Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan framework ITIL V.4 dalam pengelolaan layanan aplikasi MyTelkomsel, dengan fokus pada proses-proses utama seperti Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, dan Continual Service Improvement (CSI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumentasi terkait untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ITIL V.4 di MyTelkomsel telah memperbaiki respons terhadap insiden dan stabilitas layanan, namun masih terdapat area yang perlu diperbaiki, seperti peningkatan otomatisasi dan pengelolaan feedback pelanggan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan prosedur baru dalam Incident Management, pemanfaatan survei kepuasan pelanggan, serta penerapan best practices dari industri lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan manajemen layanan TI dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna aplikasi MyTelkomsel.

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul "Segmentasi Pelanggan Berdasarkan Pendapatan dan Skor Pengeluaran Menggunakan Metode K-Means" bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dengan membagi pelanggan ke dalam segmen yang terstruktur dan bermakna. Analisis perilaku pelanggan menjadi hal penting dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, terutama di sektor ritel, di mana pemahaman terhadap pola pengeluaran sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Studi ini menggunakan dataset Mall_Customers, yang mencakup variabel seperti Pendapatan Tahunan dan Skor Pengeluaran, sebagai dasar segmentasi. Algoritma K-Means dipilih karena efisiensinya dan kemampuannya menangani data numerik, memberikan wawasan tentang perilaku belanja pelanggan melalui analisis klaster. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tahapan preprocessing, termasuk normalisasi data dan seleksi fitur, yang sangat penting untuk memastikan hasil klasterisasi yang akurat. Jumlah klaster optimal ditentukan menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index, menghasilkan lima klaster yang berbeda, masing-masing dengan karakteristik pendapatan dan pola pengeluaran yang unik. Klaster-klaster ini mencakup kategori pelanggan penting, seperti kelompok berpendapatan tinggi tetapi pengeluaran rendah, serta segmen premium dengan pengeluaran tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas K-Means dalam segmentasi pelanggan untuk pemasaran yang lebih terarah. Wawasan yang diperoleh, misalnya, dapat digunakan untuk merancang strategi promosi, alokasi sumber daya, dan interaksi pelanggan yang dipersonalisasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengakui beberapa tantangan, seperti sensitivitas terhadap pemilihan centroid awal dan penentuan jumlah klaster yang ideal, dengan menawarkan penyesuaian metodologi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman akademis tentang aplikasi data mining di sektor ritel, menyediakan kerangka kerja praktis untuk memanfaatkan data pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the PINTAR application, a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform designed to support the training of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the West Sumatra Ministry of Religion. Using the ITIL V4 framework, this research assesses service quality, user satisfaction levels, and identifies areas that require improvement to ensure applications can provide optimal benefits. Evaluation is carried out through direct observation of application use, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and distributing questionnaires to users. The research results show that the PINTAR application has met most of the service quality standards, especially in terms of accessibility, relevance of training materials and interactive features offered. However, there are several weaknesses that need to be corrected, such as limited transparency in managing user data, a lack of regular service evaluations, and the responsiveness of technical support which is still not optimal. Users highly appreciate the time flexibility, ease of navigation, and interactive features such as learning simulations and live sessions with expert instructors. On the other hand, the survey also revealed the need to strengthen technological infrastructure and increase the competence of technical support teams to handle user complaints more effectively. By applying ITIL V4 principles, this research offers strategic recommendations for further development of the PINTAR application. Recommended improvement steps include increasing governance transparency, additional training for technical teams, development of more sophisticated reporting features, and regular evaluation of training materials. In conclusion, although the PINTAR application has made a significant contribution in supporting ASN training, continuous improvement efforts are needed to ensure this application can continue to be relevant and provide maximum added value for users.

Abstract

The school library at Yaspend Ikal Bulog Sumut plays a vital role in providing various reading materials to support students' learning activities. However, based on observations and interviews with the librarian, it was found that library management is still conducted manually, such as recording book borrowings and returns, which often leads to issues, including data loss. This study aims to design a web-based library information system that facilitates easy access and digital management of reading materials. The system was designed using the Scrum methodology and includes features that allow for collection searches, borrowing data management, and more flexible access to learning resources. The implementation of the system showed satisfactory results in supporting modern library management needs, with the potential to enhance students' accessibility to various learning materials in a practical manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk di PT. ALKA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 60 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan bagian bahan baku, proses produksi, dan pengujian kualitas produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas bahan baku (koefisien 0.456, Sig. 0.000) dan proses produksi (koefisien 0.389, Sig. 0.000) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. Model regresi linier berganda yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 1.234 + 0.456X1 + 0.389X2, dengan R Square sebesar 0.767, yang menunjukkan bahwa 76.7% variasi dalam kualitas produk dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut.Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan bahan baku yang berkualitas dan penerapan proses produksi yang konsisten dalam menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi standar kualitas. Temuan ini relevan dalam konteks industri manufaktur yang kompetitif dan dapat menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan keunggulan produk PT. ALKA.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, including governance. The City of Jambi, with an area of 205.58 km², manages approximately 7,147 Civil Servants (ASN) and 3,543 Contract Employees across various agencies. Human resource services in the city are managed by the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency of Jambi City. Despite having a human resource management system in place, the current data collection process is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which hampers data processing efficiency, causes frequent data duplication, and complicates reporting. To address these issues, this study aims to design a web-based Contract Employee Information System, which is expected to improve data accuracy and facilitate the management of employee information, both for ASN and Non-ASN employees. This system is anticipated to enhance the efficiency of data collection, storage, and reporting, while also supporting faster and more accurate decision-making in Jambi City Government

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem keamanan data di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan melalui audit terhadap penerapan standar ISO 27001. Hasil audit menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar elemen ISO 27001 telah diimplementasikan, terdapat kelemahan dalam beberapa aspek penting, seperti alokasi tanggung jawab keamanan informasi, kajian independen terhadap keamanan, serta pengelolaan log kesalahan. Pemetaan ini mengidentifikasi perlunya perbaikan dalam kebijakan, pengawasan, dan penerapan audit tambahan untuk memperkuat sistem keamanan data. Data yang merupakan aset penting membutuhkan perlindungan menyeluruh untuk menjaga integritas, ketersediaan, dan kerahasiaannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kebijakan keamanan dan pengawasan yang lebih ketat guna mengurangi risiko kebocoran data dan mendukung operasional yang lebih aman di masa depan

Abstract

Waste is an environmental problem that continues to increase along with population growth and community consumption. Making eco-enzymes made by fermenting fruit and vegetable skins with brown sugar and water, is one of the organic waste processing processes that can be done at home. Through the making of eco-enzymes, this community service activity aims to increase community knowledge and ability in managing organic waste. This activity was carried out in Jawi-Jawi Village, Pariaman City. Where, community service activities were carried out by providing counseling and direct demonstrations. The results showed that the community was very enthusiastic and could immediately practice it that people better understand the benefits of eco-enzymes as natural cleaners and organic fertilizers. It is hoped that this event will build a community-based waste management culture.

Abstract

Oral and dental health is an integral part of general health, yet high treatment costs and limited availability of dentists, especially in non-urban areas, often lead the public to delay examinations until complaints worsen. This research aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of providing early indications of oral and dental diseases quickly, accurately, and accessibly through a self-screening mechanism. This web application provides an expert system developed using Python (Flask) and designed with login/logout features for data security, as well as storing user information and diagnosis results in a database. The system utilizes the Forward Chaining method as the primary inference engine to process user-inputted symptoms, and integrates Certainty Factor to calculate and determine the confidence level of the diagnosis results. Testing has demonstrated ease of use, where users only need to answer symptom questions with "yes" or "no" to obtain a disease diagnosis and relevant treatment suggestions. Performance analysis based on trials with 40 simulated data shows the system achieved an accuracy rate of 85%, making it a reliable tool for initial screening.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is the computer science sector which facilitates computers in performing tasks traditionally performed by humans. One of the interesting applications of ai is a system of experts, designed to mimic an expert's thinking and knowledge. In this study, a web-based expert system was developed to diagnose stunted potential in children of an early age by employing advanced methodologies of chaining. The purpose of this system is to increase public awareness and help parents recognize early stunting signs, thus enabling timely intervention. The system is developed with a cascading approach to ensure that each stage of development is implemented by a planned approach. Test results show that the system has a high diagnostic accuracy level, so it can be relied upon as an aid in a stunted risk assessment.
