Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an approach, namely the approach of several previous studies, as the main fuel to grow or create a hypothesis similar to prior research, modify it by adding several new variations, and prove it. The data that the researcher uses in this study is primary data that the researcher obtained from two hundred and fifty-five Eiger Customers in Indonesia who purchased goods through user-generated content intermediaries. The data used in this study is primary data that the researcher analysed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that the two hypotheses used in this study can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, the User Generated Content variable is stated to have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. This is because the  P-value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.016. These results are in line with previous studies that have been mentioned above. These results indicate that user-generated content can widen the market, make marketing more attractive, and ultimately influence purchasing decisions. In the next hypothesis, the Electronic-Word of Mouth variable can also moderate the influence of the User Generated Content variable on Purchasing Decisions. This is because the same thing is that the  P-value is positive and below the significance tariff of 0.000. These results show that the Electronic Word Of Mouth variable can make attractive marketing even more attractive, so that after moderation, its influence is more substantial than before, 0.016

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, which uses the three studies mentioned above as a fundamental basis for creating hypotheses, building hypotheses accompanied by arguments, and testing the hypotheses. Research data is needed to confirm the hypothesis. The research data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from ten environmental managers at BUMN companies under Rajwali Nusantra Indonesia. The data obtained by the researcher contains ten questions, including four questions about Green Accounting, four about Environmental Performance, and two about Good Corporate Governance. The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results in this article show that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis in this study, the Green Accounting variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Environmental Performance. This is because the  P-value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. These results mean that the better the Green Accounting is, the more funds a company can save on environmental expenditures, such as environmental accidents, and so on. This can improve Environmental Performance. In the following hypothesis, the Good Corporate Governance variable can also strengthen the influence of the Green Accounting variable on Environmental Performance. The same thing indicates this: the  P-value in the second column is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous research for three purposes, namely: creating hypotheses, creating new variations on hypotheses that are different from previous research, and proving hypotheses. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from sources that are definitely credible in the form of Three Second customers, with a total of two hundred customers spread throughout Indonesia. The data that researchers obtained were analyzed using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The conclusion is explained comprehensively in this section. In the first hypothesis in this article, it can be concluded that it is accepted and proven. This is because the P-values in this article are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.007. The results mentioned by the researcher above are in line with a number of previous studies, namely. This means that better user-generated content on a product can make a larger market share, increase product recognition in the eyes of the public, and so on, which can increase Purchasing Decisions. In the following hypothesis, the Electronic-Word of Mouth variable can strengthen or moderate the influence of the User Generated Content variable on Purchasing Decisions because the same thing, namely the P-Value value, is positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach that uses previous research as the primary weapon for building, modifying, and proving the hypotheses developed by the researcher in this article. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by the researcher from two hundred and seventy-five Tokopedia consumers spread throughout Indonesia, with a minimum of two shopping categories. The data obtained by the researcher must be validated, the variables must be tested for reliability, and the hypothesis must be proven through the path coefficient. The flows mentioned by the researcher are a sequence of tests using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this article show that each hypothesis used in this study is acceptable and even more interesting than the three previous studies. The results from the first row of the third table above indicate that the Product Security variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. The P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.019. These results indicate that the higher the level of security of a product, the higher the level of comfort and consumer interest in making a Purchase Decision. The next row shows that the second hypothesis in this study is also acceptable because the P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, the higher the consumer's Hedonic Browsing nature, the stronger the influence of Product Security on Purchasing Decisions. Based on this, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae in managing organic waste through rapid decomposition and nutrient-rich compost production. The primary objective was to evaluate the efficiency of BSF larvae in waste reduction and compost quality, particularly within urban environments, and to explore their scalability in urban waste management systems. The methodology involved controlled experiments to measure bioconversion rates at varying larval densities, temperature, and moisture levels. The compost produced by BSF larvae was analyzed for key nutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. The results demonstrated that BSF larvae effectively reduced organic waste by up to 86% within a few days, outperforming traditional composting methods. The compost produced was rich in essential nutrients, making it suitable for urban farming. Factors such as optimal larval density, temperature, and moisture content were crucial for maximizing decomposition efficiency and compost quality. However, the study also identified several challenges, including space constraints, public perception, and the logistical difficulties of scaling BSF larvae systems in urban areas. In conclusion, this research highlights the potential of BSF larvae as a sustainable solution for organic waste management, compost production, and urban farming. The findings contribute to the growing knowledge on sustainable waste management and urban agriculture, offering insights into integrating BSF larvae systems into existing waste management frameworks. Future research is needed to address scalability challenges and optimize the operational efficiency of BSF larvae systems in urban environments.

Abstract

This quantitative study uses an explanatory approach emphasizing basic research to compile arguments systematically and according to applicable scientific rules. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from tourists to Java S Beach, Beaches in Bali, and Beaches in Lampung, totaling two hundred and eighty-five foreign and local tourists. The data obtained by researchers were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, the Serviceescape variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Travel/Visit Decisions at a tourist attraction because the P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.013. This indicates that better Serviceescape implementation at a tourist attraction can make tourists more comfortable and interested, and help them decide to visit. In the following hypothesis, the Customer Satisfaction variable can strengthen the influence of the Serviceescape variable on Visit Decisions. The P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses are acceptable.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial technology (fintech) has created an urgent need for robust governance mechanisms. While AI drives digital transformation by enabling automation, personalization, fraud detection, and operational efficiency, it also introduces critical challenges related to ethics, security, transparency, and regulatory compliance. This study proposes an Ambidextrous AI Governance Framework, grounded in the COBIT 2019 framework, to address these challenges in fintech organizations. The framework balances exploration (innovation, agility, and ethical practices) with exploitation (risk control, compliance, and operational efficiency) through five integrated governance layers: Governance, Strategic Alignment, Ambidextrous, Operational, and Compliance & Assurance. A design science research approach was employed, including a literature review, expert validation, and simulation within a controlled fintech environment. The results showed that the proposed framework improved governance maturity across COBIT domains and embedded principles of trustworthy AI, such as transparency, accountability, and fairness. This research provides a scalable and adaptable model aligned with international standards, such as ISO/IEC 42001, and regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act and OJK guidelines. The proposed governance design enables fintech organizations to innovate responsibly while mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and fostering trust in AI-driven financial services.
