Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan yang berbasis multikultural menjadi sangat pentingkarena tanpa adanya manajemen, lembaga pendidikan akan sulit dalammelaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan maupun kependidikan sehinggaproses pencapaian tujuan pendidikan pun akan sulit untuk diperoleh. Sehinggaseorang kepala sekolah perlu betul-betul melakukan pengelolaan dan kebijakankebijakan yang baik dan sesuai dalam mengatur sistem pendidikan yang berbasismultikultural supaya proses kegiatan pendidikan dapat lebih terarah danmeminimalisir terjadinya kegagalan di dalam pendidikan. Pendidikan tidak sertamerta diberikan begitu saja kepada siswa akan tetapi pendidikan diberikanberdasarkan kebutuhan yang mampu mengembangkan pengetahuan,keterampilan dan sikap siswa dengan baik. Pendidikan yang dianggap mampumemberikan pemahaman dan pengimplementasian dari adanya keberagaman disuatu negara yaitu dengan pendidikan berbasis multikultural. Hal ini didasarkanpada konflik yang sering terjadi di kalangan siswa. Terkadang siswa sulit untuksaling toleransi terhadap sesama karena mereka merasa bahwa kebiasaan atautindakan seseorang berbeda dengan kebiasaan yang mereka lakukan dalamkehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The implementation of load management of the curriculum is packed with Islamicprograms which aim to develop the Islamic character of learners. By using casestudy method, it is known that the content of Islamic character curriculum contentin MI Miftahul Ulum Mandangin Island is applied with the addition of curriculumcharge in the development section self. On the charge MI Miftahul Ulum isimplementing a religious program. In addition, MI Miftahul Ulum also built anIslamic culture. The process of content management of Islamic charactercurriculum is also developed here. In the implementation of this also gotinhibiting factor and supporter. The changes in behaviors or outcomes of thisimplementation can be felt like the low violations committed by students, thereligious behavior that follow and the realization of a thick Islamic culture.

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher competence in managing grades with Microsoft Excel through in-house training. Research for six months in odd semester 2021/2022. This study used the school action research method with 18 teachers as subjects at SDN Murtajih 1 Pademawu. This study used three cycles with each cycle for 2 months. In each cycle twice meetings are held with planning, action, observation and reflection activities. Data collection techniques using observation sheets. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an increase in teacher competence in processing grades using Microsoft Excel through in-house training. The results of the cycle prove that in the first cycle the teacher's ability to process grades is quite good with an acquisition of 66%. Then in cycle II the teacher's ability increased to be good with an acquisition of 80%. While in cycle III it increased to very good with a gain of 92%. Thus it can be concluded that in-house training activities have a positive impact on improving teacher quality so that follow-up activities are needed so that they run continuously.

Abstract

The government through the ministry of religion has made efforts to improve the quality of education through various programs, including upgrading, curriculum improvement, and so on. However, these efforts still require professional coaching for teachers, with no exception to MA. Hasyim Asyari Jogoroto, Jombang Regency. This research was carried out with the aim of improving teacher competence in planning and implementing contextual learning through the supervision technique of the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP). This school action research involved 15 teachers at MA Hasyim Asyari Jogoroto Jombang which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle goes through stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The technique of supervising discussion is to increase competence in planning and implementing contextual learning from “enough” in cycle 1 to “good” in cycle 2. The average value of teacher competence in planning Contextual Learning in cycle 1 = 75.33 and cycle 2 = 81.83 and The average value of teacher competence in implementing contextual learning in cycle 1 = 74.53 and cycle 2 = 82.40.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how altruistic leadership can lead to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior in employees at the SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan Institute. Using field research with a case study approach with three stages, namely field preparation, research stage, and post-stage. Data collection techniques used comprehensive research guidelines, non-participatory observation, and study documentation. The subjects of the study were the principal and three teachers of SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan who were male and showed positive performance and were indicated to have OCB and high loyalty to the institution. Miles and Huberman's data analysis model is used interactively and intensively to obtain saturated data, which consists of data collection, data reduction, and data collection and leveraging. The results of the study indicate that this altruist leadership plays an important role in shaping Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Altruistic behavior can encourage the leader's capacity to grow and become a tool to influence subordinates toward collective goals, encourage happiness in the workplace, can encourage employee performance in organizations, increase organizational capabilities, and be able to improve subordinate innovation behavior.

Abstract

The quality of learning in educational institutions should be improved because all aspects of achieving student satisfaction can improve school achievement but this is not easy to do but requires the role of the school principal in improving the quality of learning at MA Ainul Flah Bakeong Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. This research includes a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results of the study showed that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning at MA Ainul Falah Bakeong Guluk-Guluk Sumene first increased teacher professionalism. The second thing is optimizing existing educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. The third is carrying out routine supervision which is carried out every week. Implementation of school principals in improving the quality of learning MA Ainul Falah Bakeong Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Principals as educators (educators), Principals as managers, Principals as supervisors Evaluation of the implementation of school principals in improving the quality of learning Evaluations are conducted in the form of monthly meetings at the end of the semester meeting annual.

Abstract

Literacy culture is a culture in educational institutions considering the demands of the current era of globalization, students are required to be creative and innovative by producing many works, including the strategy of the head of the madrasa in cultivating writing. This research was conducted at the Islamic Senior High School Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan. This research includes a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research results show that. First, the strategy built by the head of the madrasa in building a literacy culture consists of goals, objectives, stages, and time for planning. Second, the implementation of school principals in building a literacy culture, namely formulating a collaboration, fulfilling facilities, providing motivation, and preparing bulletin boards. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the madrasa head in building a literacy culture are all supporting facilities, competent teachers, and financing management. The inhibiting factor for literacy is that it is necessary to be continuously motivated in order to produce a quality literacy culture.

Abstract

Olah Bakat Siswa Aktif (OBASTIF)—a talent sport event for Madrasah Tsanawiyah level held at MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Galis Pamekasan as a promotion strategy which in its implementation goes through stages namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The study focuses on (1) How is the planning of OBASTIF (2) How is the implementation of OBASTIF (3) How is the result of promotion through OBASTIF. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informant are school principal, teachers, and students of Miftahul Qulub Polagan. The research results show that: First. The planning for the OBASTIF covers: a). determining the purpose of the event, b). defining the forms of the event. c). Arranging the event details, d). forming a work team by involving OSIS (Student Council), e). preparing a budget. Second, the implementation process covers distributing brochures and giving delegation letters which are carried out a week before registration opens which are distributed by OSIS members; registration of the event is at MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan; technical meetings; competitions or events ; closing and giving award. Third, the results obtained by the institution are in accordance with what is expected namely MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan became famous to all schools of promotion target, as the institution which concerns on facilitating students in developing their talents.

Abstract

Supervision is a control function that really needs to be carried out by every institution, especially elementary schools. Because every educator and education staff requires development of the tasks carried out. So that supervision can be a benchmark or evaluation material for teachers and education staff. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method which resulted in the implementation of academic supervisors by elementary school supervisors in the Pademawu District, namely supervisors providing guidance to each elementary school in Pademawu District. The coaching is in the form of academic coaching and behavioral coaching. The inhibiting factors and supporting factors for academic supervisors by elementary school supervisors in the Pademawu sub-district are collaboration between supervisors and all educators and education staff in elementary schools in the Pademawu sub-district. So that this collaboration can create a sense of togetherness that can support the implementation of supervision to the fullest. However, in practice, the Pademawu regional coordinating supervisor only had two people to handle 53 elementary schools. So that this becomes an inhibiting factor for the implementation of elementary school academic supervisors in the Pademawu sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how school management is implemented in improving the quality of education at MI Iskandar Sulaiman, Batu City. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. The indicators developed by researchers as a guide in data collection related to the implementation of school management include school planning, implementation of school programs. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity test was carried out by technique triangulation and source triangulation. The educational process at MI Iskandar Sulaiman Batu has met the criteria for quality education which includes: 1) the effectiveness of the principal's leadership; 2) active participation of all components with an interest in the school; 3) the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process; 4) relevant curriculum; 5) vision, mission, and goals that are directed, systemized so that they are expected to be achieved; 6) conducive atmosphere and school environment; 6) involvement between the community and parents of students. Then the impact of this research is that the leadership and managerial abilities of school principals are a must for realizing effective madrasah management and of course in accordance with the times.
