Abstract

This research aims to find the concept in Indonesian universities that integration by science and religion in their regulations. The research employs a qualitative method with a historical-philosophical approach, conducting content analysis on the thoughts of M. Natsir to generate a new concept. The research findings indicate, firstly, that the concept of integrating science and Islam in higher education from M.  Natsir's perspective involves the integration of Islamic  knowledge and general knowledge without secularizing science and Islam. This integration includes mastering foreign languages, particularly Arabic, instilling moral values through ta’dib, enhancing learning through the presentation of arguments, advising, and adopting a wise approach with efforts in higher education to orient graduates towards becoming strong and sincere preachers.

Abstract

The following are the research objectives in accordance with the goals of this study: Examining the following four topics will help us better understand how fraud is prevented: 1) the impact of internal audit; 2) the impact of audit quality; 3) the impact of good corporate governance; and 4) the combined impact of internal audit, internal control, audit quality, and good corporate governance. The effect of Audit Quality, Internal Audit, Good Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Takalar. PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Takalar has the desired rate with good financial quality, therefore with these criteria it can convince stakeholders in making all decisions, one of which is investing in the company.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of person job fit and person organization fit on organizational commitment (study of employees of PT. Bina Media Perintis Medan). The influence between person job fit and person organization fit will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on organizational commitment. The form of research used for this research is quantitative with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and used 40 respondents as samples. The results of the research conducted show that the variables person job fit (X1) and person organization fit (X2) have a significant effect on organizational commitment. The person job fit and person organization fit variables simultaneously influence organizational commitment (Y) with an R value of 0.929. Through the adjusted R square value, it is known that the person job fit and person organization fit variables contribute 85.5%.

Abstract

Students from Gen Z of Health major should already understand the impact of consuming unhealthy food. In reality, they still choose type of food that lack of nutrition. To determine the factors that cause students to consume unhealthy food. The data were collected using in-depth interviews, documentation of alumni research results, and conducting focus group discussion (FGD) with key informants and experts. Data were validated using triangulation credibility testing of sources and methods. The factors causing unhealthy eating behavior of students are the taste, aroma, price of friends' invitations and the main thing is the availability of food. The results of the research show that the factors causing unhealthy eating behavior of students are the taste, aroma, price of friends' invitations and the main thing is the availability of food. Stakeholders should continuously educate students to reduce consumption of unhealthy food by preparing campus canteens and offering healthier food.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of facility provision, product diversity and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for fruit products at the Cibitung Main Market. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data through questionnaires distributed directly to each consumer of the Cibitung Main Market. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98 with the research subjects being business people who spent their fruit product needs at the Cibitung Main Market. Based on the results of statistical tests, it proves that facilities influence purchasing choices. However, the product diversity variable has a significance value of 0.302, which is greater than 0.05. As a result, hypothesis H2 was rejected, which means there is no significant relationship between product diversity and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The used clothing trade is quite popular in Manado City. The lifestyle of people who want clothes that have good quality and well-known brands but at low prices has created the phenomenon of buying and selling used clothes in the city of Manado. So currently many people are interested in selling used clothes in search of income and thus competition between used clothes sellers is also getting tighter. In this research the author used primary data. Primary data was obtained using data collection techniques in the form of: interviews, opinion polls, distributing questionnaires, observation and focused discussions. This research shows that the average level of income and profits for used clothing traders in Manado City is quite large and stable. And the ratio between income and total costs incurred by traders is >1 so that the business experiences a profit.

Abstract

Improving learning outcomes and student engagement in class X is the aim of this research at ATP SMKN 6 Takalar. Use of the independent variable for the research is that the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) oversees research projects and educational objectives using student engagement variables. Students in the class were used as research samples. Learning activities are recorded through the use of student activity observation sheets. and Utilizing tests before and after measuring learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, it was determined that the activities and learning objectives of Takalar students in class X ATP SMKN 6 could be improved using a learning model known as Student Teams Achievement Division, or STAD.

Abstract

Wider dissemination of information and setting relatively affordable ticket prices through the TikTok application will be able to increase tourists' visiting decisions. This examination means to quantify the impact of viral marketing on TikTok and ticket costs on travelers' choices to visit Maimun Palace In the city oF Medan. This exploration utilizes quantitatIve techniques with an affiliated methodology. . This research uses various tests using SPSS software to obtain research results, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and R2 test). Based on the results of SPSs data processing, the results/findings of viral marketing and the price of entrance tickets have a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on variable Y, namely the decision of tourists to visit Maimun Palace, Medan City.
