Abstract

The purpose of this investigation was to determine if a correlation exists between e-trust, e-service quality, price, and web quality in relation to traveloka user e-satisfaction. The methodology employed was quantitative and involved collecting survey data from 100 users of the traveloka app and website. Statistical analysis was performed utilizing SPSS V.24 software. The research utilized various tests including validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results demonstrate that e-trust, e-service quality, price, and web quality positively and significantly impact e-satisfaction. Notably, e-trust has a partially but significantly positive impact on e-satisfaction. Additionally, the quality of e-service and price variables significantly positively affect e-satisfaction, as well as web quality, which is another significant factor that positively influences e-satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to determine the development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) financing in encouraging the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises UMKM. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative descriptive research type, which utilizes a literature study approach. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The research results show that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) gives a big priority to funding for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector, which is a type of productive financing, namely IDR 41.91 trillion from the previous year in 2021 of IDR 39. 4 trillion. This is in line with the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API) framework, the pillars of which are to encourage a national banking structure through financial support for UMKM financing. However, if you look at the percentage development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) financing for UMKM, it has decreased, from 8.36% in 2021 to 6.37% in 2022. This shows that the financing channeled by bank mergers in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) experienced a decline. Correspondingly, there are around 60 million UMKM in Indonesia. As many as 77.6 percent or 46.6 million of the 60 million UMKM have not had access to bank financing.

Abstract

Employee well-being is an important factor in the productivity and success of an organization. Conflict can cause stress, and job dissatisfaction and affect employee welfare. Protracted conflicts or damaging relationships between employees can hinder operational efficiency. There has been much study of the effects of conflict and stress, but not much has been studied about the effect of conflict and stress and organizational change on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of conflict, stress, and organizational change on employee productivity. This research is a survey research with data collection of 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Questions in the survey include the level of conflict experienced, its impact on productivity, and the factors that influence it. There are 3 independent variables, namely conflict, stress, and organizational change. Its dependent variable is productivity. Linear regression or multiple regression is used to identify the extent to which conflict, stress, and organizational change predict productivity. Also used analysis with SEM. The results showed that the level of conflict in the workplace had a significant negative impact on employee productivity. The level of stress experienced by employees is also related to productivity. High stress leads to a decrease in productivity. Organizational change contributes to higher levels of conflict and stress among employees. However, managing change with good communication and management support can reduce the negative impact of change on productivity. This study concludes that good conflict management, stress management, and effective change management can help increase employee productivity in the work environment. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for actions and policies that support increased employee productivity in the work environment.

Abstract

In recent years, online shopping has become more immersive and integrated in everyday life, especially due to lifestyle changes triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are still individual doubts and differences in the adoption rate of online shopping among Generation X. Generation X, these are individuals born between 1965 and 1980, have become one of the major consumer groups in the online shopping ecosystem. Although Generation X has experience with technology and the internet, a number of factors still influence the adoption rate of online shopping among them. There has been a lot of research done on online shopping but studying the perceived Effect of Convenience and Compatibility on Online Shopping Adoption among Generation X and using the TAM Approach, there has not been much and is still needed. So the purpose of this study is to study the Effect of Convenience and Perceived Compatibility on Online Shopping Adoption among Generation X: TAM Approach. The study involved an online survey conducted on a sample consisting of members of Generation X who actively use online shopping services. Data was collected through questionnaires that included questions related to convenience factors, compatibility, as well as the adoption rate of online shopping. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that the perception of convenience has a significant positive influence on the adoption rate of online shopping among Generation X. In addition, compatibility factors have also been shown to have a positive effect on the adoption of online shopping. His contribution is that companies can develop more effective strategies to increase the adoption of online shopping among this generation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of retail oil sales in customer relationships on the formation of brand equity and the impact of consumer loyalty in DKI JAKARTA. The population is all groups who use retail oil products in Jakarta, then the sample used was selected using a purposive random sampling quota method of up to 250 people. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using a set of scientific methods and procedures to design and collect data that describes the characteristics of objects, events or situations. This analysis aims to understand the influence of retail oil sales in Jakarta on customer relationships, the formation of brand equity, and the impact of consumer loyalty. The results of the analysis mean that on the customer relationship variable, the three indicator items are declared valid, but one indicator is declared invalid. Therefore, in the customer relationship variable, you can not use invalid indicators. The brand equity variable is declared valid on all four indicators. and the consumer loyalty variable is declared valid on all four indicators. In the reliability test, there are four variables that are declared reliable in the theory of Muniarti et al. and apart from that, testing with descriptive analysis and hypotheses. It is hoped that the results of this study will be able to provide advice and information to retail oil sellers so that they can reach a wider range of consumers and target them appropriately.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh job burnout terhadap Kinerja pegawai; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap Kinerja pegawai; (3 mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimoderasi oleh job burnout. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 57 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan model Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara Job Burnout terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) job burnout mampu memoderasi pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja pegawai secara signifikan.

Abstract

A UMKM in West Kalimantan account for 98% of the total number of businesses in West Kalimantan. UMKM is the smallest level of business, namely micro business with a percentage reaching 81%. The Trade Sector such as Retail, Repair, Maintenance of Cars and Motorcycles has around 138 thousand UMKM businesses or reaching 47%. The Drinking Food Provision sector amounted to 62 thousand businesses reaching 21%. In Ketapang Regency, UMKM business actors are also one of the drivers of the economy. This study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of financial literacy variables, business capital, and survival strategies on the sustainability of UMKM businesses in Ketapang Regency. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy and survival strategy variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of UMKM businesses, and the business capital variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the sustainability of UMKM businesses. Also, simultaneously the variables of financial literacy, business capital, and survival strategies have a significant effect on the sustainability of UMKM businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh persepsi harga, promosi dan keputusan pembelian pada produk makanan khas Sumatera Barat yaitu Keripik Balado Shirley. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merangsang pengaruh persepsi harga dan efek promosi terhadap penjualan keripik balado. pengambilan sampel, digunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu metode yang didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan mengambil 5 sampai 10 kali jumlah item pertanyaan yang ada. Dalam hal ini penelitian mempunyai 18 item pertanyaan, sehingga sampel minimal sebanyak 90 responden dan sampel maksimal sebanyak 180 responden. Oleh karena itu, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 responden. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif Persepsi Harga menunjukkan bahwa konsumen merasa harga produk yang tercantum sesuai dengan perkiraan konsumen sehingga harga yang tercantum sesuai dengan perkiraan konsumen. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif promosi menunjukkan bahwa konsumen suka diberikan hadiah ketika membeli produk. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif Keputusan Pembelian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen puas membeli produk Balado Shirley Chips

Abstract

Setiap Perangkat Daerah (PD) memiliki target kinerja yang harus direalisasikan dalam setiap tahun anggaran sebagaimana pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palopo. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan variabel - variabel penting yang dianggap telah memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja PD yang di jabarkan kedalam subjek dan objek penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kinerja segenap aparatur pada Bapenda Kota Palopo. Sedang objek penelitian ini meliputi gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, teknologi informasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja aparatur Bapenda Kota Palopo yang telah dijabarkan ke dalam Rencana Kerja (Renja) Bapenda Kota Palopo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif inferensial. Populasi dalm penelitian ini meliputi seluruh pegawai bapenda sejumlah 172 orang yang terdiri dari 36 orang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan 136 orang tenaga non ASN. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling yang terdiri dari 30 orang PNS dan 65 orang Non PNS. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran kuisioner melalui goggle form yang kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis SEM (Strukrural Equation Modeling) melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 3 for windows. Hasil penelitian gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan (0,369) terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan (-0,235) terhadap kinerja pegawai, teknologi informasi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan (0,325) terhadap kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan (0,484) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palopo.

Abstract

This research aims to see how much influence the leadership, organizational culture and competency variables have on employee performance variables. Data collection uses a questionnaire to obtain answers to research variables and respondent data. The sampling method uses a convenience sampling technique. The respondents were 96 lecturers at the University of Computer Science and Technology in the city of Semarang. The indicators for assessing questionnaire answers use a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression and is processed using the SPSS 24 application. The research results reveal that the leadership, organizational culture and competency variables have a significant influence on employee performance. The most dominant leadership variable in achieving optimal employee performance for respondents, namely lecturers at the University of Computer Science and Technology.
