Abstract

The phenomenon in learning Akidah Akhlak teachers still use conventional learning with a lecture method where the teacher is only as a source of information so that students do play an pasife role in learning. With a learning model that is less effective, many students seem to be lazy, do not concern teachers in learning, many talk to their deskmates, and even in the classroom. Research type carried out is quantitative comparison with the design of " nonequivalent control Group Pretest-Posttest " using experimental groups with a control group and experiment group. The samples in this study were 24 students of class X IBB 3 and IPS 2with a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data analysis used was a paired sample test with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study by conducting a Paired Sample Test with the provision that the sig value < 0.05, a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000. So it can be concluded that a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the conventional model and the learning outcomes of the Giving Question Getting Answer learning model for class X students of Akidah Akhlak subjects at An-Nur Bululawang High School for the 2021/2022 academic year.Kata Kunci: Konvensional, Giving Question Getting Answer (GQGA), Hasil Belajar, Akidah Akhlak .

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is carried out to realize professional teachers who are expected to contribute directly to the improvement of the quality of learning conducted. In the implementation of teacher performance assessment, of course, in carrying out the required good management in managing the implementation of teacher performance assessment to achieve the goals that have been set in addition to being able to organize the implementation of performance assessment in a structured manner can also produce maximum performance assessment results. Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Al-Rifa'ie High School students who currently have some unskilled students communicating well in learning activities so that the learning outcomes obtained are not optimal, for example there are unskilled students who ask when they do not understand the subject matter given the teacher, when given the opportunity to answer by the teacher, students cannot answer questions correctly, clearly, and smoothly. Therefore, researchers want to do research to find out how the actual conditions of communication skills of students when learning, especially on Islamic Education subjects. This research is a quantitative research with research methods applied is descriptive method. In collecting data, researchers used the necessary research instruments, namely using a questionnaire and interviews. Analysis of each instrument that has been distributed, shows that the level of communication skills of students in the medium category. This is evident from the answers of students who are more focused on neutral answers, in the sense that these students are not so high in their communication skills, nor are their communication skills too low on PAI subjects. So they tend to be normal towards PAI subjects, their communication skills towards PAI subjects at a moderate level.

Abstract

Parental motivation is one of the alternative methods used to arouse children's enthusiasm or intention to study at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmadu Malang. This study focuses on the motivation of parents, ways of educating morals as well as inhibiting and supporting factors in the process of moral education at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a phenomenological-based qualitative approach using a case study approach. Researchers found the results of this study include the motivation of parents in moral education at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School. the implementation of the research includes activities in Islamic boarding schools, providing motivation, encouragement and intention to children to continue learning Islamic religious knowledge and moral education in Islamic boarding schools, because studying Islamic religion is very important and good moral education is only in Islamic boarding schools because in formal schools , children can only study general education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa yang terjadi dilapangan dengan fokus yang diteliti terkait kondisi akhal siswa dan kendala yang di hadapi guru untuk meningkatkan akhlak siswa, serta upaya guru untuk meningkatkan akhlak siswa. Pengumpulan data di ambil dengan wawancara kepada narasumber terkait, dokumentasi kegiatan yang ada dilapangan maupun arsip-arip yang di dapat. Hasil pebelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa akhlak di sekolah SMK ini masih kurang dan banyak kendala yang terjadi pada siswa untuk meningkatkan akhlak namun upaya guru yang dilakukan  sudah maksimal dan dapat setidaknya meningkatkan akhlak siswa mulai dari cara guru memberi hukuman sampai guru memberikan pembelajaran tentang akhlak

Abstract

Education is the most important thing for all humans to determine their future. With the existence of human education, life can be a directed person. Education is not only borne by the school or the teacher, but the most important role in education is the role of parents and families. The first education is in the family or parents. This research was conducted in Mulyoasri Village, Ampelgading District. Data collection is done by the method of observation of researchers on the phenomena that occur in the field, also carried out by the method of interviewing researchers with data sources, also carried out the  method of  documentation in the  form of notes  or archives. The interest in learning al-quran in children is included in the medium category. Which is meant is that there  are  some  children  who  are  enthusiastic  in  learning  al-quran,  some  are  less enthusiastic. The spirit that exists in children is inseparable from the role of parents as educators, as  protectors, motivators, facilitators, and as  mentors. But  in the  role of parents, there are still factors that influence it, starting from the fact that is in the child, namely there is a sense of laziness, children's intelligence, and shame. factors that are outside  the  information  technology  child,  television,  parental  support,  and  the atmosphere of the house that does not support. Keywords: the role of parents, guiding interest in learning the children of the qur'a

Abstract

Therefore, the teacher's role is needed in motivating students. The teacher's role in studentmotivation is the teacher as a motivator and can be a role model for his students. As rolemodels to motivate students, teachers are required to maintain their behavior and speech.Those who have positive values, besides that, teachers can be respected and respected bystudents. Not because of being a senior teacher but because of his behavior as a teacher whohas authority. The strategy used to motivate student learning is when there are studentswho are less motivated in learning PAI, the teacher communicates with parents andguardians. When communicating, the teacher asks why students are less motivated andwhat difficulties are faced by students when carrying out the learning process at home. Theteacher always gives encouragement and motivation to all students through WhatsApp. Theresults of PAI teachers in increasing student motivation are that students are moreenthusiastic in learning. In this case, because teachers play a role in increasing studentlearning motivation in every online learning, parents and teachers work together tomotivate students

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe learning Islamic religious education during Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Ngantang, to describe the problems of Islamic religious education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri2 Ngantang, and to describe a solution in overcoming the problems of Islamic religious education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Ngantang. This study used qualitative research methods. The procedure for data collection using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, implementation of Islamic religious education learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Ngantang has been running effectively even though there are various problems from the side of educators, students and the environment. Teachers try to overcome these problems by finding solution so that learning continues to run well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the character of early childhood in the TPQ Medina of the Great Mosque of Jami 'Malang, and to describe the role of mosques in planting the values of character education for children in the TPQ Medina of Great Mosque of Jami' Malang, and to describe the supporting factors and obstacles of adolescent mosques in planting the values of character education in early childhood at TPQ Madinah Jami Great Mosque 'Malang. The approach used is a qualitative approach, while the research is a case study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation, while data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification. This study aims to describe the character of early childhood in the TPQ Medina of the Great Mosque of Jami 'Malang, and to describe the role of mosques in planting the values of character education for children in the TPQ Medina of Great Mosque of Jami' Malang, and to describe the supporting factors and obstacles of adolescent mosques in planting the values of character education in early childhood at TPQ Madinah Jami Great Mosque 'Malang. The approach used is a qualitative approach, while the research is a case study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation, while data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification. The results of this study that adolescents of Malang Grand Mosque of Jami Great Mosque have a very important role in instilling the values of character education in early childhood. Teenagers of mosques have given many religious activities to early childhood children to be able to divert their views or attract the hearts of children, so that children can eliminate bad culture or customs that are in their environment. So that by providing a variety of positive activities that are owned by adolescent mosques in guiding children to be able to instill the values of character education in early childhood in a gradual and sustainable manner every day

Abstract

The head of madrasa supervisor has a role to coordinate and guide the teachers to be able to improve their professionalism as educators. The purpose of this study is  find out: madrasah head’s programs, strategies, and obstacles in improving teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by observations, interviews, and documentations. The subject of the study were the head of the madrasa and the teachers. The results showed that. Planning a program in improving teachers professionalism prepared by the madrasah’s head and documented, which includes the RKM, RKAM, RKTM and the work program of the madrasah’s head. Madrasah’s haad as supervisor continues to carry out supervision teacher competency improvement activities, conduct services and add facilities, increase teachers discipline. Implementation of supervision in improving teachers professionalism, the activities carried out include classroom supervision, supervision of learning tools, training and workshops. Provision of supporting facilities for learning. Controlling the presence of teachers, controlling the hours of learning, and discipline of dressing. Evaluation of the madrasah’s head in improving the professionalism of teachers in MA Miftahul Ulum is the final result of the research with interviews, observations, and documentations that have been done.
