentase sebesar 40 %, dan pada siklus II memiliki persentase sebesar 60 %. Dan dari hasil analisis di atas dapat diartikan bahwa kegiatan membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dengan menggunakan sate buah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak didik kelompok B

Abstract

This study examines the role of the principal's leadership in enhancement teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the leadership role of the principal in enhancement teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar; 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's leadership role in enhancement teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the principal's leadership in enhancement teacher performance was through his role as a) educators, conduct various activities to improve teacher competence in schools, such as in-house training and development workshops and become resource persons in these activities; b) managers, carry out development workshops, conduct in-house training, carry out MGMP activities inside and outside the school, and involve teachers in training activities; c) administrators, making strategic programs to improve teacher professionalism and supervising the implementation of learning; d) supervisors, supervise learning and study lesson plans, conduct individual meetings and follow up on the results of supervision, as well as provide support for facilities and a conducive atmosphere;   e) leader (leader), arouse the enthusiasm and cooperation of teachers, increase teacher interest in the development of education and implement multi-directional communication: f) motivators; provide verbal motivation and rewards, manage the school's physical environment, work atmosphere and discipline and provide learning resources; g) innovators, directing teachers to apply innovative learning models, create new ideas and integrate activities. Supporting factors, namely the support of adequate learning facilities, a conducive environment and the provision of rewards and reprimands, then the inhibiting factor, namely school principals find it quite difficult to change the mindset of teachers who are beyond productive age in following technological developments.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to find out the improvement of drawing creativity through fingerprint techniques; The analysis was carried out by direct practice methods with the approach of Class Action Research; the subjects of the study were the children of group B of Hidayatul Qur'an Kindergarten, which numbered ten learners the division of 5 boys and five girls. The object of this study is the ability to draw with data collection techniques, namely observation and documentation. Research instruments are used as observation guides for data analysis techniques. The results showed that fingerprint techniques could increase drawing creativity in children of group B of Hidayatul Qur'an Panyuran-Palang-Tuban Kindergarten.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreatifitas menggambar melalui Teknik fingerprint, Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode praktik langsung dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan kelas, subyek penelitian yakni anak kelompok B TK Hidayatul Qur’an yang berjumlah 10 peserta didik dengan pembagian 5 anak laki-laki dan 5 anak perempuan. Obyek pada penelitian ini yakni kemampuan menggambar dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa panduan observasi teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik fingerprint dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas menggambar pada anak kelompok B TK Hidayatul Qur’an Panyuran-Palang-Tuban.

Abstract

The use of the method of playing picture cards and syllable cards is expected to increase student activity in the teaching and learning process, so that in the teaching and learning process students' activities do not experience boredom, thus students will be physically, emotionally and intellectually involved which in turn is expected to have a better concept. good. taught by the teacher can be understood by the students. The problem to be investigated in this research is Is there an increase in the Reading Ability of AISYIYAH -2 Kindergarten Students, especially Class B1 by applying the method of playing picture cards and syllable cards? After the implementation of the method of playing picture cards and syllable cards, it turned out to be very influential on children's learning motivation. The results showed that the letter card media which was carried out in three cycles was proven to improve the reading ability of group B students. This was evident from the improvement in every aspect of the assessment. Children's reading ability in the pre-cycle which was only 40%, increased in the first cycle to 60% and increased again in the second cycle 78% and in the third cycle 93%. The research uses data that is carried out in 3 cycles, where in each cycle there are stages of activities which include: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection. Penggunaan metode Bermain kartu Gambar dan Kartu Suku Kata diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas anak didik dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga dalam proses belajar mengajar aktifvitas peserta didik tidak mengalami terjadinya kejenuhan, dengan demikian siswa akan terlibat secara fisik, emosional dan intelektual yang pada gilirannya diharapkan konsep yang diajarkan oleh guru dapat dipahami oleh siswa. Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah  Apakah ada peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca anak  didik TK AISYIYAH -2 Khususnya Kelas B1 dengan diterapkannya metode bermain kartu gambar dan kartu Suku Kata ?Setelah diterapkannya metode Bermain Kartu Gambar dan Kartu Suku Kata ternyata sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media kartu huruf yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelompok B. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya peningkatan pada tiap aspek penilaian. Kemampuan membaca anak pada pra siklus yang hanya sebesar 40%, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 60%  dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II 78% dan pada siklus III 93%.Peneliian tersebut menggunakan data yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus, dimana dalam setiap siklusnya terdapat tahapan-tahapan kegiatan yang meliputi : (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Observasi, (4) Refleksi

Abstract

This research examines how to apply the entrepreneurial competence of principals at SMKN 6 Pangkep, which is focused on school development innovation. The purpose of this study was to determine how principals' entrepreneurial competence in creating innovations that are useful for school development at SMKN 6 Pangkep. This research approach is nonionic qualitative with a descriptive research type—data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The interview data analysis technique uses data reduction, data exposure, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. The result showed the application of principals' entrepreneurial competence in school development innovation. School development innovation can be seen in the principal’s ability to act creatively and innovatively, empower school competencies, and foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The form of creative and innovative actions taken by the principal is to create a comparative advantage, the state of empowering school potential carried out by the principal is through the utilization of existing natural resources related to culture in school and the form of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit by the principal is applied through entrepreneurial learning, industrial work practice activities, and school business unit management.

Abstract

The researcher aims to develop children's artistic creativity through activities to make family photo frames from ice cream sticks. The type of this research is classroom action research, and the learning model used is the Project-Based Learning model. The subjects of this study were group A children at Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten Banjarmasin. From the observations at Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten, students in group A in the 2021/2022 academic year have relatively low artistic creativity. Based on identifying problems and actions taken in group A of Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten, the researchers obtained the following research data. Before the action the category score reached 16%, in the first cycle it reached 50% and the second cycle reached 83.3%. And with this it can be concluded that efforts to develop children's artistic creativity through activities to make family photo frames from ice cream sticks were declared successful, so this activity can be accepted as a way to develop children's artistic creativity.

Abstract

This study examines the description of the entrepreneurial competence of school principals at SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. This study aimed to determine the entrepreneurial competence of the principal in the school. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive type of research in the form of written and oral documents from people or actors observed by the researcher—data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data collection, data presentation, and concluding. From the results of the research, the principal's perception in reading and seeing developments in the surrounding educational environment, the forms of the principal's entrepreneurial competence, namely innovation and creativity competencies for the development of the principal school, innovate and ingenuity by building synergies with external and internal parties of the school which will have a good impact on the development of the school, especially school facilities and infrastructure outside of the boss's funds, Working hard for the development of his school where the principal always involves people who need his energy and thoughts in deliberation, Strong motivation the principal gives inspiration and encouragement to his subordinates to improve his performance which will affect his career in the future, Never give up the principal provides an understanding of the primary duties as a teacher and also the mentality of the principal in doing something to develop his school, never feel bored to correct what is still lacking in both teachers and students, the principal pays excellent attention to discipline and the principal constantly monitors all school activities, with the implementation of these indicators the principal has been able to produce successful entrepreneurs because successful entrepreneurs can be carried out if they have carried out these indicators.

Abstract

This study generally aims to improve children's language skills in reading through word cards in group B at Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Wringin District, Bondowosos Regency. The method applied in this research is the Classroom Action Research approach. (CAR) with the subject of group B totaling 20 children. Data analysis technique by holding two limited face-to-face meetings. This Classroom Action Research shows an increase in early childhood reading skills through the make a match method with word card media. This is evidenced by the results of the achievement of student development has increased; at the first meeting the achievement of student development was 52% and at the second meeting was 87%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of word card media can improve children's ability to read in Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of online learning on the numeracy literacy of eighth-grade students in SMP Negeri 35 Makassar. This type of research is ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The research sample is 120 students of eighth-grade students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and test questions. The results showed that based on four indicators in online learning, namely, online learning during a pandemic, online learning processes, online learning effectiveness, and online learning supporting factors, the average value of online learning indicators was 65, 5%, proven to affect the numeracy literacy of eighth-grade students in SMP Negeri 35 Makassar includes four hands namely, numbers, operations and calculations, geometry and measurement, and mathematical data processing with the magnitude is 5.9%. The study results based on a simple regression test obtained a significance value of 0.007 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that online learning affects the numeracy literacy of eighth-grade students in SMP Negeri 35 Makassar.
