Abstract

The success of a company, especially in the manufacturing industry, is closely linked to the performance of each department. The final objective of this research is to determine KPIs, measure department performance on each KPI based on the perspective of a Balanced Scorecard-based performance assessment approach, and then determine achievements. The process of generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) commences with conducting unstructured interviews to get KPIs for each perspective. Abstract

The money supply (M1) is the main metric for assessing a country's economic well-being. The money supply measured in the M1 category is the total amount of currency and short-term deposits that are easily accessible to the public for daily transactions. In 2013–2022, this research aims to calculate the M1 impact of non-cash payment methods, inflation and interest rates. A multiple regression analysis model is used for this analysis. The findings of this research show that there is a positive correlation between the money supply (M1) in Indonesia and non-cash transactions. The money supply (M1) in Indonesia is positively impacted by inflation, although the correlation is not too strong. Interest rates have a significant effect on Indonesia's money supply (M1) and are negatively correlated with M1. Non-cash payments, inflation and interest rates also have a significant relationship with M1. .

Abstract

With continuous growth, the travel and tourism industry has become the largest. Both North Minahasa Regency and the Indonesian economy will benefit from this. This research aims to determine the extent to which the tourism industry influences labor absorption in North Minahasa Regency. For the purposes of this research, data from 2010 to 2021 was collected from secondary sources. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as a quantitative method. This study concludes that although the number of accommodation and eating places has a small negative impact, the number of visitors has a significant positive impact. Additionally, there is a strong inverse relationship between the quantity of tourist attractions and their overall quality. The high number of tourists in North Minahasa Regency is caused by the presence of hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions in the area, all of which have an impact on labor absorption.

Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has a significant role in contributing to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Even though almost all individuals are now involved in online activities or using mobile devices, the majority of MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing methods. Lack of understanding of digitalization trends is a major obstacle. This research aims to provide assistance, increase knowledge and implement digital marketing to support the growth of MSMEs. It is hoped that this approach can provide relevant information and increase MSME income, overcome digital barriers, and optimize market potential. The implementation of digital marketing strategies is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly digitalized business ecosystem.
