Abstract

This study There is ineffective communication in Wonogiri Market which causes failure in negotiation. Ineffectiveness in negotiation also makes sellers and buyers not have a purchase agreement, sometimes there is a compulsion of sellers so that the goods they sell are immediately sold out so that many other traders compete to provide lower prices. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of communication on the success of negotiations between sellers and buyers in Wonogiri Traditional Market. This study is a quantitative study with a simple linear regression analysis method. This research was conducted in Wonogiri traditional market, on sellers and buyers in March - May 2025. The population of this study was 110 sellers, while the sample used was 84 sellers. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, it shows that there is an influence of interpersonal communication on the success of negotiations in Wonogiri Traditional Market of 0.581.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the criminal act of verbal sexual harassment from the perspective of the community in the XII hamlet, gg. Mentimun 19, Percut Sei Tuan and students of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. This study uses an empirical legal method. This study also explains the laws governing the criminal act of verbal sexual harassment with the sanctions received by the perpetrators. In this study, data was obtained that the general public aged 40 years and over considered verbal sexual harassment not a serious matter that must be followed up by law in accordance with applicable laws, while students and people aged 20-30 years considered verbal harassment as a criminal act of harassment that must be followed up with legal sanctions in accordance with applicable laws. One of the factors causing cases of sexual violence is gender inequality in society. Women are often targeted because their position is not equal to men. Thus, gender equality is not only a basic right, but can be the key to changing the dynamics of sexual violence. For this reason, important steps are needed to realize gender equality and justice as an effort to prevent sexual violence.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools in education at SDN 1 Kleco, focusing on policy aspects, challenges faced, and their impact on the student learning environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that involves interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data from school principals, teachers, students, and parents. The results show that although SDN 1 Kleco has implemented the principles of child-friendly schooling, there are still significant challenges, such as limited physical facilities and varying understandings among educators regarding this approach. However, the implementation has positively impacted students' motivation and learning comfort, increasing positive interaction between teachers and students and encouraging better student character development. This research also identifies the importance of parental and community support in strengthening the sustainability of child-friendly school programs. Thus, this research contributes to the development of more inclusive and child-friendly education policies and provides recommendations for improving facilities and more intensive teacher training.

Abstract

The Batak tribe has several sub-tribes, namely, Toba, Mandailing, Pakpak, Angkola, Simalungun and Karo. Each sub-tribe has its own local church except the Mandailing Batak which joined the Angkola Batak. Of all the Batak sub-tribes, the Toba Batak is the most dominant sub-tribe compared to the others. Due to the large number of people from the Toba Batak sub-tribe, HKBP as the Toba Batak tribal church has the most people compared to other sub-tribes. Not only among the Batak sub-tribe, HKBP is also the largest church denomination in Southeast Asia. This research examines the collaboration between Toba Batak culture and the HKBP church. The research location was carried out in the overseas area and also the area of ​​origin of the Toba Batak sub-tribe. The research method used was qualitative. Data sources were obtained through interviews and literature studies. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, interviews, literature study and document study. The theories used are postcolonial theory and hegemony theory. The research results show that Toba Batak culture is very collaborative with the HKBP church. On the other hand, the HKBP church is very collaborative with Toba Batak culture. Between culture and the HKBP church there is a relationship that is mutually supportive and mutually beneficial.

Abstract

The statements of Jesus on the cross represent a deeply theological aspect that must continue to be studied, understood, and applied in today’s Christian ministry. Christian ministry must not ignore the meaning of Jesus’ holy suffering as an expression of His sacrifice to redeem sinful humanity. Unfortunately, there are still some who question the authenticity of this suffering, even believing that the one who was crucified was not Jesus, but one of His disciples or another person. This perspective stands in opposition to the core teachings of the Christian faith.This study aims to narrate the peak quality of Jesus’ holy suffering through His seven last sayings on the cross. The research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach and grammatical analysis of biblical texts. Data were collected from theological literature and analyzed in light of biblical implications concerning the idea of Jesus’ suffering.The findings show that each statement of Jesus on the cross holds profound theological meaning and reflects God’s eternal plan for the redemption of human sin. A grammatical analysis of these texts strengthens the understanding that Jesus’ suffering is not only a historical event but also bears a deep spiritual significance essential for human salvation. Therefore, the teaching of Jesus’ words on the cross must become an integral part of church ministry today to strengthen the faith of believers in the truth of the Gospel.

Abstract

Indonesia has just held a general election, precisely on February 14, 2024. The public is faced with the election of candidates for President/Vice President, DPR RI, DPD RI, Provincial DPR, Regency/City DPR, in accordance with the Election Law, backed by the Constitutional Court Decision Number 14/PUU-XI/2013. This study uses the theory of political participation by A. Rahman H.I (2007). This study is a qualitative study, with data collection from interviews and documentation, data analysis using Miles & Huberman (2014). The results of this study indicate that participation in electoral district 1 can be said to be active participation, this is because the candidates have their own way to attract the sympathy of the public in electoral district 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunter pada PT. Global Arrow Semarang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunteer terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang, sebanyak 214 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Metode pengambilan sampel akan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Normalitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Goodnes of Fit (Uji Model) dan Uji Hipotesis. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah, pertama, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Arrow, kedua motivasi volunteer berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Arrow.Kata kunci: Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ), Material Fabrikasi, Karya Arsitektur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompensasi terhadap retensi karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Kharisma Asia Makmur Kalimantan Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Kharisma Asia Makmur yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, maka semakin baik lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompensasi maka retensi karyawan meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan group asuransi yang terletak di Jl. Sultan Agung No. 110, Semarang yaitu PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) yang berjumlah 31 orang dan karyawan PT. Jasindo Syariah yang berjumlah 16 orang atau total sebanyak 47 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan dengan data primer (kuesioner) dan sekunder (studi pustaka). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan sebelumnya diuji dengan uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2). Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the multiple intelligences seen in student activities in the third grade 2013 curriculum; and 2) explain the development of multiple intelligences that have not been seen in student activities in the textbooks for class III students of the 2013 curriculum. The research conducted is included in the type of qualitative research. The data collection method used is literature study and discussion with colleagues. The results of the analysis of the thematic book for class III Objects Around Me 2013 curriculum that aspects of multiple intelligences have not been raised or developed as a whole. This can be seen in sub-theme 1 of intelligence that appears more dominant, namely linguistic intelligence and interpersonal intelligence, while intelligence that is not at all raised is naturalist intelligence. In sub-theme 2, visual-spatial intelligence and interpersonal intelligence are dominantly developed, and musical intelligence is not developed at all. Meanwhile, the 3 intelligence sub-themes that often appear are linguistic intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence, besides that musical intelligence has not yet been raised. And sub-theme 4 has visual-spatial intelligence and interpersonal intelligence that are often raised in student activities, the intelligence that is still lacking and has not been raised is musical intelligence. So that the results of the study can be concluded that in general the activities contained in the class III curriculum 2013 textbooks are able to develop eight intelligences.
