Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and explanatory survey approach. The study was conducted at Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru Hospital, with the aim of testing the role of consumer satisfaction in mediating the influence of lifestyle on repurchase intentions. The population of this study were all directors, general managers, medical support managers, PPI (infection control center), purchasing, pharmacy, and users (doctors, nurses and midwives) totaling 120 people. Because the population members numbered 120 people, this study used a saturated sample method, meaning that all populations were sampled. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables,. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that lifestyle had a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions, lifestyle had a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions, and consumer satisfaction mediated the influence of lifestyle on repurchase intentions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource (HR) competence and the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) on the implementation of performance-based budgeting at the UPT Puskesmas of the Medan City Health Office. In addition, this study also looks at how organizational commitment moderates the influence of HR competence and SIPD on the implementation of the budget. The method used is a quantitative associative approach with a Likert Scale-based questionnaire instrument. The research sample consisted of 123 respondents including the Head of the Puskesmas, Technical Activity Implementation Officers (PPTK), and Head of Administration (KTU) from 41 UPT Puskesmas in Medan City. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS.3 software. The results of the study indicate that HR competence and SIPD effectiveness have a significant effect on the implementation of performance-based budgeting. Organizational commitment has also been shown to moderate this influence, strengthening the relationship between HR competence, SIPD effectiveness, and budget implementation. This finding is important for improving budget management in the health sector.

Abstract

Franchising has become a popular business model in Indonesia, including in Padang City. Franchising offers entrepreneurs the convenience of starting a business with lower risks compared to building a business from scratch. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing orientation of local franchises operating in Padang city. The research method uses a quantitative approach that uses a questionnaire as the primary data source. The research population is Local Franchise Businesses in Padang city with a sample size of 96 franchise business managers. Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. The findings provide an explanation of the three aspects of digital marketing orientation that can be drawn three things that need special attention from local franchise entrepreneurs in Padang City, namely the importance of informing all employees that digitalization in marketing activities is important for business progress. This makes all employees have the same interest and have the same responsibility in implementing it, digital marketing performance requires clear indicators, because with clear indicators it can be a reference material for the success of ongoing performance and regular meetings are needed to discuss business digital marketing planning, which can also be a place to evaluate what has been done.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh transaksi hubungan istimewa, tingkat utang dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap effective tax rate. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan pada sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019 hingga 2023 dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 10 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria dengan jumlah data observasi 50 data. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari setiap perusahaan yang telah dijadikan sample penelitian. Variable bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu transaksi hubungan istimewa (X1), tingkat utang (X2), dan kepemilikan manajerial (X3), serta effective tax rate sebagai variabel terikat. Metode regresi data panel digunakan sebagai metodelogi penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Analisa hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan transaksi hubungan istimewa, tingkat utang dan kepemilikan manajerial memengaruhi effective tax rate. Secara parsial transaksi hubungan istimewa tidak memengaruhi effective tax rate, tingkat utang secara parsial memengaruhi secara positif terhadap effective tax rate dan kepemilikan manajerial secara parsial memengaruhi secara negatif terhadap effective tax rate. Kata kunci: transaksi hubungan istimewa, tingkat utang, kepemilikan manajerial, effective tax rate.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of exports, imports and exchange rates on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method (10 year time series data (2012-2021) multiplied by cross section data from 10 ASEAN member countries), so the number of samples is 100. The results of the research show that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on exports, imports and exchange rate on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries, while partially there is a positive and significant influence of exports on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries, partially there is a negative and insignificant influence of imports on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries, but partially there is a negative and significant influence of the exchange rate on economic growth of ASEAN member countries. From the research above, the main factor influencing economic growth is exports at 73.81%, meaning that exports are an important factor that ASEAN member countries are trying to increase. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R²) show that exports, imports and exchange rates influence economic growth by 49%, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. In supporting economic growth, the governments of ASEAN member countries are trying to maintain a balance of exports, imports and exchange rate stability by increasing production of the best products, then inviting the public to buy and use local products from each ASEAN member country.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Environmental Concerns, Attitude, and Product Performance on buying interest in environmentally friendly clothing in generation Z. The research method used is quantitative research method and survey through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are generation Z who have knowledge about environmentally friendly clothing. The results showed that Environmental Concerns, Attitude, and Product Performance have a significant positive effect on buying interest in environmentally friendly clothing in generation Z. Industries that produce environmentally friendly clothing must provide clothing care education through socialization or short advertisements and how to manage clothing waste to the public.

Abstract

Archives are documents relating to the administration and archiving of government activities carried out at the Wali Nagari Salo Office. Various documents include letters and certificates. Manual recording sometimes results in unclear writing in the agenda book, making it difficult to process the data. One solution to overcome problems and simplify archive management is through designing a digital archive system that can overcome problems regarding archive management. PHPRad Classic is a sophisticated, fast application development program combined with MySQL, which is a database processing system that can process various types of data and produce the final result in the form of a report with a more attractive appearance that can be accessed via the internet network. Data was collected through interviews with the Nagari Secretary and Administrative staff of the Wali Nagari Salo Office. Data was also collected by making direct observations in the archives at the Wali Nagari Salo office.

Abstract

The use of the internet and mobile phones is not just to find various information, but people today make the internet, especially E-Commerce, part of their lifestyle. Shopee not only makes it easier to shop, but Shopee also makes it easy to make transactions when shopping. One of them is by payment methods using digital money such as ShopeePay, ShopeePay Later and COD. With ease in the purchase transaction process. This study was conducted to determine the influence of Shopeepay later and COD (Cash On Delivery) on the purchase decision of students of the University of Muhammadiyah Kalianda on the Shopee marketplace. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative research method and data was collected using a questionnaire. The sample taken amounted to 50 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument tests used are validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of SPPSS 23 processing from the descriptive analysis can be concluded that the spaylater variable (X1) has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y). The COD (Cash On Delivery) variable (X2) had no effect on the purchase decision (Y), then the spaylater variable (X1) and COD (X2) together had a positive effect on the purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing mix strategy in marketing management at the Sinar Argo Mandiri Shop, Pasuruan. To find out the marketing mix strategy from the perspective of Islamic business ethics at the Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan Shop. Business in the field of agricultural medicine is a business that is quite promising. Like the agricultural medicine shop which is quite large in the Penengahan District area, namely Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan. Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan is a private company operating in the field of agricultural medicine. The people of Penengahan District, most of whom work as farmers, make agricultural medicine businesses very promising and can earn quite large profits. Therefore, entrepreneurs want lots of profits, various strategies and innovations are implemented as steps to achieve the company's desired goals. In Islam it is strictly forbidden to produce or sell anything that destroys good faith and morals, shakes religious values ​​and morals, preoccupies oneself with futile things and takes them away from seriousness, brings them closer to falsehood and keeps them away from the truth, brings the world closer and keeps it away. hereafter. Researchers used a qualitative approach research method. The object of the research is the Sinar Argo Mandiri Shop in Pasuruan. Research data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation methods. The results of this research are that the marketing mix implemented by Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, this can be seen from the absence of deviations that violate the principles of Islamic business ethics in the marketing mix implemented by Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan.
