Abstract

Businesses in the tourism services sector are very promising, many entrepreneurs are opening tourism services businesses. Therefore, providing services will increase dedication for the better, namely with the aim of creating visitor satisfaction with the services provided, so that visitors will feel satisfied when visiting the tourist attraction. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on visitor satisfaction at the Jati Alam Asri Kalianda Pool. To determine the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Jati Alam Asri Kalianda Pool. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique, the sample used was 96 respondents while the analytical tools used were multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of this research, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.395, it can be said that 39.5% of the variables of service quality (X1) and facilities (X2) influence visitor satisfaction, while the remaining 60.5% is due to the influence of other variables that are not covered in this research. The results of the F test showed that the calculated F value was 32,066, while the F table at the 5% significance level was 3.09. It turned out that the calculated F was greater than the F table, so the ho or null hypothesis was rejected so that it was concluded that the service quality (X1) and facility (X2) variables had jointly significant influence on visitor satisfaction. The results of the t test analysis show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction and the facility variable has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Monetary and fiscal policies are crucial tools for stabilizing and promoting growth within a country. In Indonesia, these policies are implemented and driven by Bank Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine how monetary and fiscal control impacts portfolio management in Indonesia’s capital market. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables (monetary policy and fiscal policy) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (portfolio management), both individually (partial significance) and collectively (simultaneous significance).

Abstract

Agriculture is still the main sector in rural economy in Indonesia, including in Purwojati Village. This village is one of the extreme poor areas in Purwojati Subdistrict, Kabupaten Banyumas, where most of the area is dry land. Banyumas whose area is mostly dry land. Based on this condition, it is necessary to modify the technology on commodities in the based on these conditions, it is necessary to modify the existing commodities in the area, namely hydroponic melon cultivation engineering in greenhouses. The purpose of this activity is to increase cultivation productivity to increase community income. The results of the use of greenhouses in the use of greenhouses in golden melon cultivation in Purwojati Village increases productivity up to 4-5 times per year for 1 unit of greenhouse. harvest per year for 1 greenhouse unit, better fruit quality, and increased community knowledge in the field of hydroponic melon cultivation. better fruit quality, and increased community knowledge in the field of business management and modern agriculture. Abstract

The phenomenon of purchasing products online is currently increasing. This causes companies to strive to improve the quality of products (goods and services) to face the challenges currently being faced. One of the phenomena of using the internet and media is the increasing search for information about travel agents (online travel agents). Service quality makes customer satisfaction increase. Consumer satisfaction occurs when a product (goods/services) can meet the needs and desires of a consumer. Satisfaction with a product will lead to brand loyalty so that consumers will repurchase a product and will be able to recommend the product to others. In the world of e-commerce, especially in the field of online travel agents (OTA), customer satisfaction is of great concern. This study uses the sample characteristic method to find the relationship between customer satisfaction and online travel agents. This study illustrates that the service quality of online travel agents can increase customer satisfaction. In knowing the level of customer satisfaction, information systems are divided into three approaches, namely information quality, system quality, and service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of internal audit and accounting information systems on accounting fraud at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Ngupasan Branch. Effective internal audits and accounting information systems are expected to be able to identify potential fraud and strengthen internal controls. This research technique is quantitative with a data acquisition method using a questionnaire distributed to employees who play a role in internal audit and management of accounting information systems. The results of this research indicate that internal audit and accounting information systems at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Ngupasan Branch do not have a significant effect on accounting fraud. This indicates that other factors outside internal audit and accounting information systems may contribute more to influencing accounting fraud, and further research is needed to identify these factors.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the indicators that can be used to assess employee performance in an agency. Employee performance measurement can be measured by several parameters such as work motivation and work discipline. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance in the Housing and Settlement Service. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression methods based on variables (X1) Work Motivation and (X2) Work Discipline on (Y) Employee Performance. The results of the study indicate that work motivation is significant and has a positive relationship to employee performance with a T count of 2.401> T table 2.064. The results of the analysis are also seen based on the variable (X2) Work discipline has a significant effect and has a positive relationship direction to employee performance with an F count of 2.227> F table 2.014. The results of the positive determination carried out by work motivation and work discipline of 1.90 while the remaining 4.18 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on this, the analysis carried out can contribute to improving management in an organization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of external factors on audit quality in banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. The external factors analyzed include audit fees, audit tenure, and audit committees. This research uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling approach, where the research sample consists of banking subsector companies listed on the IDX that meet certain criteria. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the official IDX website. Data analysis was conducted using logistic regression with SPSS software. The results of the study show that audit fees and audit tenure do not have a significant effect on audit quality. Similarly, the presence of an audit committee also does not have a significant effect on audit quality. These findings provide new insights into the need for a deeper evaluation of the factors influencing audit quality in the banking sector, especially given the critical role of banking institutions in national economic stability.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SAK ETAP in the financial statements of CV. Finopi Indonesia and identify the challenges faced by the company in the process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using a case study approach. Data collection techniques through data triangulation, namely interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study in indicate that CV. Finopi Indonesia has not fully implemented SAK ETAP, by only preparing basic financial statements such as general ledgers and cash flow statements. Significant obstacles faced are the absence of SOPs regarding the writing of financial statements, the company has not paid attention to the accounting cycle, limited human resources, early readiness, the need for external support, and considerations of costs and impacts. This study is limited to one entity, so the result cannot be generalized to other entities. The implications of this study are important for small and medium-sized companies in Indonesia to improve transparency and accountability by complying with applicable accounting standards, and providing insight into the development of accounting policies the small and medium-sized company sector.

Abstract

The use of the economy in Indonesia has driven change, including increased corporate activity in the capital market which is essential to compete for access to financial instruments. Financial statements, especially equity, are a key indicator of company performance. A decrease in equity can affect investor confidence and future company growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and activity on capital structure in non-primary consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2023. The methodology used is multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables of profitability (Return on Equity), liquidity (Current Ratio), and activity (Total Asset Turnover), while the dependent variable is Debt-to-Equity Ratio as an indicator of capital structure. The result shows that profitability and activity have significant effect on capital structure, while liquidity has no significant effect. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of the company's ability to generate profits and manage assets to determine the capital structure.

Abstract

Background: Digital transformation in Private Higher Education Institutions (PTS) has become an important factor in increasing marketing strategy innovation, expanding institutional appeal, and strengthening engagement with prospective students. Objective: This study aims to explore the factors that drive and inhibit the implementation of digital transformation in PTS and analyze its impact on innovation in marketing strategies. Method: The method used in this study is a systematic literature review, by analyzing relevant studies from various national journals published between 2018 and 2024. Results: The research findings show that digital transformation not only optimizes marketing strategies but also increases communication effectiveness and brand awareness through digital platforms. This study also describes the positive impact of digital transformation on increasing engagement, operational efficiency, and competitiveness of PTS. Conclusion: A conceptual framework is developed to help PTS plan and implement digital transformation strategies effectively, along with practical recommendations to overcome integration barriers. This study provides new insights and practical solutions for PTS to leverage digital transformation for greater marketing effectiveness, as well as contributing to the academic literature and guidance for practitioners and policy makers in the field of higher education.Keywords: Digital Transformation, Marketing Strategy Innovation, Private Universities.
