Abstract

The success of the hospital in providing the best and quality service to the community can be measured by the quality of the performance of its human resources. This is because human resources are an important element involved in the core activities of providing health services in a hospital. This study aims to analyze several factors that have an influence on employee performance at RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang, namely commitment, compensation, work motivation, and work discipline. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis using the help of the SPSS for windows program. This study used 158 respondents as the research sample. The independent variables consist of Competence (X1), Compensation (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and Work Discipline (X4), while the dependent variable is Performance (Y). The results showed that competence, compensation, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant positive effect on the performance of RSDU Dr. Rasidin Padang. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap IHSG periode 2016 hingga 2020 yang dilakukan baik secara menyeluruh ataupun sebagian. Populasi yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang telah melantai di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Data yang dipakai adalah data bulanan untuk seluruh variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Metode sampel jenuh digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan dan diperoleh sebanyak 60 data bulanan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi, suku bunga BI, dan nilai tukar rupiah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG secara parsial dan suku bunga BI berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap IHSG

Abstract

The West Sumatra - Riau toll road is expected to generate a favourable influence on the local economy, thereby enhancing the overall wellbeing of society. However, this progress does not eliminate some of the potential negative impacts, because the construction of toll roads will divert some of the public's transportation movements, thereby posing a threat to business activities along the diverted transportation routes. To anticipate these potential impacts, it is important to conduct a study that focuses on anticipating the potential socio-economic impacts of the construction of the West Sumatra – Riau toll road. A Focus Group Discussion was conducted with delegates from several Payakumbuh Municipal Government. A total of nineteen participants, comprising ten males and nine females, participated in the focus group discussion. The discussion remarks were methodically categorised and analysed. The study findings elucidate many potential ramifications of the construction of the West Sumatra - Riau toll road on Payakumbuh City, as well as proposed measures that might be implemented to mitigate these ramifications. The research findings can serve as a foundation for developing a regional development strategy for Payakumbuh City. The objective is to optimise the effects of toll road construction on the social and economic well-being of the community, ensuring equitable and balanced outcomes.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to find out whether consumer’s perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy of bank will affect the consumer’s loyalty. We tried to see the direct effect of CSR to consumer’s loyalty and the indirect effect to loyalty by using two mediating variables, namely satisfaction and trust, We split the CSR aspect into two main aspects, namely Business CSR and Philanthropic CSR. To test the hypotheses, we carried survey for bank customer who has bank account for more than 3 years. The result found that business CSR had a direct effect and indirect effect to consumer’s loyalty. However, the philanthropic CSR did not have affect the consumer’s trust.

Abstract

Research Aims: The aim of this study is to explore the effects of employee rewards on employee performance. Design/Methodology/Approach: The information utilized in this investigation was already publicly available. Online search engines and associated periodicals were used to compile the secondary data. To back up the research, appropriate textbooks were examined. Research Findings: Both financial rewards and non-financial rewards influence the performance of employees in an organization. However, extrinsic rewards have a short-term effect on employees’ behaviour while intrinsic rewards have a long-term effect. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The study contributes to theory by advancing the comprehension of the influence of total rewards (financial and non-financial rewards) on the performance of employees. Managerial Implication: The findings of this research will help employees and employers in understanding the critical effects of employee rewards on employee performance. Research Limitation & Implications: This study relied only on secondary sources, and the investigator lacked no means of verifying its accuracy.

Abstract

This research explores how human resource management (HRM) and knowledge sharing affect employee performance in the Kurdistan Region. The literature review discusses the importance of HRM and Knowledge sharing for organizations and companies and their effects on employee performance. An investigation studied how HRM and knowledge sharing affect employee performance. A questionnaire was used to collect demographic data and assess the correlation between the two factors. The research methodology includes a quantitative approach with a survey of employees working in governmental and non-governmental organizations and companies. A total of 210 responses were collected through the questionnaire. We analyzed data using SPSS software to enhance HRM practices and promote knowledge sharing among employees, which resulted in improved performance. Using SPSS software, data was analyzed to improve HRM practices and encourage knowledge sharing among employees, ultimately leading to better performance.

Abstract

MSMEs play a pivotal role in the community and sustainability of the Indonesian economy. This study explores and analyzes the developments and survival strategies of MSME actors in the Pacitan Regency. This study employs a qualitative method by taking data from interviews with 15 MSME actors in the Pacitan Regency. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MSME players in Pacitan Regency have experienced decreased sales and a lack of capital. The responses of MSME players in Pacitan Regency are decreasing sales turnover and increasing selling prices. One of the strategies MSME players in Pacitan Regency carry out to deal with COVID-19 is to sell online, reduce trade stock, make selling promos, and collaborate with other MSMEs. It is hoped that with this research, the government can pay attention to the good input these MSME actors give. In addition, MSME players are expected to be consistent with the strategy carried out by following government policies to continue to comply with health protocols in selling.

Abstract

Coffee is a highly valuable commodity that can be exported. The issue that arises is related to the supply chain, namely the suboptimal flow of goods within the supply chain. Hence, comprehending the notion of supply chain excellence is the initial step towards attaining a competitive edge in the supply chain. This paper is a literature review that analyzes prior research on the utilization of technology to enhance business operations through the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) principles. This study employs the PRISMA approach. To resolve this issue, the recommended approach is to utilize OpenSource ERP software, specifically Odoo. Odoo is a software application that employs the concept of ERP to seamlessly integrate various business operations within a company. One of its key advantages is that it is available for free download and can be customized to suit the specific requirements of the firm. Odoo offers a comprehensive module that assists firms in several aspects of their operations, including CRM, Purchase Management, Accounting, Sales Management, and more. Through the utilization of the Odoo ERP system, firms may streamline and consolidate their operational procedures, resulting in a more organized and efficient performance while reducing potential risks. , , , ,

Abstract

In order to determine how the COVID-19 announcement affected the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), this study examined IHSG, stock prices, abnormal returns as well as trading volume activity in the transportation industry from 2019 to 2020. Eighteen transportation companies were chosen for analysis over a 12-month period, centered around the event date of March 2, 2020, using purposive selection. The results demonstrate significant differences in IHSG and stock prices, but there are no significant distinctions in abnormal returns or trading volume activity prior and after the COVID-19 notificationt. This study contributes important new information about the complex ways that the pandemic has affected financial markets, particularly in the transportation sector.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of the capital structure, asset structure on effective tax rates with intervening variables of financial performance and profit management on the BEI-listed tobacco industry in 2019-2022. The study uses descriptive quantitative data with secondary data obtained from the annual report of the cigarette company for 2019-2022. The population of this study is cigarette companies that are listed in the BEI 2019-2022 using purposive sampling method. The research technique uses Smart-PLS4 software with SEM- PLS analysis consisting of an external model and an inner model. The test results showed from the nine hypotheses, that only the capital structure against profit management and the asset structure towards profit management were significant with a negative influence.
