Abstract

This study provides an explanation of the role of working mothers (career women) in shaping the religious character of children in Ngadipuro Hamlet, Tutur Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. The research is phenomenological with a qualitative approach. This study aims to determine the role of working mothers in shaping the religious character of Ngadipuro Hamlet in Tutur Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. To find out the strategies, inhibiting factors, and supporting working mothers in shaping religious character children Ngadipuro Hamlet, Tutur Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. To obtain data, researchers used three methods through interviews with informants, field observations, and other supporting documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using three stages namely data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. Then the working mother in this hamlet has a strategy in shaping the religious character of children through a habituation approach, being kind to children, and rational teaching. The inhibiting factors in shaping the religious character of children in Ngadipuro hamlet are divided into two internal factors related to the lack of knowledge and understanding of the second mother's religion, external factors related to the influence of large gadgets, busy activities that forget worship and weak economic conditions. While the supporting factors are motivation and self-encouragement owned by children and the child's life picture as a successor to parents.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association & Nahdlatul Ulama Women's Student Association, commonly known as IPNU-IPPNU which is under the auspices of Autonomous Body Nahdlatul Ulama, IPNU-IPPNU Organization itself is at the level of coverage in society. Therefore, it can be reviewed here that the organization can provide Islamic religious education outside of formal schools. There is a lot of religious knowledge that is not obtained from school, but in organizations it can be easily obtained, even more. In this study using a qualitative approach. The data comes from words and actions using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data obtained from reduction, presented and then drawn conclusions according to the purpose of this study. The results of this study are first, the implementation of the application of the values of Islamic religious education through activities such as routine reading of tahlil and istighosah, reading of the Prophet's birthday, and social service. Second, the value of Islamic religious education that is instilled such as the value of Aswaja (Ajlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah), the value of aqidah which is about belief in God Almighty, the value of Amaliyah, namely the value of worship or the implementation of the values of faith and morals. Third, the results of the application of Islamic religious education values carried out by the IPNU-IPPNU Lowokwaru organization can be seen from the personality attitudes of each member who are able to maintain ethics and socialize.

Abstract

Character education applied in school culture is a form of implementation of character education contained in the goals of national education. MTs Mualimin NU Malang City has a special effort in developing a school culture based on character education. The purpose of this study is to describe the school culture in MT Mu'alimin NU Malang city and describe the strategy of developing school culture based on character education. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the type of case study research. The results of this study are 1) The school culture based on character education found in Mts Hidayatul Mubtadi'in is the school culture of praying together, reading the holy verses of the Qur'an, in which these two school cultures are integrated in religious character education. . 2) the strategies used consist of modeling, teaching strategies, reinforcement strategies and habituation strategies.

Abstract

The role of education is pervasively important, particularly in preparing the human resources who are qualified, honest, competent, and creative as well as having a high professionalism. Excellent class is a superior class which has a variety of intra and extracurricular activities to support the learning process that aims to enhance students’ learning outcomes both in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. In case of classroom facilities, excellent class is truly different from regular class. In this research study, the researchers are the main instrument as well as becoming the participant observers. In collecting data, researchers applied some research methods namely observation, interviews and documentation in order to obtain accurate results. The results of this study indicated that the planning of excellent classroom management programs in improving students’ learning outcomes in Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects at An-Nur Bululawang High School in Malang have 4 plans which are the input of students in excellent class, excellent homeroom teacher, excellent class curriculum and learning atmosphere. Then, the implementation includes learning process of excellent class, learning program of excellent class, and evaluation of students’ learning outcomes of excellent class. To conclude, teaching and learning models of excellent class are discovery learning, inquiry learning, problem based learning and project based learning.

Abstract

Various kinds..of..methods in memorizing Al-Qur'an that appear nowadays aim to make..it..easier for children to memorize Al-Qur'an, one of those methods is Tabarak method in which it is used for early childhood in memorizing Al-Qur’an. Tabarak method is applied for children with the aged of 3 at Rumah Tahfidz Balita dan Anak Kota Malang, it is used to measure the effectiveness of memorizing Surah An-Naba’ for children. Quantitative descriptive was used as the researh design in this present study; moreover, the method used to take the sample was total sampling of all students with the aged of 3, totalling 18 students at Rumah Tahfidz Balita dan Anak Kota Malang. This present study used simple regression analysis on SPSS to analyze the data. Confirming the results of hypothesis testing with R value of 75%, it proves that there is an effectiveness of Tabarak method in memorizing Surah An-Naba’ in children aged of 3. Meanwhile, the R-Square value 57.3% represents the contribution of the effectiveness of Tabarak method in memorizing Surah An-Naba' in children with the aged of 3. The other result shows that Tabarak Method in memorizing Surah An-Naba’ in children with the aged of 3 is declared effective.

Abstract

Interactions between students and teachers that occur directly in the classroom or outside the classroom must be able to build a learning achievement, where the teacher is able to provide material by inviting students to understand the material provided and able to be applied in daily life. In interactions that run well between students and teachers, students will also produce good achievements. However, there are interactions that are not in line with expectations where the role of the teacher as the material giver is less creative so that the students are not all interested and understand it. The purpose of this study was to describe the pattern of interaction between students and PAI subject teachers, to build learning achievement in PAI subjects, and to describe the results of learning achievement achieved by students of Islamic Education subjects in schools. To achieve these objectives, the researcher carried out with a type of qualitative research. The procedure of data collection is done by using the observation method, which is direct observation to find out research activities phenomena carried out systematically, interview methods which are methods of collecting data by using verbal questions and answers with sources chosen by researchers, and documentation methods that are looking for data about matters, notes, transcripts, books, reports, agendas and so on. Keywords : Islamic Education, Interactions, Teaching and Learning, Achievement

Abstract

Character building is the main thing that needs to be done in improving the quality of society and students in particular. The formation of character must be in line with the formation of our piety to Allah SWT. Although various efforts have been made to shape the character of the community and students in particular, it has not been carried out optimally and their influence on the formation of good behavior has been carried out. As an educator, especially a teacher of Akidah Akhlak, you should pay attention to forming good behavior. Good behavior in students shows the success of teacher guidance to students, because good behavior is very important to find a student's identity as a provision in the future and when he is already living in the community. This study uses a phenomology-based qualitative approach with the type of case study research, the results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in character building is done for the better. This is supported by concrete or clear supporting factors carried out by the teacher, namely the teacher's ability to master the subject matter of Akidah Akhlak, facilities in the form of learning media, supporting books, and adequate classroom facilities to help shape student character. The obstacle faced by Akidah Akhlak teachers is that there are still many students who do not obey the rules made by the principal and class teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the application of the card sort type of active learning method on the learning outcomes of aqidah morals in the chapters of mandatory nature for Allah, impossible for Allah, and jaiz for Allah. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental quantitative research. The data collection technique used student learning outcomes, student perception questionnaires and documentation. Then this data analysis technique uses a paired two-sample t-test and processing this data using the SPSS Version 23.0 computer program with a significance level of 5%. The result data obtained from the post-test scores in the Experimental class obtained an average score of 81.08, while the Control class obtained an average score of 73.26. and the results of the t-test analysis in this study obtained a value of 0.000 this indicates that the value of sig(2-tailed) <0.05, while the results obtained by distributing questionnaires to 23 students, from a scale of 100% with a presentation of 69.6% students choose "strongly agree" that the card sort type of active learning method is very influential in improving student learning outcomes for that the card sort type of active learning method is one of the right methods in encouraging students to be more active in learning so that it can affect student learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran berbasis permainan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan belajar membaca, menulis, dan berhitung sesuai dengan karakteristik dan tugas perkembangan anak. Pengembangan model ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D), yang disederhanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) pengembangan model, dan (3) Uji validasi model. Hasil penelitian : (1) Pembelajaran membaca, menulis, dan berhitung pada anak usia dini yang dilaksanakan selama ini dilakukan secara konvensional dan menggunakan pendekatan akademik, yakni menekankan kegiatan latihan tertulis secara individual. (2) Model yang dihasilkan adalah Model Pembelajaran Terpadu Berbasis Permainan Kotak Jaring Laba-laba (PT-PKJL), tahapannya terdiri atas : kegiatan awal, yakni menciptakan kondisi belajar kondusif, apersepsi dan do’a bersama, kegiatan inti, yakni  bermain, pemberian bimbingan, reinforcement, serta kegiatan akhir, yakni refleksi, kesimpulan,cerita bersambung, dan do’a bersama. (3) Model PT-PKJL telah terbukti secara signifikan lebih efektif meningkatkan kesiapan belajar membaca, menulis, dan berhitung anak usia dini dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran yang selama ini digunakan. Kelebihan model PT-PKJL antara lain:  (1) mudah dilakukan, berlangsung alami, (2) mempermudah perencanaan, dan (3) dapat memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar. Kelemahannya antara lain: (1) kesulitan menentukan tema yang sesuai dengan tugas perkembangan anak, (2) evaluasi autentik dan portofolio memerlukan tenaga, waktu dan peralatan yang rumit, (3) menimbulkan kesan bahwa anak-anak hanya diajak bermain.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PT-PKJL relevan dengan karakteristik anak, dapat diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran, dan memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang signifikan dalam membantu anak mencapai kesiapan belajar membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Terpadu, Kesiapan Belajar, dan Kelompok  Bermain.

Abstract

Majelis Taklim is a non-formal institution to seek religious knowledge. The existence of majelis taklim gives influence in the surrounding environment. In addition to the assembly of religious assemblies it also means the community, orientation and life insights into religion and society, forming solidarity, filling in leisure time. The  position as a non-formal Islamic education institution that allows a varied role.
