Abstract

Waktu pulih sadar merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam pemantauan pasien setelah general anestesi. Proses pemulihan kesadaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya kondisi metabolik berupa kadar glukosa darah. Glukosa berperan sebagai sumber energi utama bagi otak sehingga perubahan kadar glukosa berpotensi memengaruhi proses pemulihan neurologis setelah anestesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar glukosa darah dengan waktu pulih sadar pada pasien pasca general anestesi di RS TK. IV Guntur Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 53 pasien yang menjalani general anestesi dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data kadar glukosa darah diperoleh dari rekam medis, sedangkan waktu pulih sadar diperoleh melalui observasi di ruang pemulihan. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Fisher's Exact Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan p <0,05. Sebagian besar responden berusia 17–25 tahun sebanyak 20 orang (37,7%), berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 31 orang (58,5%), dan memiliki status fisik ASA I sebanyak 32 orang (60,4%). Sebanyak 50 responden (94,34%) memiliki kadar glukosa darah 70–140 mg/dL, sedangkan 3 responden (5,66%) memiliki kadar >140 mg/dL. Sebanyak 34 responden (64%) mengalami pulih sadar dalam waktu <15 menit dan 19 responden (36%) membutuhkan waktu >15 menit. Hasil uji Fisher's Exact Test menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p <0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar glukosa darah dengan waktu pulih sadar pada pasien pasca general anestesi. Pemantauan kadar glukosa dan kondisi kesadaran pasien perlu diperhatikan sebagai bagian dari pemantauan perioperatif.

Abstract

Authorship represents a fundamental currency of academic careers, conferring recognition for intellectual contributions, scientific responsibility, and professional advancement. In the context of increasing “publish or perish” pressures and increasingly complex multidisciplinary collaborations, the number of authors per publication continues to rise, creating greater opportunities for inappropriate authorship practices, including honorary or gift authorship, ghost authorship, and coerced authorship. This narrative review aims to examine the fundamental concepts of authorship, the authorship criteria established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the significance of author order, common forms and prevalence of authorship misuse, the emerging paradigm of contributorship through the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT), and strategies for preventing and resolving authorship disputes. A literature review was conducted using academic literature addressing authorship and publication ethics. The review indicates that, despite the longstanding availability of established authorship criteria, awareness and adherence remain suboptimal across institutions and countries. Consequently, inappropriate authorship practices continue to occur, including within high-impact journals. Strengthening education on publication ethics from the early stages of academic training, establishing explicit institutional policies, discussing authorship roles and expectations at the initiation of research projects, and adopting transparent contributorship frameworks such as CRediT are essential to promote equitable recognition of contributions and uphold integrity in scientific publishing.
