Abstract

The activities of educational institutions are currently still carrying out the learning process online. One of the learning innovations that can be carried out by schools is by implementing Distance Learning based on Blended Learning. This study aims to find out how the management, lesson planning, and evaluation of learning based on Blended Learning are carried out at MA Al Azhar, Banjar City. The number of respondents in this study consisted of 15 teachers spread across various fields of study. Research using qualitative data analysis techniques with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that at the planning stage, the school had previously formulated a special curriculum that was adapted to the Blended Learning learning model, this was also supported by very adequate learning facilities and infrastructure. At the implementation stage, there is a difference in the use of the learning approach with real events in the field, namely the shift in time in utilizing learning. MA Al Azhar the City of Banjar implements a part-time system in the use of learning, a week of face-to-face learning, and the following week an online system. At the evaluation stage, MA Al Azhar City of Banjar carries out face-to-face and online-based evaluations such as using evaluations through the results of recapitulation on Google Classroom and Exel on Google Classroom.

Abstract

Job demands will cause stress if they cannot be completed on time, especially if the task has not been mastered because, with existing limitations, assignments given by lecturers often affect students psychologically. The method used to conduct this research uses library research while collecting data through related references, both offline and online. The data obtained is then processed to be more complete and up to date. Data analysis uses analysis through various related literature. The results of the analysis show that there is a need for stress management so that it does not tend to be negative, and can be positive for these students, while the causes of stress consist of (1) environmental factors; (2) institutional factors; and (3) personal factors. These factors can be specified according to each condition. The suggestions for these problems include (1) making clear plans, (2) avoiding delays in work and assignments, grouping tasks into several parts, (3) seeking support from people around them, (4) getting enough rest, (5) exercising and good nutrition, (6) use relaxation techniques, and (7) seek professional help when necessary.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership strategy used in improving members' skills and to find out the stages and inhibiting factors of activities related to improving the skills of members in the Organizational Special Activity Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross Voluntary Corps at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi Higher Education. This research is field research, namely by collecting data in the field. This study uses interview techniques, observation, and interviews. The research results show that the Indonesian Red Cross Volunteer Corps Leadership Strategy to Improving Member Skills, namely providing teaching material and practice in accordance with the skills in their respective fields. The stages of activities involved in improving members' skills are basic room education and training, field education and training, permanent member education and training, joint training with Basarnas, basic organizational leadership training, and weekly member training. As for the supporting factors, the leader always instills a positive spirit in the members in the process of improving their skills of the members. While the inhibiting factors are first, the implementation of the role of administrators is not in accordance with basic organizational leadership training, second, some members have not been able to manage time between academics and organizations so members tend to do excessive activities, and third, regarding campus funding for organizational activities sometimes not according to what the manager said.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply and find supporting factors related to the need for assessment funding in three public junior high schools in Malang city. In addition, this study also aims to analyze what dimensions are very supportive in the financing assessment process within the institution. This article uses a qualitative research type with a multi-site and descriptive approach to reveal some of these dimensions. Meanwhile, the techniques used in extracting data related to the research theme are in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation techniques. After going through data mining techniques to obtain information, the researchers found that five main things became successful in assessing school financing needs. First, identify the urgency of allocating absorbed education funding. Second, policy analysis in determining the main priority elements of education financing must be considered so that it is right on target and under the vision and mission of the institution. Third, being able to assess and identify sources that generate funding for education. Fourth, agencies and stakeholders involve the community in the education design and financing process.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created new conflicts within educational institutions, especially madrasas. Moreover, the Tapal Kuda is an area that has a different culture and language so it requires proper conflict management. For this reason, this research is focused on three places, namely MAN 1 Jember, MAN Bondowoso, and MAN 2 Banyuwangi which are in the center of the Tapal Kuda. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of identification, classification, and problem-solving strategies related to conflict management in Madrasas after the Covid-19 pandemic in the Tapal Kuda area. Data mining using observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman models, testing the validity of the data using technical triangulation. The results showed that 1) The process of identifying post-covid-19 madrasa conflict management problems in the Tapal Kuda area based on Tosi's conflict theory is still in the first stage in the form of antendants of conflict, 2) The majority conflict classification process is with intragroup, for MAN 2 Banyuwangi with intragroup and intergroup because it deals with stakeholders outside the school, 3) Conflict resolution strategies are in an integrative style because the three madrasas involve many parties and remain open to suggestions and criticism.

Abstract

Prophetic education aims to develop noble morals and good behavior based on Islamic teachings. The implementation of prophetic education in developing religious and social power includes introducing Islamic values from an early age, providing an understanding of hadith and sunnah, and teaching social care. Prophetic education must be carried out continuously by teachers and parents so that children can understand and practice the teachings of Islam in everyday life. The type of research used is field research. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used with mandala interviews, observation and documentation. While in analyzing data with data condensation, display data, draw conclusions. The results of the study that the efforts made by Al Fattah Islamic High School in implementing Prophetic Education Management include providing religious education integrated with the curriculum, conducting spiritual formation through religious activities and character development, and providing examples for students through the behavior of teachers

Abstract

Educational supervision should be conducted for various reasons one of them is to improve teachers’ perfomance as well as to improve students’ learning and quality of education. This is a comparative study of Indonesian and Pakistani school; Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Indonesia and Dar-e-Arqam School Bawalpur Punjab Pakistan. There are three research focuses, namely (1) how is the educational supervision implemented in those schools? (2) how effective is the implemenetation of educational supervision in those schools? (3) what are the problems and solutions of the implementation of the educational supervision. This study adopted a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. The results show that the director of Madrasah at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Indonesia implemented educational supervision by using group technique through 3 activities- a monthly meetings, weekly meetings and trainings. through these forms of activity, the results are obtained in the form of positive changes from the teachers which also indirectly affect the effectiveness of the learning activities carried out so as to obtain optimal results through students’ achievements. The obstacles faced are related to the teacher's internal condition so that the alternative is by giving summons, providing motivation, and the final action is in the form of teacher transfers. Menwhile, in Dar-e-Arqam School Pakistan, head office monitoring visits implemented the supervision by monitoring visit and training session (physical and online), reports, and performance conducted monthly and in the end of semester. The head office then made the decision and guidelline for the improvement.

Abstract

The cost of education is the main factor that has a big influence on the implementation of learning activities. Indonesia has enough problems in the economy that have caused many children from families with low incomes to be forced to not attend school, due to the lack of education costs, even to meet their daily needs is still a burden. This is also a problem that must be addressed, so as not to create educational disparities and create educational equity. The settlement of these educational problems can be overcome through social activities with a pattern of income redistribution or commonly known as philanthropy. The purpose of this study is to explain the urgency of philanthropy for alternative financing in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses descriptive analytic literature study. The results of this study are (1) philanthropic practice has become an institutionalized tradition since the emergence of Islam. (2) philanthropy has an important role for alternative financing in Islamic educational institutions through zakat, alms, waqf and various obligations other than waqf. From the results of this research, the community can be more concerned and sensitive to social interests so that they can carry out philanthropic practices that are expected for education in Indonesia.

Abstract

In this very competitive era of globalization, marketing is likened to the heartbeat for the continuity of educational institutions engaged in services. Promotion is one of the important activities that must be carried out by an institution to maintain its survival in order to develop and achieve the expected goals. The results of this study indicate that: First, the initial design of the promotion model in the form of advertising in the selection of new high achieving students online at MAN 2 Pamekasan started with a meeting to form a committee appointed to prepare everything in implementation. Second, the implementation of online promotional advertising features that are carried out in the selection of new outstanding students based on online using website media and WhatsApp in the registration process. And using website media, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube in promoting it. Third, the results of the promotion in selecting new outstanding students based online at MAN 2 Pamekasan got the best students as many as 222 students, and will be placed according to the interests of the students themselves. The 222 students were judged by the number of championships won and the level of championship they had.

Abstract

Ada dua permasalahan yang menjadi kajian pokok dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pertama; bagaimana manajemen budaya religius di SDN II Pagendingan Galis Pamekasan?, Kedua; Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi budaya religius di SDN II Pagendingan Galis Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, jenis deskriptif. Dengan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan kehadiran peneliti dan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama; Manajemen implementasi budaya religius di SDN II pagendingan melalui beberapa tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasi dan pembagian tugas, dan dilakasanaan dalam bentuk kegiatan antara lain shalat dhuha berjama`ah, membaca juz amma sebelum pelajaran di mulai, membaca do`a sebelum belajar, shalat dhuhur berjama`ah, membaca do`a sebelum pulang sekolah, membaca Yasin dan istighasah pada hari jum`at manis, melakukan pondok ramadhan, melaksanakan maulid nabi, santunan anak yatim di bulan asyura, kegiatan hari santri, santunan anak yatim dibulan a`syura, dan manajemen evaluasi pada nilai budaya religius yang telah ditetapkan. Kedua; faktor pendukung implementasi budaya religius di SDN II Pagendingan Galis Pamekasan dalam implementasi budaya religius dapat dibedakan menjadi tiga faktor, yaitu: 1. Faktor guru, 2. Faktor siswa, dan 3. Faktor orang tua. Sedangkan faktor penghambat implementasi budaya religius di SDN II Pagendingan galis pamekasan dalam implementasi budaya religius terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu: 1. Faktor siswa, dan 2. Faktor orang tua.
