Abstract

This research was carried out at PT SDF. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline (X1), motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3), which influence employee performance (Y) at PT. SDF partially. The population in this research is all employees at PT SDF, totaling 49 employees. The sampling technique method uses a saturated census technique with a sample size of 49 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the Discipline variable (X1) has no effect on Employee Performance. Motivation (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) partially influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.639 shows that the influence of the three independent variables together on the dependent variable is 63.9%

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers often face obstacles, such as limited training, minimal access to technology-based resources, and high administrative burdens. This analysis aims to identify the main obstacles and provide strategies to improve the competence of PAI teachers in Senior High Schools (SMA). The analysis was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review [SLR] method with the PRISMA approach. A total of 25 relevant scientific articles from leading databases, such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science, published between 2018–2024 were analyzed in depth. The results of the analysis show that the obstacles faced by PAI teachers are the lack of practice-based training, limited digital learning resources, and low institutional support in adopting modern technology. Strategies that have proven effective in overcoming these obstacles include the development of practice-based training programs, the use of digital learning media, and the formation of learning communities to improve collaboration between teachers. Improving the competence of PAI teachers has a significant positive impact, such as increased student engagement in learning, stronger internalization of Islamic values, and the adoption of innovative learning methods that are relevant to student needs. This analysis provides an important contribution in designing policies and programs to improve the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers that focus on technology integration and professional collaboration. The implications of these findings can support education providers in creating a sustainable and more effective learning ecosystem, so that it can improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at the high school level and have a positive impact on the formation of student character.

Abstract

This research analyzes the differences in reactions growth investor And value investor to ex-dividend date and changes in dividend policy on LQ45 shares during the 2008-2010 period. Using approach event study, this study evaluates abnormal return And trading volume activity around ex-dividend date. The research results show that growth investor tend to do profit-taking before ex-dividend date, whereas value investor retain shares to obtain dividends. Dividend increases result abnormal return positive that is more appreciated by value investor, temporary growth investor tend to give neutral to negative responses. Conversely, a decrease in dividends results abnormal return negative which has more impact on value investor, temporary growth investor more tolerant of these changes. These findings support the theories of Dividend Signaling, Tax Preference, and Clientele Effect, which explain how investors with different preferences respond to dividend policy. This research provides insight for investors and companies in developing investment strategies and dividend policies that suit the characteristics of their investor base.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 45 orang. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan koefisien regresi 0.322 dengan nilai signifikan 0.003 [<0.05] maka Hipotesis Pertama diterima. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.327 dengan nilai signifikan 0.001 (<0.05) maka Hipotesis Kedua diterima. Variabel independen secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan koefisien regresi 11.822 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 (<0.05) Hipotesis ketiga diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 36% dan sisanya sebesar 64% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam pengujian ini.

Fokus permasalahan mengenai judul “PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH LANGSUNG: Menilai Dampaknya terhadap Kualitas Kepemimpinan dan Partisipasi Masyarakat. Ada beberapa tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yang terdiri dari: Apa dampak pemilihan kepala daerah langsung terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan, bagaomana dampak terhadap partisipasi masyarakat, serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kualitas kepemimpinan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Adapun metode peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research (studi pustaka), yaitu menggunakan sumber melalui buku, jurnal, peraturan perundang-undangan.

Abstract

This research was classroom action research [CAR] because the research aimed at finding out the practical problem solving. Jhonson (2005) states classroom action research is a process of studying class situation or real class in improving and understanding the quality of action or instruction. the students prefer using Indonesian language in speaking with their friends, teachers, and other people. These cases are caused by some factors; students’ input, limited facilities, unsupported school environment and teacher strategies that used in teaching and learning process in the classroom. the comparison the students’ speaking test between speaking test I and speaking test II. At the speaking test I, the students’ purpose was 6.6 , the score increased to be 8.2 on the speaking test 2. The data of using picture series in teaching and learning recount text showed that it could improve the students’ speaking skill because the picture series were consisted a set of pictures, including sequences of events that create a story.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam. This type of quantitative research aims to determine how personality and organizational commitment influence employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam. The population in this study consists of all factory employees. The sample in the study consisted of 54 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, F tests, and T tests. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of personality variables on employee performance variables at PT BPP Air Balam. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 2.751 with a significant level of 0.008 (<0.05). The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables at PT BPP Air Balam; this can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 2.348 with a significant level of 0.023 [<0.05]. This study concludes that personality and organizational commitment influence employee performance at PT BPP Air Balam by 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh implementasi reformasi sistem perpajakan, mekanisme kalkulasi pajak, serta program edukasi perpajakan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan fiskal pelaku usaha yang menjalankan bisnis di platform e-commerce, khususnya Shopee dan Tokopedia di wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pemilik usaha yang beroperasi di kedua platform tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Reformasi Sistem Perpajakan memiliki korelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan fiskal dalam sektor e-commerce. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin optimal sistem perpajakan yang diterapkan, semakin tinggi pula kepatuhan wajib pajak. Selain itu, Mekanisme Kalkulasi Pajak juga berkontribusi secara signifikan dan positif, menegaskan bahwa kejelasan serta akurasi dalam proses perhitungan pajak meningkatkan kemungkinan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban fiskalnya secara tepat dan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Selanjutnya, Sosialisasi Perpajakan terbukti berperan secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin efektif program sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan, semakin besar pula kepatuhan pelaku usaha online di Shopee dan Tokopedia. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara substansial dalam mendorong kepatuhan pajak di sektor e-commerce, menegaskan pentingnya modernisasi sistem perpajakan, metode perhitungan yang akurat, serta sosialisasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan fiskal pelaku usaha digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas pengaruh strategi personal branding owner terhadap engagement audiens di Instagram dalam konteks pembelian hijab oleh Gen Z di Malang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari tiga akun bisnis hijab melalui analisis metrik engagement (likes, komentar, share, dan save) serta survei terhadap konsumen Gen Z selama periode satu bulan (September 2024). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal branding yang kuat dari pemilik bisnis dapat meningkatkan interaksi, kepercayaan, dan potensi pembelian. Studi ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi personal branding melalui storytelling, transparansi, dan konsistensi dalam komunikasi dengan audiens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena gegar budaya yang dialami oleh remaja perantau yang bekerja sebagai barista di Bangkalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perantau merasakan gegar budaya, kecuali beberapa yang memiliki latar belakang toleransi terhadap perbedaan, seperti Syafriandika Naufal dan Ilham. Informan lain, seperti Andy dan Irvan, menunjukkan respon adaptasi yang berbeda terhadap lingkungan budaya Madura; Andy masih berjuang dengan diskriminasi, sementara Irvan mengekspresikan kegelisahannya melalui reaksi fisik. Beberapa informan lainnya, seperti Michael dan Aji, mengatasi tantangan budaya dengan memberi ruang bagi diri sendiri. Hambatan dalam komunikasi juga dialami oleh informan lainnya, yang mengarah pada kesulitan adaptasi. Para perantau mengadopsi strategi adaptasi yang beragam, termasuk membangun hubungan dengan masyarakat setempat. Berdasarkan teori adaptasi budaya oleh Kalvero Oberg, informan melewati empat tahap adaptasi: honeymoon, hostility, recovery, dan adjustment, dengan kecepatan yang berbeda. Faktor etnosentrisme dan gaya hidup masyarakat Madura berperan signifikan dalam menciptakan gegar budaya, sementara bahasa bukan faktor utama. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi kompleksitas interaksi antarbudaya di Madura akibat kurangnya pengungkapan diri oleh masyarakat lokal dan persepsi stereotip yang berkembang antar budaya.
