Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an about the ideal career woman in Surah An-Nahl/16:97 and Al-Qashash/28:23-25, as well as explain the description of the ideal career woman from the perspective of al-Koran. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study and interpretation of the Koran, highlighting the need for an in-depth understanding of career women in Islam. The results of this research, based on the interpretation of the verses of the Koran, suggest that ideal career women are those who do good and halal work, avoid work that can hurt themselves and the environment, and are good at protecting themselves from sinful acts. They are also advised to dress modestly and cover their private parts by the teachings of the Islamic religion, which emphasizes modesty and self-protection. This is expected to clarify the Koran's view regarding the ideal career woman, providing a strong theoretical foundation for Muslim women who want to develop their careers in the public sphere.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contract used for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments on the Shopee Online Shop platform, with a focus on integration with the principles of the wakalah bi al-ujrah contract explained in DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. The research method used is data collection and literature study with a description approach. The analysis results show that the COD practice on Shopee follows the pattern of buying and selling transactions between sellers and buyers using expedition services as intermediaries, using the basic concept of at-tackle fil. This research concludes that the general provisions of the COD payment method on Shopee are the general provisions of the wakalah bi al-ujrah contract because they fulfill the elements regulated in the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. The implication of this research is to strengthen understanding of e-commerce platforms' compliance with Sharia principles in COD payment systems, which can provide users more confidence and trust in online transactions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Guardian Care Service Program as a strategy for handling student bullying by implementing an ethnoparenting approach in Islamic boarding schools. Qualitative research methods were used to gain an in-depth understanding of how foster carers involve cultural values in handling bullying cases and guiding students according to the local context. Research findings show that the Foster Care Service Program is an approach that responds to cultural dynamics in Islamic boarding schools, where foster carers play a central role in creating a safe and supportive environment. This program integrates local cultural and ethical values in developing santri, creates contextual anti-bullying policies, and increases community involvement. The results of this research provide valuable insight regarding the effectiveness of the ethnoparenting approach in overcoming bullying and supporting students' positive growth in the Islamic boarding school environment. The implications of these findings can help develop similar programs in traditional Islamic educational institutions and contribute to further understanding regarding the role of foster carers and ethnoparenting approaches in creating an educational environment that is inclusive, safe, and based on local cultural values.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how traditional values in Islamic boarding schools have transformed in the context of the dating phenomenon among Islamic boarding school students in the digital era. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research explores the influence of communication technology, such as social media, on student dating, which was previously strictly controlled by Islamic boarding school norms. Data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, providing an in-depth picture of interactions between students and the use of digital media in romantic contexts. The research results show that Islamic boarding school students use social media as a means of dating, which often deviates from hard-line traditional values. This research identifies new dynamics where traditional and modern values collide and interact, creating a third space where norms and values are shaped and renegotiated. The implications of this research are essential for Islamic boarding school caregivers in formulating educational strategies relevant to today's technology and for policymakers in designing interventions that balance traditional values and students' freedom in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the maslahah principle in the maqashid sharia concept, which is used as a basis for making laws for justice and prosperity, and how this principle is applied in Islamic economics and business. This research uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques such as field notes to conclude. This research tool measures events and collects data based on information from the parties involved (sellers and buyers). The data collected is based on observations of consumers and sellers' followers. The research results show that in online buying and selling transaction activities, it is essential to pay attention to the principles of justice in order to avoid things that can harm other parties and can be held accountable. In this case, the mu'amalah relationship that is the main thing in transactions in online buying and selling is the contract and "an taroodhin". According to Imam al-Juwainy, the implementation of maqashid sharia in online buying and selling transactions in the marketplace has been fulfilled. However, several other minor aspects still need to be fulfilled, such as protecting assets, both for the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

This research analyzes Hassan Hanafi's liberation thoughts: Al-Turats wa Al Tajdid, hermeneutics of liberation, and the Islamic left. The method used in this research is library research with a descriptive-analytic method, namely using interpretive analysis of books by Hassan Hanafi as primary data and articles, research journals, and other scientific works related to the research object as secondary data. The research results show that Al Turats Wa Tajdid is a significant project in the revival of Islam. This Hanafi idea changed the concept of Islamic theology from theocentric to anthropocentric. The second is Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics of liberation using three methods: 1) Historical-Criticism, 2) Eidetic-Conciusness, and 3) Practical-Conciusness. The third is the movement for the liberation of Islamic thought called the "Islamic Left". This movement is intended to fight colonialism, Zionism, and Western hegemony, as well as the oppressive ruling elite, as well as against ignorance and confinement. This research makes a significant contribution in inspiring readers to follow the renewal of Hanafi thought, which elevates Islamic theology as a driver of social change and solutions to social problems, as well as changing the Islamic theology curriculum to focus on social reality rather than just God.

Abstract

This study explores the environmental ecology concept implied in verse 18 of Surat Al-Mu'minun (QS. Al-Mu'minun. This study uses a semantic linguistic approach concerning Roland Barthes' theory in analyzing the meaning of the Qur'anic text. The analysis method involves reconstructing and understanding the meaning of keywords in the verse. The results revealed that verse 18 of Surat Al-Mu'minun reflects relevant ecological thinking related to man's responsibility toward the universe in Islam. Through Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, the meaning of connotation and denotation was found. The meaning of the denotation is the text itself: "And We sent down water from heaven by a measure". While the meaning of the connotation is that water falling from the sky is rain, and with a measure, it means that humans cannot use it excessively. The concept of ecology in this verse includes aspects of protection and management of nature and ecosystem balance. This research provides insight into how the teachings of the Quran reflect environmental awareness and social responsibility in preserving the universe.
