Abstract

Peningkatan usia harapan hidup di Indonesia telah menyebabkan bertambahnya jumlah lansia, yang turut meningkatkan risiko berbagai permasalahan Kesehatan, salah satunya adalah penurunan fungsi kognitif. Penurunan ini berdampak pada kualitas hidup lansia, termasuk menurunnya kemampuan dalam bersosialisasi serta peningkatan risiko demensia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas kombinasi Square Stepping Exercise dan Brain Gym terhadap peningkatan fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental dengan one group pre-post test design. Sampel penelitian adalah lansia yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yaitu 20 orang lansia yang berusia 60 tahun keatas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Montreal of Cognitive Asessment (MoCA-Ina). Penelitian ini dilakukan dilakukan 12 kali selama 12 hari di UPT Budhi Dharma Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil Uji statistik menunjukan kombinasi Square Stepping Exercise dan Brain Gym terhadap peningkatan fungsi kognitif lansia secara signifikan meningkatkan fungsi kognitif (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: kombinasi Square Stepping Exercise dan Brain Gym memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan fungsi kognitif pada lansia dan dapat dijadikan program latihan fisioterapi di UPT Budhi Dharma kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen terhadap praktik penggantian label produk makanan impor yang telah melewati tanggal kedaluwarsa, serta mengkaji bentuk perlindungan hukum dan juga tanggung gugat terhadap pelaku usaha yang melakukan tindakan tersebut. Fenomena penggantian label kedaluwarsa menjadi permasalahan serius karena berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan konsumen dan melanggar hak mereka atas informasi yang benar sebagaimana dijamin oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 tentang Pangan, serta peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, didukung oleh studi literatur dan analisis putusan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen meliputi perlindungan preventif melalui kewajiban pencantuman label yang benar dan pengawasan oleh BPOM, serta perlindungan represif berupa sanksi administratif, dan perdata terhadap pelaku usaha yang memalsukan atau mengganti tanggal kedaluwarsa tanpa dasar hukum yang sah. Perlindungan Hukum terhadap konsumen atas pelanggaran pelaku usaha yang tegas diharapkan dapat memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha sekaligus menjamin terpenuhinya hak konsumen atas produk yang aman, layak konsumsi, dan sesuai standar mutu.

Abstract

By using a descriptive quantitative design, data were collected through a cross-sectional survey. The population included 95 students from grades 10 to 12 who regularly used both tools for English writing. After a pilot test with 30 students, 65 students were selected as the final sample. Data were gathered using a validated questionnaire via Google Forms, covering four dimensions: tool features, Grammarly and QuillBot are al-power tool that help users identity and correct grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure errors. All these tools become more common in Education, understanding students’ perception of their effectiveness is essential for optimizing their use in EFL writing instruction. This research explores students’ perceptions of Grammarly and quillBot for writing development at Ma Annur Teluk Palinget in the year of 2025 by focusing on Grammar improvement and the factors shaping those perception.feedback quality, knowledge and ability development, and learning experience. Analysis used frequency, percentage, and mean scores in Microsoft Excel. Validity (Pearson > 0.349) and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.967) were confirmed through pilot testing. The results indicate that students at MA Annur Teluk Palinget held very positive perceptions of both Grammarly and QuillBot, with identical overall mean scores of 3.85. All dimensions—features, feedback quality, knowledge development, and learning experience—were rated very positively, with over 80% strongly agreeing that the tools provided helpful grammar feedback, clear suggestions, and useful explanations. Students particularly noted improvements in understanding subject-verb agreement (89%), sentence structure (85%), and tense consistency (80%), along with increased confidence and motivation. These perceptions were primarily shaped by three factors: accessibility (mean: 3.91), educational effectiveness (3.84), and user experience (3.83), which explained 77% of the total variance. While a small number of students raised concerns—such as language barriers, internet dependence, and feedback accuracy for complex grammar—both tools significantly supported grammar improvement and were seen as suitable for integration into high school EFL instruction

Abstract

To ascertain if the degree of customer loyalty at CV Tirta Fertindo Pratama Semarang is impacted by the quality of the delivery service, a descriptive qualitative research approach is employed. This study uses data reduction, data delivery, and drawing conclusions to conduct data analysis. According to the study's findings, CV Tirta Fertindo Pratama's delivery service in Semarang only satisfies three of the five criteria for service quality: confidence, responsiveness, and empathy. Service quality is compromised by late delivery, delivery operations, and lack of tracking systems. To overcome these problems, you can use delivery technology, monitor damaged or lost goods, and improve communication with customers

Abstract

Because the warehouse serves as a location to keep goods that the business will deliver to clients, the goal of this study is to ascertain the extent to which the layout of the warehouse affects the manufacturing process. The warehouse is crucial to the efficient operation of the value-added process in addition to being a key component of the supply chain and logistics system overall. The results of this study, which used a quantitative research methodology, showed a significant relationship between job productivity and warehouse layout. 75 respondents from warehouse employees were involved in this study

Abstract

Investigating the connection between interpersonal communication and customer satisfaction at CV in Tirta Makmur Ungaran, Central Java, is the goal of this study. This study's research methodology is quantitative. The research's data source was primary survey data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Customers of CV. Tirta Makmur Ungaran, Central Java are the research subjects. Non-probability sampling was used to obtain data, and 100 respondents were given questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests are used in this study's testing, and the t-test is used for hypothesis testing and basic linear analysis tests in the analytic tools. The study's findings show that interpersonal communication significantly and favorably affects customer satisfaction at CV. Tirta Makmur Ungaran, Central Java.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Bergas Kidul Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The aim of this study is to find out how service quality and customer satisfaction impact buyers' interest in online shops in Bergas Kidul Village partially and how buyer satisfaction and service quality impact online buyers' interest in Bergas Kidul Village together. To calculate and produce 95 people living in Bergas Kidul Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency as samples, the Slovin formula was used. The research results show that customer satisfaction and service quality have an impact on buyer interest in online shops in Bergas Kidul Village partially, and both have an impact on buyer interest in online shops in Bergas Kidul Village together

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sustainable tourism development strategies based on local potential in Pulau Tilan, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province using the SWOT analysis approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Pulau Tilan has strong natural and cultural potential as main strengths, but tourism development is hindered by limited infrastructure, community participation, and suboptimal management. The SWOT analysis divides development strategies into four categories to optimize strengths and opportunities while addressing weaknesses and threats. This study provides strategic recommendations to support sustainable tourism development in Pulau Tilan based on local community involvement. The findings are expected to serve as a guideline for policymakers and destination managers to ensure successful sustainable tourism management.

Abstract

Background: on examination of the thorax in children in Radiology installation Dr. R. Soetijono Blora used high kV technique that is exposure factor used 60 kV and mAs 1 with patient age 5 months. Projection used Antero-Posterior (AP). Meanwhile, according to the theory of thorax examination of pediatric patients using KV 40, mAs 10 and 42 kV, mAs 1.6 with Antero-Posterior (AP) , Postero-Anterior (PA) and Lateral projections. This study aims to determine the techniques and objectives in the examination of the Thorax in children with high kV techniques. Research Methods: this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research was carried out at the radiology installation of Dr Soetijono hospital blora in September 2024 – May 2025. The object in this study is a pediatric patient who underwent thorax examination, with subjects consisting of 3 radiographers and 1 radiology specialist. The method of data collection is observation, documentation interviews and literature studies. Furthermore, the processed data were analyzed in the form of interview transcripts, then a categorization table was made to be reduced. After the data is reduced, the presentation of the data is done in the form of a narrative and then analyzed with a theoretical basis for further conclusions to be drawn. Results: research shows that examination of the Thorax in children in hospital dr. R. Soetijono Blora adjusted to the age and clinical condition of the patient, the projection used Antero-Posterior (AP) with supine patient position, on examination applied high kV technique of 60 kV and 1 mAs. In this examination kVp used in addition to 10 of routine thorax examination in adult patients is 50 KV and mAs 10 while the mAs value is reduced to 1. The purpose of this technique is to minimize the movement of the patient. The use of high kV is expected to produce sharp and informative images, while a small mAs value helps speed up image acquisition thereby reducing the likelihood of artifacts due to movement

Abstract

Background: The knee joint is part of the lower extremity that connects the upper leg to the lower leg. It is the largest and most complex joint in the body. Osteoarthritis (OA) is a slow progressive disease characterized by metabolic, biochemical, and structural changes in the joint cartilage and surrounding tissues, leading to joint dysfunction. Radiographic examination of the knee joint using weight-bearing techniques provides more accurate information for diagnosing osteoarthritis compared to non-weight-bearing techniques. However, at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Hospital Bumiayu, this examination was still performed in a supine position due to limitations in bucky stands and the absence of appropriate fixation devices. This study is aimed to design a fixation device for weight-bearing bilateral knee joint examination and to evaluate the performance of the developed fixation device. Method: This research was a quantitative study with an experimental approach. The researcher designed and built a 4-in-1 fixation assistance device that can support the patient, hold the cassette, provide a platform for lateral projection support, and offer handles for patient safety and comfort. Functionality and performance tests were conducted through questionnaires distributed to 6 radiographers at the Radiology Installation of Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Hospital Bumiayu. The data were processed and analyzed using the Guttman scale and calculated using appropriate formulas. Results: The functionality test results showed a success rate of 93%, while the performance test achieved 86%. The fixation device could support a load of up to 132 kg and was reported to facilitate the examination process by the majority of respondents. Conclusion: The developed fixation assistance device is deemed suitable for use in weight-bearing bilateral knee joint examinations. It effectively supports the efficiency of radiographers' work and enhances patient comfort, although it is recommended that future developments focus on making the device lighter and incorporating adjustable platforms
