Abstract

Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Property Management within the Pekanbaru City Government is carried out, through the Cross Application Data Asset Management application system to facilitate inventory data collection and management of Regional Property which is an asset of the Pekanbaru City Government. The problems in this writing are still many Regional Property Items in Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus that have not been properly managed and recorded. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena and data obtained from document sources, mass median and journal. The results of the discussion in this writing are that in collecting data on the inventory of Regional Property in Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus, has been carried out well, however There are still several Regional Apparatuses who have not achieved the inventory progress target. Furthermore, the Pekanbaru City Asset Management Data Cross Application was used by all Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus properly.

Abstract

Welfare can be a person's basic right and one of the welfare needs that must be realized in accordance with the beliefs of the Indonesian state. The government has made various efforts to improve the quality of community welfare. The Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) program is expected to provide health protection to the community in terms of free health office services. This investigation aims to determine the use of the KIS Program Approach in Hegarmanah City. The theory used in this research is Edward III's hypothesis in Anggara (2018: 250) with specific measurements of Communication, Assets, Mien, Bureaucratic Structure. The method used can be a graphic strategy with a subjective approach, the rebels used in this investigation are meeting guides, cell phones, cell phone cameras, notebooks.The results of the research on the implementation of the KIS policy are seen from the communication aspect as not going well, from the aspect of resources being inadequate, from the aspect of disposition not being right, and from the aspect of bureaucratic structure it is already organized. It can be interpreted that the research conclusion on the implementation of the KIS policy in Hegarmanah Village has not been achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the performance of librarians in providing public services at the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service and explain the factors inhibiting the performance of librarians in providing public services. The low competency of human resources for librarians and the lack of number of librarians in the Soeman HS public library which is managed by the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service means there is an imbalance in the number of services available and the amount of workload. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. while the research informants included by the researchers were 12 (twelve) people. The results of this research explain that the performance of librarians in providing public services at the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service is quite good in accordance with their main duties and functions. However, in the context of Human Resources, there is still a need for qualified functional librarians through appointments made by the Regional Government or from librarian training with the aim of improving services at the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service.

Abstract

Advanced industry can be realized through an independent industrial structure. Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) have a significant role in opening up employment opportunities. One of the SMEs that is developing in Takisung District is charcoal. This study identifies and analyzes the potential and problems, especially related to the business activities of SMEs Charcoal in Ranggang Village, Ranggang Dalam and Batilai, Takisung District, Tanah Laut Regency. The analysis carried out is potential analysis and financial feasibility analysis. Potential analysis is carried out by collecting data in the field, financial feasibility analysis is calculated using NPV and Payback Period. While for the preparation of strategies, SWOT analysis is carried out. This study concludes that in general the potential and financial feasibility of charcoal products are very profitable.

Abstract

This study aims to explain service innovations in the field of Administration that have been carried out through the Public Service Mall by the Payakumbuh City government so that the services provided to the public are better. So far, what has happened in the community is the existence of bad services carried out by various agencies or local government organizations. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informant came from the Payakumbuh City Disdukcapil. The results of this study indicate that the Payakumbuh City Civil Registry Office has succeeded in becoming the best City Civil Registry Officer in the Population Administration Implementation (Adminduk) assessment. This can be seen in 2022 Payakumbuh City Dukcapil won 1st place in public service delivery at the West Sumatra Province level.

Abstract

Digitalization means the use of science and technology in the implementation of government both at the central and regional levels, especially public services to the community. Palembang city is one of the major cities in Indonesia that has carried out digitalization of public services. This can be seen in one of the service agencies in the Investment Office and One Door Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Palembang City with the real form of a Public Service Mall. Based on this, the author is interested in researching How the Palembang City Government Strives to Improve the Quality of Public Services Through Digitalization. The results of research obtained based on the characteristics of the quality of public services, namely the existence of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy can be concluded DPMPTSP Palembang city has implemented it optimally. This study uses qualitative research methods that emphasize the results of observations and interviews of various parties related to the formulation of the problem. This research is expected to make an important contribution to the progress of public services in Palembang City, furthermore this research supports.

Abstract

The government changed the integrated service post (Posyandu) to Integrated Primary Service (ILP) Posyandu to improve access, quality and coverage of community-based health services. ILP program aims to bring health services closer to the community through a network of primary health facilities such as Community Health Centers, Village Health Posts, and Posyandu. The enthusiasm of the community in participating in the Posyandu ILP activities varies in various regions. Several reports indicate high participation, while in other regions, the level of participation still needs to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to see community participation in participating in the Posyandu ILP Cendrawasih Laksamana Village program. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through key informants who were selected purposively or based on certain objectives. Wilcox's opinion regarding the stages of community participation provides an illustration that the lack of involvement of the elderly in various stages of participation, such as providing information, consultation, and joint decision-making, is the main cause of their low interest in participating in the program.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a primary means of keeping up with the rapid advancements in technology. In the process of public service delivery, the use of digitalization can enhance public participation, accelerate development, and support community empowerment through information technology. This encourages civil servants (ASN) to master technology so that the provision of public services to the community can be optimal and excellent. This study aims to determine the level of digital literacy by measuring the digital literacy level of civil servants in Sidoarjo Regency in using Employee Management Applications. In this research, the author will measure the digital literacy level of 99 civil servant respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. The study employs four measurement indicators from the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo): digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, and digital safety. A total of 33 statements will be presented in a questionnaire format. Before distributing these statements, the author has tested their validity and reliability. The results of the study indicate that the digital literacy level of civil servants in Sidoarjo Regency is 82%, which categorizes their digital literacy level as very high.

Abstract

Electronic land certificates have revolutionized the way land ownership is recorded and verified. By digitizing these important documents, they have become more secure, accessible, and efficient. This is certainly a positive development in the implementation of land certification. Previously, there were shortcomings related to efficiency and data accuracy. However, every policy certainly needs an ethical review to evaluate and ensure that the policies implemented can run well and perfectly. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems in the implementation of electronic land certification and explore ethical reviews in overcoming problems related to the implementation of electronic land certificates. Researchers use library research methods by critically and in-depth review of relevant library materials. This study raises several conclusions that the problems in land certification are related to data efficiency and accuracy, as well as fraud and data security. In addition, the steps and ethical considerations that need to be taken to resolve these problems are by ensuring data integrity and security, preventing fraud and data falsification, and implementing the principles of justice and transparency in making land certificates.

Abstract

The innovation in implementing the Jatim Bejo Program represents a strategic initiative by the East Java Provincial Government to support the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through digital marketing. In the context of digital transformation, MSMEs face significant challenges related to changing consumer behavior and technological advancements. This program aims to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs by providing training, creating a digital ecosystem, and leveraging data analytics for more targeted marketing. Known for its emphasis on local wisdom and cross-sector collaboration, Jatim Bejo not only facilitates access to modern technology but also helps MSMEs maintain their local identity in product marketing. Through the implementation of supportive policies and regulations, the Jatim Bejo Program is expected to significantly impact regional economic growth and strengthen the sustainability of MSMEs in the digital era.
