Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the influence of corporate value and financial performance on stock returns within the automotive industry sector. The study covers the period from December 2019 to December 2023, with a sample of 10 selected stocks. Panel Data Regression analysis is employed to assess these relationships. The results show that Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Asset Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) have a significant partial effect on Stock Return (RS). In the simultaneous testing, Current Ratio (CR), TATO, DER, ROA, and Economic Value Added (EVA) are shown to collectively affect RS. This research provides insights for investors, offering recommendations to enhance investment portfolio optimization by considering these key variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing and digital marketing in increasing sales volume at Koperasi Kebun Makmur "Kopi Merapi" Yogyakarta. The cooperative has faced challenges with online sales performance, as data shows that sales on Shopee from 2021-2023 reached only 0.18%, 0.28%, and 0.22%, respectively, far below the 20% target. Using a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and secondary data analysis. Results indicate low consumer engagement, inadequate promotional, and suboptimal use of digital platforms. Recommendations include enhancing promotional campaigns, leveraging influencer collaborations, improving digital content, and diversifying sales platforms. By addressing these issues, the cooperative is expected to increase its sales volume and strengthen its position in the competitive coffee market. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pemasaran dan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada Koperasi Kebun Makmur "Kopi Merapi" Yogyakarta. Koperasi menghadapi tantangan kinerja penjualan daring yang rendah, di mana data menunjukkan penjualan melalui Shopee dari 2021-2023 hanya mencapai 0,18%, 0,28%, dan 0,22%, jauh di bawah target 20%. Dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan konsumen yang rendah, promosi yang belum efektif, dan pemanfaatan platform digital yang belum optimal. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan kampanye promosi, kolaborasi dengan influencer, optimalisasi konten digital, dan diversifikasi platform penjualan. Dengan perbaikan ini, koperasi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan dan memperkuat posisinya di pasar kopi yang kompetitif. Abstract

Higher education institutions bear a moral responsibility to foster an environmentally conscious culture through sustainable campus management. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Green Campus Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Andalas (FEB UNAND), to enhance the quality of sustainable academic services. The research employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, involving 75 respondents from various campus elements, including lecturers, administrative staff, and students. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires addressing awareness, participation, and program challenges.The findings reveal that while the majority of respondents recognize the benefits of the Green Campus initiative, its implementation remains limited to tree-planting competitions. Approximately 96% of respondents agree that the program's scope should be expanded to include reducing plastic waste, enhancing energy efficiency, and waste management. Key challenges include insufficient supporting facilities, resistance to change, and suboptimal socialization.The study recommends a holistic strategy encompassing education, provision of eco-friendly facilities, institutional policy strengthening, and integration of social norms to ensure program sustainability. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for other institutions in implementing Green Campus practices to support environmental sustainability and improve academic service quality. Abstrak Perguruan tinggi memiliki tanggung jawab moral dalam membentuk budaya berwawasan lingkungan melalui pengelolaan kampus yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penerapan Program Green Campus di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Andalas (FEB UNAND) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan akademik yang berkelanjutan. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 75 responden dari berbagai elemen kampus, seperti dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner terkait kesadaran, partisipasi, dan hambatan program.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden menyadari manfaat Green Campus, tetapi implementasinya terbatas pada lomba penghijauan. Sebanyak 96% responden setuju bahwa fokus program perlu diperluas, mencakup pengurangan limbah plastik, efisiensi energi, dan pengelolaan limbah. Hambatan utama adalah kurangnya fasilitas pendukung, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan sosialisasi yang belum optimal.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi holistik, termasuk edukasi, penyediaan fasilitas ramah lingkungan, penguatan kebijakan institusi, dan integrasi norma sosial untuk keberlanjutan program. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi institusi lain dalam mengimplementasikan praktik Green Campus untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan peningkatan mutu layanan akademik.

Abstract

Generation Z in Jepara is the target of this study, which seeks to understand how information overload contributes to decision difficulty through the medium of social media exhaustion. Generation Z in Jepara is the focus of this quantitative study, which relies on questionnaires filled out by randomly selected participants using the Rao Purba technique. The PLS-SEM approach, along with the Smart PLS version 4.0 application, was used to analyze 310 samples in this investigation. As shown by the findings of this study, there is a positive and significant relationship between information overload and decision difficulty, as well as between social media exhaustion and decision difficulty. The impact of information overload on decision difficulty, as mediated by social media exhaustion, is positively correlated. Abstrak Generasi Z di Jepara menjadi sasaran penelitian ini, yang berupaya memahami bagaimana information overload berkontribusi pada decision difficulty melalui media social media exhaustion. Generasi Z di Jepara menjadi fokus studi kuantitatif ini, yang mengandalkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh peserta yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik Rao Purba. Pendekatan PLS-SEM, bersama dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 4.0, digunakan untuk menganalisis 310 sampel dalam penyelidikan ini. Seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh temuan dalam penelitian ini adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara information overload dan decision difficulty, serta antara social media exhaustion dan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan. Dampak information overload pada decision difficulty, seperti yang dimediasi oleh social media exhaustion, berkorelasi positif.

Abstract

With the end goal to make customers happy, it is of incredible significance for the organizations to comprehend online customers’ purchasing conduct and explore the factors that influence the customer’s online purchase intention. The fundamental purpose behind why online purchase intention is of such significance for firms is on the grounds that it is a solid indicator of real online purchase. Therefore, it is important to conduct research on online purchase intention to gain a richer comprehension about internet business and customers' online purchase intention. However, in spite of the fact that the development is huge in internet shopping in Saudi Arabia, logical comprehension of the customers’ online purchase intention in Saudi Arabia is inadequate. Thus, it is essential for e-retailers to comprehend the elements that may impact the choice of the customers in shopping on the web. This study tries to fill this current research gap by observationally discovering what factors are essential for them that influence in purchasing on the web in the setting of Saudi Arabia. The targeted sample for this study is the customers’ who prefer online purchase in Saudi Arabia. The research distributed the questionnaire through online and obtained a total of 106 responses which were found valid for further analysis. This study employed multiple regression for data analysis and hypotheses testing. The results indicate that attitude towards design, information quality, influence of social networking, and perceived risk significantly influence online purchase intention among Saudi Arabian online consumers. Finally, the implications are discussed and future recommendations are proposed.

Abstract

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors are currently receiving significant attention from investors and company management. This study aims to analyze the relationship between ESG performance and tax avoidance among companies in Indonesia. The research utilizes financial statement data from non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019–2023. Financial data and ESG scores were sourced from the LSEG Refinitiv database. Data analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach with the EViews 13 software. The results indicate a significant negative relationship between ESG scores and tax avoidance. This finding suggests that companies with strong ESG performance are less likely to engage in tax avoidance practices. These results align with agency and stakeholder theories, which propose that companies with effective governance are less inclined to participate in tax avoidance activities.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of celebrity endorsers, brand awareness, product quality and e-WOM in influencing purchase intention towards beauty clinics mediated by brand image and focusing on the people of Batam City. The variables tested in this study include celebrity endorser, brand awareness, product quality, e-WOM, brand image and purchase intention. This study tested 326 respondent data with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the analysis stated that celebrity endorser and brand image have no effect on purchase intention. Brand awareness does not have a direct effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has an effect on increasing brand image which can increase purchase intention. Product quality and e-WOM have a direct and indirect effect on increasing purchase intention at beauty clinics in Batam City Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak dari celebrity endorser, brand awareness, product quality dan e-WOM dalam mempengaruhi purchase intention terhadap klinik kecantikan yang dimediasi oleh brand Image dan berfokus pada masyarakat kota Batam. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini mencakup celebrity endorser, brand awareness, product quality, e-WOM, brand image dan purchase intention. Penelitian ini menguji 326 data responden dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menyatakan celebrity endorser dan brand image tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Brand awareness tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap purchase intention, brand awareness berpengaruh meningkatkan brand image yang dimana dapat meningkatkan purchase intention. Product quality dan e-WOM berpengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam meningkatkan purchase intention pada klinik kecantikan di Kota Batam

Abstract

business intelligence and innovation are crucial in initiating and advancing company enterprises. This research examined the impact of business intelligence and innovation on business startups. A simple random sampling approach was used to gather data using questionnaires mailed to 173 workers and managers of enterprises in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The study used Pearson correlation and Regression analysis to ascertain the association between factors and the impact of business intelligence and innovation on company startups. The analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26. The study findings demonstrate a direct and positive relationship between the variables of business intelligence and innovation for business startups. Additionally, business intelligence and innovation have a noteworthy impact on the success of business startups.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of New Ways of Working (NWW) on Employee Well-Being (EWB) at PT. Bank XYZ, focusing on the roles of Employee Engagement (EE) and Employee Job Satisfaction (EJS) as mediators. A quantitative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Data were collected via an online survey from 187 respondents at PT. Bank XYZ Region 02, measuring NWW, EWB, EE, and EJS using a 5-point Likert scale. The study found that NWW has a significant direct and indirect impact on EWB, mediated by EE and EJS. The findings emphasize the importance of creating a flexible and supportive work environment to maintain employee well-being and productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. Bank XYZ's management strengthen work location flexibility, provide stress management training, and ensure transparent promotion policies. Additionally, enhancing the work environment through employee recognition and emotional support will contribute to increased productivity and reduced turnover. Strengthening NWW practices, such as flexible work arrangements and the use of supportive technological tools, is crucial to further improve employee well-being and support the organization’s overall goals.
