Abstract

This study aims to describe the policy of developing facilities and infrastructure through SBSN funds in madrasas. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study model. The research data is in the form of literature related to madrasas that carry out infrastructure development programs with SBSN which are accessed from various sources. The data collection technique is done by documentation. The results of the study show that first, the scheme for submitting the construction of madrasa infrastructure through SBSN is easily accessible and carried out by madrasas in Indonesia. Second, the implementation of infrastructure development policies through SBSN funds in madrasas can run smoothly despite many obstacles. Third, the benefits of infrastructure development policies through SBSN funds in madrasas are felt directly by the community. Madrasah infrastructure facilities are no longer left behind and inadequate, thus supporting the achievement of educational goals. Fourth, the impact of infrastructure development policies through SBSN funds in madrasas is to increase public trust and the confidence of madrasa residents.

Abstract

This study aims to describe character education in the digitalization of education. Another objective of this research is to formulate character education activities that are suitable to be integrated into the implementation of blended learning and distance learning. The research method used is library research (Library Research). The data collection technique applied in this discussion is to study books, research journals, literature, and other documents deemed relevant to the research problem. The findings in the data collection process are documented for later analysis and presented descriptively. The results of this study are; 1) a study on character education, 2) a study on the application of digitalization of education, and 3) a description of the implementation of character education in the application of digitalization of education.

Abstract

This study is to describe and analyze 1) the strategy of prophetic leadership in the development of religious culture at Pondok Modern Arrisalah Gundik Slahung Ponororgo. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of prophetic leadership at Pondok Modern Gundik Slahung Ponorogo. 3) The results of the application of prophetic leadership in the development of religious culture at Pondok Modern Arrislah Gundik Slahung Ponorogo. The concept of prophetic leadership that can be reached by the leadership of Pondok Modern Arrisalah is simply by imitating the Prophet Muhammad. according to human capacity. Generally, prophetic leadership is carried out by imitating the empathy of the Prophet's character. He is honest in everything, including adding knowledge honestly, really can be tested for sources. He is trustworthy to his leadership, does what he orders for all ustadz and his students, he also never disobeys his leadership. He is tabligh, conveying everything that he can so far for the benefit of the ustadz and his students. he is intelligent in all aspects of behavior and thought, so that so far he is the idol of the santri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the teacher as a facilitator in thematic learning. In this study, the approach taken by the researcher is to use a qualitative phenomenological approach with triangulation of sources, which includes fifth grade science teachers and fifth grade students at SD Negeri 5 Jambu. Data collection techniques in the form of interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher in Class V of SD Negeri 5 Jambu has carried out its role as a facilitator according to the indicators except for the aspect of delivering material via video conference. The factors that hinder teachers from carrying out their role as facilitators are 1) Lack of student interaction in learning, 2) Limited learning time, 3) Teacher workload in administration, 4) Lack of parental support in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model based on the socioscientific issue on the scientific reasoning ability of students at MTs Negeri 7 Madiun. The research sample consisted of class VII A as the experimental class and class VII D as the control class which were taken randomly with a total of 64 students. Data was taken by distributing tests to students before and before the implementation of the learning model. The learning model applied to the control class is the lecture learning model, while the learning model in the experimental class is a guided inquiry learning model based on socioscientific issues. The data obtained were then analyzed by t-test. The results showed that the guided inquiry model based on the socioscientific issue had an effect on students' scientific reasoning abilities. This is based on the value of the t test results which show a significance value of 0.00.

Abstract

Teaching Arabic has various challenges and problems. Teachers, Methods, out-of-date resources, and the low interest of students are also a problem. One way to deal with these challenges is to create attractive learning designs. The purpose of the study was to find the most effective method used in learning Qiraah and Kalam between the JIGSAW and the CIRC methods. This study is a quantitative study using Multivariate Covariance Analysis (MANCOVA) with the school origin as a control variable. Respondents in this study were students of SMA MBS Al-Amin Seputih Banyak in 2018. The study results show that the JIGSAW method is generally more effective in learning Qiraah and Kalam than the CIRC method.

Abstract

The delivery of the learning process in child-friendly schools must be supported by good management and based on child-friendly principles in order to create safe school environment and classroom atmosphere, fulfill children's rights and the best needs for children. purpose of this study is to determine the form of policy and implementation of child-friendly school management at MTSN 6 Jombang. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1. The form of policies implemented in the process of implementing child-friendly school management at MTSN 6 Jombang was based on four pillars of child-friendly school principles, namely non-violence, discrimination, best interests for children's growth, and respect for children. 2. Implementation of child-friendly school management begins with the planning and analysis stages of situations and conditions, organizing and forming teams, implementing programs, learning, infrastructure and program evaluation.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) ini dapat memperluas sUmber belajar yang berkualitas agar mahasiswa dapat mengambil sks di luar program studi dalam Perguruan Tinggi maupun pembelajaran di luar Perguruan Tinggi. Digital learning atau bisa disebut e-learning dapat digunakan untuk perluasan pendidikan seluruh masyarakat Indonesia termasuk daerah pelosok. Namun tentunya juga harus memperhatikan kualitas pembelajaran meskipun dilakukan secara daring. Seperti pembelajaran jarak yang di lakukan oleh Universitas Pamulang yang bekerjasama dengan Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka yang tetap memperhatikan kualitas pembelajaran daring. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh melibatkan 127 mahasiswa Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka yang bagi menjadi 4 kelas. Setiap kelas diampu oleh Dosen yang berkompeten dalam bidang Informatika. Pelaksanaan pendidikan jarak jauh ini menggunakan E-learning di Universitas Pamulang, yang dilaksanakan dengan dua skema yaitu asynchronous dan synchronous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis video tutorial menggunakan hand tools kelas X (TKRO) SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates dan mengetahui kelayakannya. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X jurusan otomotif dengan program keahlian TKRO. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah angket, teknik analisis data memakai deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapat rerata presentase 84,50%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB). Hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan rerata presentase 95,50%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB). Sedangkan uji coba dilakukan terhadap kelompok kecil dan besar. Uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan rerata presentase 89,50%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB) serta uji coba kelompok besar 87,25%, kategori Sangat Baik (SB). Berdasarkan hasil data para ahli dan uji coba media maka media ini dikatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Teacher Performance Improvement Through Periodic Collaborative Educational Supervision in Learning Activities in Semester II TP 2021/2022 at SMK Negeri 1 Peusangan, and as a teaching profession for credit scores (position increases). The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of school action research (PTS). The results showed that almost all of the 6 teachers were able to carry out learning well. This is evident from the results of supervision. The steps taken to improve the implementation of learning based on this action research are: (1) Researchers who observe teachers teaching not as assessors but as co-workers, (2) During the supervision in the classroom the teacher does not consider the researcher as an assessor, (3) Researchers record all events that occur in learning both positive and negative, (4) Researchers always give examples of learning oriented to Modern Learning. (5) Researchers provide examples of how to explain objectives, present, provide feedback to teachers, (6) Researchers every two or three weeks visit or follow the teacher in the learning process.
