Abstract

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach, which uses primary research to create hypotheses, test hypotheses, modify hypotheses, and prove the hypotheses that are built. The data used in this study is primary data that the researcher obtained from two hundred and eighty Bank Mandiri employees spread throughout Indonesia. The researcher obtained data from an online questionnaire containing ten questions about digital culture, employee performance, and work discipline. The data that the researcher obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result of this article shows that the Digital Culture variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on employee performance. The P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002. These results are in line with research. These results indicate that the better the Digital Culture, the easier it will be for employees to complete tasks and be more successful in completing targets. This, in turn, can improve Employee Performance. In the next row, the Work Discipline variable can moderate the influence of the Digital Culture variable on Employee Performance because the P-values also tend to be positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, smaller than direct testing. Thus, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses can be accepted and proven.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial technology (fintech) has created an urgent need for robust governance mechanisms. While AI drives digital transformation by enabling automation, personalization, fraud detection, and operational efficiency, it also introduces critical challenges related to ethics, security, transparency, and regulatory compliance. This study proposes an Ambidextrous AI Governance Framework, grounded in the COBIT 2019 framework, to address these challenges in fintech organizations. The framework balances exploration (innovation, agility, and ethical practices) with exploitation (risk control, compliance, and operational efficiency) through five integrated governance layers: Governance, Strategic Alignment, Ambidextrous, Operational, and Compliance & Assurance. A design science research approach was employed, including a literature review, expert validation, and simulation within a controlled fintech environment. The results showed that the proposed framework improved governance maturity across COBIT domains and embedded principles of trustworthy AI, such as transparency, accountability, and fairness. This research provides a scalable and adaptable model aligned with international standards, such as ISO/IEC 42001, and regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act and OJK guidelines. The proposed governance design enables fintech organizations to innovate responsibly while mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and fostering trust in AI-driven financial services.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, an approach that makes previous studies the main foundation for proving hypotheses at a higher stage, namely the proof stage. The data obtained by the researcher came from two hundred and ninety-five employees of Bank Mega Syari'ah spread throughout Indonesia  The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the first hypothesis in this study, namely that the Work Ethics variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance and the Work Environment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Ethics variable on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the third table above, the first hypothesis in this study can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.028. These results indicate that a good Work Ethics can create good relationships with superiors, fellow coworkers, and can make it easier for employees to complete their work. In the next hypothesis, the results of the third table above also show that the Work Environment variable can moderate the influence of the Work Ethics variable on Employee Performance. Based on this, the first and second hypotheses in this article.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that details the main topics in this article. These main topics include thuggery, investment, and investment decisions. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained by the researcher from various credible sources such as scientific articles, books, scientific magazines, and other sources commonly used in any research. The data used is analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and concluding. The result in this article show that the phenomenon of thuggery can damage investment development. The Chairman of the Industrial Estate Association (HKI), Sanny Iskandar, revealed that thuggery hampers investment. He stated that losses amount to hundreds of trillions due to cancelled investments and withdrawals from industrial areas. Investors flee because many community organizations or mass organizations force their involvement in the construction process or factory activities. In addition to Sanny Iskandar's opinion above, the Kompas investigative team's report results found that thuggery in industrial areas is a serious obstacle to investment. This disruption occurs systematically and involves community organizations, officials, and village officials who often use their positions to pressure companies

Abstract

This research is quantitative with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that has a fulcrum in previous research. The data used in this research is primary, which the researcher obtained from the annual report of the National Statistics Agency from 2015 to 2024. The data that the researcher obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that the Capital Expenditure variable can have a positive relationship and an insignificant influence on Company Performance because the P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.063. These results are inconsistent with the second study. These results indicate no positive relationship between regional Capital Expenditure and good regional Financial Performance. Other relevant factors include Good Corporate Governance, Regional Original Income, etc. The second hypothesis in this article also shows a positive but insignificant relationship because the P-values are at 0.051, less than 0.05. Based on this, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses cannot be accepted.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that is backed by previous research to create hypotheses, modify hypotheses, and prove them. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from employees working at Bugland Furniture spread throughout Indonesia totaling one hundred and seventy-five employees. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the P-Values leading to positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002. These results indicate that a good Work Life Balance of an employee can improve physical health, mental health, and financial stability. Ultimately, the three indicators mentioned above can affect Employee Performance. In addition, the Work Ethic variable in this article can also strengthen the influence of the Work Life Balance variable on Employee Performance because of the same thing, namely the P-Values leading to positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. These results indicate that the Work Ethic variable can help the Work Life Balance variable in influencing Employee Performance. On this basis, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that has a strong relationship with previous studies, such as siblings, to create, modify, and prove the hypothesis in this article. The data used in this study is primary data that the researcher obtained from an online questionnaire distributed to two hundred and eighty-five employees of “Mitra Sepuluh” Company, spread throughout Indonesia. The data that the researcher obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The conclusion in this article shows that the Digital Literacy variable has a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance in the first hypothesis. This is because the P-values in this article are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.016. These results mean that the better digital literacy possessed by an employee can make employees smarter, make it easier for them to complete tasks for the company, and ultimately improve employee performance. In the next hypothesis, the Work Ethic variable can also moderate the influence of the Digital Literacy variable on Employee Performance because the same thing is that the P-Values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, more significant than the direct test of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven
