Abstract

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has a very important role for health workers. One of them is at the Maiwa Community Health Center, health workers are still not compliant with the use of PPE. This study aims to determine the level of compliance with the use of PPE among health workers at the Maiwa Health Center and also to find out what factors influence non-compliance in the use of PPE among health workers at the Maiwa Health Center. In this research, 63 health workers were the research targets using a sample collection technique, namely total sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and observation methods. As well as data analysis techniques in this research using validity and reliability tests, bivariate and univariate tests, and chi-square tests. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance of health workers, proven by a significance value of 0.001 (p-<0.05). The influence of comfort and compliance is proven by a significance value of 0.005 (p<0.05), the influence of supervision and compliance is proven by a value of 0.001 (p<0.05).

Abstract

Providing Supplementary Food (PMT) is one way to meet the nutritional needs of toddlers. This program requires collaborative action from all parties, but there are still problems in the input, processing and output processes so that the distribution process is not yet good. This research aims to find out how the input, process and output are carried out well. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach, using cluster random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, population and questionnaires. As well as data analysis techniques in this research using validity tests, reliability tests, and chi-square tests. The results of this research show that financing with a p value of 0.018 (p < 0.005) and implementation of the PMT program with a p value of 0.007 (p < 0.005) show a significant relationship to the nutritional status of toddlers in Rappang Village and Human Resources (SDM) with a value of p amounting to 0.104 (p > 0.005) which shows there is no significant relationship with the nutritional status of children under five in Rappang Village.

Abstract

The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) addresses health problems related to non-communicable diseases. Maiwa Health Center showed an increase in both targets and assistance after the implementation of Prolanis. This study aims to examine the relationship between the implementation of a chronic disease management program (prolanis) and participant satisfaction at the Maiwa Community Health Center. This research uses quantitative methodology with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study consisted of all Prolanis participants diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes mellitus, totaling 166 people. This research uses a data collection approach such as observation, interviews, surveys and questionnaires. This research uses data analysis techniques which include validation tests, reliability tests, and chi-square tests. The findings of this research show that health consultation activities, home visits, and SMS gateway reminders produce a p value of 0.001 (p < 0.005), physical activity provides a p value of 0.004 (p < 0.005), while group education and health status monitoring show a p value of 0.002 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This article discusses technological innovation in public services in the era of industrial technology. In the current context, the Indonesian National Police (Polri) has initiated the ETLE or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement program as a breakthrough in the framework of electronic road traffic law enforcement. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis. The problem approach used in this study is to use socio-legal research. The findings in the writing explain that E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) created by the Malang City Police Traffic Unit as a technology-based law enforcement model is one form of legal progressiveness to answer the demands of the community in facing current legal problems. In the E-TLE law enforcement system, the public does not need to have direct contact with officers in the field so that vulnerability to corrupt practices can be avoided. In addition, handling legal processes related to traffic violations becomes easier by paying fines directly at the Bank so that the public does not need to come to court at the local District Court.

Abstract

Penerapan Digital Governance melalui aplikasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) di Kota Pekanbaru bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan IKD dan kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada kemajuan, sebagian masyarakat masih kurang memahami urgensi penggunaan IKD karena ketergantungan pada KTP fisik. Diperlukan sosialisasi yang lebih baik dan pengembangan regulasi untuk mendukung penerapan IKD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Efektivitas Pemberian Bantuan Sosial Keagamaan Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik data dianalisis dengan menyiapkan data dan mengorganisir data, mereduksi data dan menyajikan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian hibah sosial keagamaan pada Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau belum efektif sepenuhnya. Masalah ditemukan terutama pada sosialisasi program, pemantauan dan ketepatan waktu. Sosialisasi program dan kegiatan belum dilakukan kepada para penerima bantuan sosial keagamaan. Ketepatan sasaran pada prinsipnya sudah tepat, namun untuk peningkatan ketepatan perlu dilakukan seleksi dan verifikasi lebih kuat dan melakukan kunjungan langsung kepada penerima. Dari sisi waktu, masih terdapat kendala kelengkapan administrasi, penerima bantuan sering terlambat memasukan dokumen kelengkapan sebagai bagian dari pertanggungjawabannya. Pemantauan program tidak dilakukan dengan alasan keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia. Tujuan dari program bantuan sosial keagamaan ini telah tercapai yakni mendukung pengembangan kegiatan keagamaan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan berbasis agama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of public services on business certificate services at the Perawang Village office. The theory in this study uses Zeithaml's theory of public service quality with five indicators, namely Tangible Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. With data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results found from this study indicate that the business certificate service at the Perawang Village office has not provided quality service.

Abstract

The use of social media, which initially was a means of socializing and sharing information, has now developed into a forum for conveying people's aspirations and opinions, including socio-political views. Political actors use social media for branding, campaigns and building public opinion. Cyber ​​troops or buzzers are actively involved in spreading issues, publishing politicians, and even criticizing the opposition. One example is cyber bullying against the Chair of BEM SI following the student demonstration on April 11 2022. This research aims to identify the form of cyber bullying against the Chair of BEM SI, the structure of the movements, and the language used by the buzzer. The method used is digital ethnography with primary data from virtual in-depth interviews and secondary data from big data on social media, online media and institutional data. The research results show that the buzzer succeeded in swaying public opinion by spreading negative news and provocative comments to damage the credibility of the Chair of BEM SI.

Abstract

Stunting is a health issue in children, particularly toddlers, characterized by impaired physical and brain development due to prolonged nutritional deficiencies. Due to sectoral egos among government agencies and inadequate socialization efforts, addressing stunting remains a significant challenge. Simeulue Regency faces numerous obstacles and is among the regions with the highest stunting rates in the area. The aim of this study is to identify the strategies employed by the Simeulue Government to reduce stunting. This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through documentation and observation techniques. The findings reveal that the Simeulue Government has implemented the Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting (DASHAT) program. This program includes sub-programs such as Ayah Susi, Ma Andong, and Maninting, which are philosophically rooted in the local language of the region. These strategies have successfully reduced stunting rates in Simeulue Regency. This success is evidenced by the fact that Simeulue Regency was awarded the best recognition in Aceh for addressing stunting in 2024
