Abstract

Pergudangan merupakan fasilitas penting dalam sistem produksi, berfungsi untuk menyimpan bahan baku, barang setengah jadi, atau barang jadi secara terorganisir agar mudah diakses saat dibutuhkan. PT Petrokimia Gresik menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan gudang, khususnya dalam penataan bolt machine, yaitu mesin yang digunakan untuk memasang, mengencangkan, atau memproduksi baut secara otomatis maupun semi-otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang tata letak penyimpanan bolt machine agar lebih efisien dan optimal dalam pemanfaatan ruang gudang. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi penataan barang yang tidak sistematis, kelebihan stok yang melebihi kapasitas rak, serta kesulitan dalam pengambilan dan pemindahan barang akibat posisi penyimpanan yang kurang tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah klasifikasi ABC dan Class-Based Storage, dengan analisis data pengeluaran barang selama periode Maret 2023 hingga Maret 2024 yang mencakup 120 jenis item dengan total 148.790 transaksi. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa 18 item masuk kategori A, 7 item kategori B, dan 95 item kategori C. Perancangan tata letak baru mengacu pada prinsip penempatan strategis: kategori A (fast moving) ditempatkan di Golden Zone, kategori B di Silver Zone, dan kategori C di Bronze Zone. Implementasi usulan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dan efektivitas sistem logistik internal PT Petrokimia Gresik secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach to describing in detail one by one, which is the main object of this study. The main objects that the researcher means are around Investment, Danatara, Indonesia EMAS 2045, and Effectiveness. One by one, the objects the researcher mentioned above will be described and then connected to the main topic in this study. The data used in this study is secondary data that the researcher obtained from credible sources indirectly, namely Books, Scientific Articles, Magazines, and various other sources commonly used in each study. The researcher's sources were analysed using data collection, reduction, selection, and conclusion stages. The result in this article shows that the understanding of the effectiveness of utilising all available infrastructure to achieve a desired goal, the presence of Danatara, can help achieve that goal, namely Indonesia EMAS 2045. The demographic bonus and industrialisation targeted in 2045 must be slowly supported by policies that support them. Suppose Danatara can utilise Dividends from the 7 BUMN assets mentioned above to support government policies related to industrialisation and creating the EMAS 2045 generation. In that case, the presence of Danatara can certainly help create Indonesia EMAS 2045. If, on the contrary, Danatara cannot utilise Dividends from the 7 BUMN assets, then the presence of Danatara can hinder the creation of Indonesia EMAS 2045. To solve this problem, the researcher proposes that Danatara have its own more specific master plan to help create Indonesia EMAS 2045. In addition, Danatara must also have a strict supervisor to avoid the creation of collusion, corruption, and nepotism practices in Danatara.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. It relies on descriptive text to express this article's primary intent and purpose by first describing the main topics, including Blockchain, the Tourism Industry, and its development through Blockchain. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtain from various credible sources such as books, scientific magazines, scientific articles, and other sources, which are usually used in each study. The data obtained are analyzed using the stages of data collection, reduction, selection, and conclusion. The result in this article shows that Blockchain can develop the tourism industry in Indonesia through the ease of booking tickets and finding tourist locations, security of tourist data, both foreign and local, tourism marketing, ease of tourism payments, and so on, which aim to develop the tourism industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on research to the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first as the main material for building research foundations, building hypotheses, and proving hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtain directly or are also commonly referred to as primary data obtained from Zuri Group hotel employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as two hundred and fifty employees. The data obtained by the researcher were distributed through an online questionnaire containing ten questions with five choices including the choice of strongly agree, the choice of agree, the choice of so-so, the choice of disagree, and the choice of strongly disagree. The data obtained by the researcher were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance and the Resonant Leadership Style variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table above show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance can be accepted because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the Human Resource Information System, the higher the Employee Performance. In the next row, the Resonant Leadership Style variable can also moderate the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing of 0.004. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, which uses previous research as the primary material for creating hypotheses, adding novelty elements that are different from previous studies, and testing the hypotheses that researchers make. The primary material that researchers mean in this study is research. The data used in this study is primary data that researchers obtained from Gacoan noodle customers spread across several corners of Indonesia, with the minimum criteria of having shopped more than three times, with a many of 400 customers. The data used in this study were analysed using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that each hypothesis in this study can be proven. The first hypothesis in this study is that the Customer Trust variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on the third table above, the Customer Trust variable can have a positive relationship direction and a considerable impact on Repurchase Intention because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011. These results show that the higher the Customer Trust, the more likely it is to lead to purchasing decisions, increase customer loyalty, and increase customer comfort. These indicators will ultimately have a good impact and significantly influence Repurchase Intention. The following hypothesis used in this study is that the Security Perception variable can moderate the influence of the Customer Trust variable on the Repurchase Intention variable. This is because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, more significant than the direct testing of 0.011. Increasing Security Perception can further increase Customer Trust because Customers feel safe and comfortable. Ultimately, these rights can have a more significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Merujuk pada Peraturan Presiden No. 95 Tahun 2018 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), seluruh instansi pemerintah diwajibkan menggunakan Jaringan Intra Pemerintah, termasuk di tingkat kabupaten. Pemerintah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) telah membangun jaringan intra pemerintah di 37 lokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas jaringan tersebut menggunakan parameter Quality of Service (QoS) melalui pendekatan metode TIPHON. Dengan mengadopsi metodologi PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize), dilakukan redesain topologi jaringan dari model ring menjadi hybrid ring-star guna meningkatkan keandalan dan skalabilitas. Implementasi awal dilakukan di lima perangkat daerah, disertai standarisasi perangkat (OLT, ONT, router, switch) dengan spesifikasi tinggi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan throughput rata-rata mencapai 2.118 kbps (naik 120%), packet loss 1%, delay 118 ms, dan jitter 26 ms, yang dikategorikan “memuaskan”. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan sistematis PPDIOO efektif dalam mengoptimalkan jaringan intra pemerintah. Rekomendasi mencakup perluasan implementasi ke seluruh lokasi, penerapan manajemen bandwidth berbasis kebutuhan, serta pemantauan jaringan secara real-time menggunakan tools seperti PRTG atau NetFlow.

Abstract

With an explanatory approach, this quantitative research examines the influence of the human resource information system (HRIS) on employee performance and whether or not the resonant leadership style moderates this relationship. Primary data were collected from 350 Hypermart employees across Indonesia using a ten-item online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The results show that HRIS positively and significantly affects employee performance, with a p-value of 0.013. This implies that HRIS helps employees complete their tasks and achieve targets, enhancing performance. Additionally, the Resonant Leadership Style significantly moderates the influence of HRIS on performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.004. Leaders with a resonant style can strengthen the effectiveness of HRIS, supporting better task completion and performance outcomes. These findings confirm the acceptance of both proposed hypotheses. The study highlights the importance of technological systems and leadership style in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, which uses previous research as the primary fuel to elaborate more deeply in this study and add new variations. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from 250 students throughout Indonesia. The data obtained was analyzed using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result of this article shows that the Sharia Financial Literacy variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on the decision to become a BSI customer. The P-values ​​in this article are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. These results indicate that the Sharia Financial Literacy variable can improve students' financial conditions, intelligence, and so on, ultimately affecting the Decision To Become A BSI Customer. In the next row, the Perception variable can also moderate the influence of the Sharia Financial Literacy variable on the Decision To Become A BSI Customer because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than the direct test, 0.003. Thus, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses can be accepted.

Abstract

Industri konstruksi di Indonesia menghadapi masalah serius terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), dengan sektor konstruksi menyumbang 63,6% dari total kecelakaan kerja nasional menurut data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2022. Kelelahan fisik pekerja, yang disebabkan oleh beban kerja berat serta faktor lingkungan seperti suhu ekstrem, pencahayaan, dan kebisingan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap tingginya angka kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan kelelahan kerja menjadi kunci penting dalam menurunkan angka kecelakaan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pekerja di sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap tingkat kelelahan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 81 pekerja berusia antara 20 hingga 50 tahun. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor fisik lingkungan kerja yang diukur menggunakan Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) dan 4-in-1 Environment Meter, sementara variabel terikatnya adalah kelelahan kerja yang diukur melalui kuesioner International Fatigue Research Committee dan pengujian waktu reaksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik, beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja dapat diidentifikasi baik pada kondisi outdoor maupun indoor. Pada pekerja outdoor, dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan adalah Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan nilai p = 0,022 dan Temperatur dengan nilai p = 0,026. Sementara pada kondisi indoor, Intensitas Kebisingan menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,039. Variabel lainnya seperti usia, lama kerja, intensitas cahaya, dan beban kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pada kedua kondisi tersebut.

Abstract

Shopee merupakan salah satu perusahaan E-commerce yang terkemuka di Indonesia yang juga melakukan promosi lewat media sosial Instagram. Sebagai salah satu platform media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia, Instagram menjadi salah satu opsi media pengiklanan. Lewat akun Instagram shopee_id, Shopee mempromosikan produk-produk mereka. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi bahasa yang digunakan dalam postingan akun shopee_id dengan menggunakan pendekatan pragmatik khususnya tindak tutur. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis caption/keterangan dalam setiap postingan. Terdapat sepuluh postingan yang dianalisis dalam tulisan ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa akun shopee_id memiliki pola yang repetitif dalam melakukan pengiklanan. Dalam setiap keterangan (caption) yang dicantumkan dalam postingan di akun Instagram, tindak tutur ilokusi yang digunakan bersifat direktif atau ajakan. Ilokusi ini disampaikan melalui kalimat ajakan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Di sisi lain, perlokusi sebagai konsekuensi yang diharapkan atas komunikan (pengikut akun shopee_id) adalah membeli produk-produk yang ditawarkan. Penggunaan ragam bahasa slang/gaul dan istilah asing dalam setiap postingan merupakan bentuk kesamaan pengetahuan (background knowledge) antara komunikator dan komunikan.
