Abstract

Background: Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) can reduce morbidity and mortality of HIV-infected patients. However, it depends upon adherence to medication. The objective of this study was to examine the adherence to HAART and to evaluate individual patient characteristics i.e. self-efficacy, depression level, and social support and to finally determine HAART adherence in selected regions in Indonesia.Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in Jakarta, Malang, Bandung, Makasar and Banda Aceh. The subject of the study was HIV-infected patients who were older than 13 years old and had taken HAART for at least a month. They were recruited consecutively then asked how many pills they had missed during the previous month. Poor adherence can be stated if the percentage of adherence rate is below 95%. HIV treatment adherence self-efficacy scale  (HIVASES), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) and Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) was adapted to assess self-efficacy, depression level and social support, respectively.Results: We found that 96% (n=53) of the subjects adhered to HAART. There were no associations between adherence with self-efficacy, depression level, and social support. The main cause of non-adherence in this study was ‘simply  forget’.Conclusion: Adherence to HAART was found to be high and not associated with self-efficacy, depression level and social support in some central regions in Indonesia. Abstract

Karakter Religius menjadi salah satu pondasi yang penting bagi peserta didik dalam bekalnya menjadi makhluk sosial. Hal tersebut melatar belakangi penelitian ini yang dikolaborasikan dengan pembelajaran menulis kalimat pada jenjang sekolah dasar dengan maksud menumbuhkan jiwa religiusnya dengan beberapa indikator seperti sikap patuh menjalankan ibadah yang dianut, saling menghargai, tidak membeda-bedakan teman yang beragama lain, hidup rukun dengan semua teman, dan  memberi salam kepada semua orang ketika sedang bertemu.  Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian implementasi strategi DPLT (dengarkan, pikirkan, lengkapi dan tuliskan) berjalan dengan baik sesuai langkah-langkahnya yang terdiri dari bagian 1) dengarkan, 2) pikirkan, 3)lengkapi dan 4) tuliskan. Sedangkan korelasi pendidikan karakter religius  dengan strategi DPLT terdapat pada beberapa langkah penerapan strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan indikator pendidikan karakter religius, seperti dalam adab berpakaian, memberi dan menjeawab salam,  berdoa sebelum melakukan kegiatan, interaksi dengan gerakan-gerakan yang disunahkan oleh agama, menghargai serta sopan antara siswa dengan siswa dan siswa dengan guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja Analisis Komparasi Pendapatan Pengerajin Sapu Ijuk Dengan Sapu Lidi Di Desa Medan Senembah Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Tujuan Penelitian ini : (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh produksi, harga jual, pengalaman bekerja, jam kerja terhadap pendapatan pengerajin sapu ijuk di Desa Medan Senembah Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh produksi, harga jual, pengalaman bekerja, jam kerja terhadap pendapatan pengerajin sapu lidi di Desa Medan Senembah Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang.(3) Untuk menganalisis komparasi pendapatan pengerajin sapu ijuk dengan sapu lidi di Desa Medan Senembah Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dalam penelitian ini sampelnya adalah pengerajin sapu ijuk 40 orang dan 40 pengerajin sapu lidi. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah regeresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu perangkat SPSS 21. Hasil Penelitian ini (1) Hasil Penelitian uji t (Serempak) dan uji p (parsial) pada variabel produksi, harga jual, pengalaman bekerja, dan jam kerja sangat berpengaruh nyata terahadap pengerajin sapu ijuk dan pengerajin sapu lidi. (2) Nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) Pedagang kaki lima dan pedagang keliling adalah 0,995 dan 0,986. (3) Pendapatan pengerajin sapu ijuk rata-rata sebesar Rp462.300,- sedangkan pengerajin sapu lidi rata-rata sebesar Rp677.000,- jadi selisih pendapatan rata-rata dari sapu ijuk dan sapu lidi adalah sebesar Rp214.700,-.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Rotating Trio Exchange learning strategy on ecosystem materials on the activities and learning outcomes of class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Kedaisianam. The research design used for this research is in the form of the Nonequevalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques using pretest-posttest and observation sheets. In this study, it is know that there is an effect of the Rotating Trio Exchange learning strategy on activities as evidenced by the average by the average value of the percentage of student learning activities in the good category.While in the control class the average percentage value of student learning activities is in the sufficient category. The learning outcomes obtained were 55.95 (pretest) and 90.00 (posttest) for the experimental class and the average learning outcomes in the control class were 53.33 (pretest) and 84.76 (posttest). For the results of the t-test, it is found that tcount 3.20 while ttable 2.09. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be proven that the Rotating Trio Exchange strategy has an effect on the activities and learning outcomes of class X students at Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran ekonomi pada SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran ekonomi pada SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 215 siswa yang dipilih dengan cara undian sebagai sampel dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian perpustakan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan mengunakan presentase (%) dan rata-rata (mean). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada indikator-indikator dari tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran yaitu kegiatan awal pembelajaran memiliki skor rata-rata per item 4,21, dan kegiatan inti pembelajaran memiliki skor rata-rata per item 4,15 sudah berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Tetapi pada kegiatan penutup pembelajaran memiliki skor rata-rata per item 3,97 masih terdapat hal-hal yang masih kurang sesuai yang diharapkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari keseluruhan indikator yang menyangkut dengan tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran ekonomi pada SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah Aceh Besar memiliki skor rata-rata per item 4,07 sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based learning models in the early childhood education curriculum at PAUD IT Yadiaksa Sungai Rumbai. Along with the rapid development of technology, the integration of technology in early childhood learning is one of the innovations that is expected to improve the quality of learning. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Research subjects included teachers, students and parents at PAUD IT Yadiaksa . Data was collected through direct observation in class, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, as well as documentation of learning materials. The research results show that the use of technology, such as educational applications and multimedia devices, has a positive impact on children's involvement in the learning process. Children are more enthusiastic and interactive when technology is used as a learning aid. However, challenges faced include limited access to technology in some families and the need for intensive assistance by teachers and parents to ensure technology is used effectively. Overall, the technology-based learning model at PAUD IT Yadiaksa shows great potential in supporting children's development, noting that there must be a balance between the use of technology and direct interaction that supports children's social and emotional aspects.

Abstract

The research data collection method is carried out using dedication and observation, which aims to research and help the community, and to explore social problems and phenomena and develop a specific understanding of a phenomenon. The collection location is in Renah Semanek village, Karang Tinggi Sub-District, Central Bengkulu District. The variable underlying this research is reading literacy covering early childhood and adolescence. The subjects in this research are early childhood and teenagers. The results of this service program are increased motivation in learning. as well as their speaking and reading abilities. This proves that this program has a very good impact. Apart from that, this program also has a positive impact on several aspects such as social and educational aspects for both the children and volunteers involved. Maximum efforts were made in this program and supported by various parties, the results of this service achieved 85% success which can be seen from the completion of the provision of learning platforms, namely reading terraces and procurement of books. Providing reading terraces to the community is also an effort to increase the willingness to read and will have an impact on improving the standard of living of village communities. Apart from that, of course additional good reading is needed to broaden the insight and knowledge of village communities.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan dalam menerapkan nilai dan perilaku Islami kepala sekolah terhadap loyalitas guru di KB Kapalo Koto Padang Pariaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah di KB Kapalo Koto menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, partisipatif, dan situasional yang berdampak positif pada loyalitas guru. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah mencakup kemampuan untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi guru melalui visi yang jelas, serta menciptakan suasana kerja yang harmonis dan berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan bersama. Gaya kepemimpinan situasional juga diterapkan dengan menyesuaikan pendekatan kepemimpinan berdasarkan kondisi dan kebutuhan individu guru. Hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan hubungan yang lebih baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru, serta mempengaruhi loyalitas guru terhadap visi dan misi sekolah. Kepala sekolah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam setiap aspek kepemimpinannya, yang menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter dan komitmen moral guru. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai Islami dan pendekatan yang fleksibel untuk meningkatkan loyalitas guru di KB Kapalo Koto. Kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah tidak hanya berdampak pada loyalitas guru, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik di sekolah tersebut.   Abstract This study aims to explore the role of leadership in implementing the principal's Islamic values and behaviors on teacher loyalty at KB Kapalo Koto Padang Pariaman. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an in-depth interview and observation approach. The results showed that principals at KB Kapalo Koto apply transformational, participatory, and situational leadership styles that have a positive impact on teacher loyalty. Transformational leadership applied by principals includes the ability to inspire and motivate teachers through a clear vision, as well as creating a harmonious and goal-oriented work atmosphere. The situational leadership style is also applied by adjusting the leadership approach based on teachers' individual conditions and needs. This contributes to better relationships between principals and teachers and influences teachers' loyalty to the school's vision and mission. The principal integrates Islamic values in every aspect of her leadership, which creates a supportive environment for teachers' character building and moral commitment. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of leadership that promotes Islamic values and a flexible approach to improving teacher loyalty at KB Kapalo Koto. The leadership applied by the principal not only impacts teacher loyalty but also contributes to better education quality in the school.

Abstract

The number of students with disabilities registering to study in Indonesia is expected to increase by 2024. This means that teachers need to know about inclusive education, especially this research will focus on prospective English teachers. Therefore, this study investigates the attitudes of prospective English teachers towards Inclusive Education, their determination to teach inclusive classes, and the implications for teaching practice. This research aims to identify factors that influence the understanding and implementation of inclusivity, explore teachers' practical experiences in creating an inclusive learning environment, and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies used. This research uses a combined research method with explanatory sequential design. 100 prospective English teachers from several universities in Indonesia were involved as participants to answer the questionnaire. The questionnaire contains 17 questions. Quantitative data was analyzed using SPSS version 25 to determine the average value and correlation between attitude and determination. The results showed that prospective English teachers had high average scores in attitude and determination. However, the interview results showed that they had doubts about teaching in inclusion classes due to lack of preparation. This study shows that despite their positive attitude and determination, these prospective teachers would benefit from professional development courses and programs to better prepare themselves to teach in inclusion classes, which would reduce their doubts. The implications of this research can provide insight for educational policy makers in designing curricula that support the implementation of the principle of inclusivity in schools.

Abstract

Online Game is a game that entertain which is by connected by a network, so that it can be played between one player and another player in different places. As a matter of fact, Online Game can have a negative impact, that is an addiction. Students who are addicted to play online game have been influenced by several factors, the factor of facility, individual factors, family factors, social factors, and the online game itself. An analysis that can be used to look at the factors that influence addiction online game in private senior high school students in the city of Padang is a logistic regression analysis.This type of research is experimental research and the population in this study are private senior high school students in Padang City who play online game on a smartphone. The sample in this research are about to 96 respondents and the sampling technique used was technique non probability sampling with the sampling method accidental sampling and using a questionnaire. Based on the research results, we obtained the factors that influence it and factors that significantly influence addiction online game in students private SMA is a facility, family, and types game online.
