Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of FOMO, YOLO, and financial literacy on the use of Paylater services among university students. A quantitative method was employed, using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and the data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, partially, FOMO does not have a significant effect, whereas YOLO and financial literacy have a significant impact. Simultaneously, all three variables influence the use of Paylater, suggesting that a lifestyle oriented toward enjoying the present and students’ financial understanding affect their decisions to use Paylater services.

Abstract

This study examines how knowledge sharing, work environment, and work motivation affect workers' job satisfaction at CV. Sarana Inti Pertama. The following theories are put forth in this study: H1: Employee job satisfaction is suspected to be influenced by work motivation; H2: Employee job satisfaction is suspected to be influenced by work environment; H3: Employee job satisfaction is suspected to be influenced by knowledge sharing; and H4: Employee job satisfaction is simultaneously influenced by work motivation, work environment, and knowledge sharing.In order to get insight, a quantitative research approach including surveys and interviews is employed. Research that use questionnaires as the main means of gathering data from samples of a population is known as survey research. Purposive sampling, which is predicated on particular factors or standards, is the sampling technique employed. 38 workers participated in this investigation as responders. A multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the data using SPSS 31.0.2, 2023.The data analysis revealed that the knowledge sharing variable had a t-value of 28.968, the work environment variable was 28.046, and the work motivation variable was 53.640. In the meanwhile, 2.034 is the t-table value. The study's findings suggest that employee job satisfaction at CV. Sarana Inti Pertama is partially and concurrently influenced by work motivation, work environment, and knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accountability, transparency, and whistleblowing system on the prevention of Village Fund Fraud in Jaten Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, untilizing primary data from 40 village officials selected throught purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linier regression with SPSS assistance, following validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings reveal that accountability, transparency, and whistleblowing system have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. The results indicate that enhancing accountability, information openness, and effective violation reporting mechanisms can strengthen efforts to prevent fraud in village Fund management.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the Human Development Index (HDI) and population size with economic growth in North Sumatra Province during 2010-2025 using multiple linear regression based on secondary data. The results indicate that both variables are jointly associated within the model, although they show different directions when observed individually. Population size tends to move in line with economic growth, while HDI shows an opposite tendency. These findings suggest that improvements in human capital have not yet been fully reflected in productive economic activities in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of financial literacy, risk perception, and financial attitudes in influencing investment decisions of accounting students at private universities in Surakarta. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing online questionnaires to 88 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using several statistical procedures, including validity and reliability testing, followed by classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that financial literacy does not play a significant role in shaping students’ investment decisions. In contrast, risk perception and financial attitude demonstrate a positive and significant influence. These results suggest that students tend to rely more on their understanding of potential risks and their financial behavior when making investment decisions, rather than solely on their level of financial knowledge

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of improving the work effectiveness of PKBM teaching staff through education and training programs. The study aims to analyze the effect of education and training on the work effectiveness of PKBM teaching staff in Bogor Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach using questionnaires distributed to 33 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS through multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The findings indicate that education has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, with a significance value of 0.002. Likewise, training also demonstrates a positive and significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, education and training significantly affect work effectiveness, as indicated by an F-value of 25.67 and a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.62 reveals that 62% of work effectiveness can be explained by the education and training variables. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that education and training have a significant influence on the work effectiveness of PKBM teaching staff in Bogor Regency. Therefore, improving the quality of education and implementing continuous training programs are essential to enhance the work effectiveness of teaching personnel.

When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social relationships and conflict avoidance strategies on community consumption practices within a local community. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method in Kampung Cisaat, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results indicate that community economic decisions are not entirely based on rational considerations such as price and distance, but are influenced by social factors such as closeness to the seller, neighborhood norms, and the desire to maintain social harmony. The phenomenon of choosing more expensive shops reflects the presence of social embeddedness in economic activities, where economic actions are embedded within existing social relationships. Informal social pressure and solidarity among residents are the primary factors driving the community to continue shopping at specific shops as a strategy to avoid conflict. Thus, the community’s consumption practices demonstrate that economic activities are social in nature and cannot be separated from the context of the social relationships that surround them.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of job competence, work discipline, and incentives on employee performance. This study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The population of this study consists of all 40 employees in the marketing division at PT Pratama Mitra Aksara. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of an online questionnaire, followed by data analysis using multiple linear regression to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that job competence, work discipline, and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-scores for the Job Competence variable were 2.569, for the Work Discipline variable 2.894, and for the Incentives variable 2.998. Thus, it is concluded that improving job competence and work discipline, along with providing appropriate incentives, can enhance employee performance. It is hoped that this study will serve as a basis for companies to improve employee performance through more effective human resource management.
