Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the application of 5S work culture at Yogo Nouen Farm on each variable, namely seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. The type of research used is qualitative research with the data sources being primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The research informants used are key informants, namely the Head of Part II and the Head of Farmers and supporting informants, namely Foreign Workers from Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Nepal. The data processing method used is the Miles and Huberman Model with the data validity technique is source triangulation and triangulation method as well as member check and reliability test is using the NVIVO 12 application. The result of this study is that from all measurements of the implementation of the 5S work culture, namely seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke,  two variables were found that have not been implemented properly, namely the seiketsu variable and the shitsuke variable. In  the variable of seketsu, it is indicated that there has been no marking or labeling of dangerous goods or equipment and warnings to be careful in the work area. The shitsuke variable  is indicated by the number of employees who have not complied with the predetermined regulations.Keywords: implementation; work culture; 5SABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan budaya kerja 5S di Yogo Nouen Farm pada masing-masing variabel yaitu seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, dan shitsuke. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Informan penelitian yang digunakan adalah informan kunci yaitu Kepala Bagian II dan Kepala Petani serta informan pendukung yaitu Tenaga Kerja Asing (TKA) asal Indonesia, Vietnam, Kamboja, dan Nepal. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Model Miles dan Huberman dengan teknik keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode serta member check dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan aplikasi NVIVO 12. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari seluruh pengukuran penerapan budaya kerja 5S yaitu seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, dan shitsuke ditemukan dua variabel yang belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu variabel seiketsu dan variabel shitsuke. Pada variabel seketsu terindikasi belum adanya penandaan atau pelabelan barang atau peralatan berbahaya serta peringatan untuk berhati-hati di area kerja. Variabel shitsuke terindikasi dari banyaknya karyawan yang belum menaati peraturan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata kunci: penerapan; budaya kerja; 5S

Abstract

ABSTRACTCamilan Berlian MSMEs, established in Pamekasan in 2020, focuses on producing taro chips (Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott) and has obtained halal certification. This certification serves as a crucial element in expanding market reach and enhancing consumer trust in its products. However, the business faces various risks that, if not properly managed, could hinder its growth. This study was conducted to analyze the business risks of Camilan Berlian MSMEs using the HOR approach. The research took place from September to December 2024. The analysis method employed in this study was the HOR framework. Based on the identification process in HOR Phase 1, 32 risk events and 18 risk agents were identified. These were then prioritized into 7 key risk agents for risk mitigation. Risk mitigation recommendations to address these 7 prioritized risk agents were analyzed through HOR Phase 2, resulting in 8 selected mitigation strategies, ranked from highest to lowest based on their Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETDk) values. These mitigation strategies are expected to be considered for implementation to address existing risks and reduce potential operational losses.Keywords: halal certification; house of risk; MSMEs; risk management ABSTRAKUMKM Camilan Berlian, yang didirikan di Pamekasan pada tahun 2020, berfokus pada produksi keripik talas (Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott) dan telah mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. Sertifikasi ini menjadi elemen penting untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk. Meskipun demikian, UMKM ini menghadapi berbagai risiko, yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat menghambat pertumbuhan usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis risiko bisnis UMKM Camilan Berlian menggunakan pendekatan HOR. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September hingga Desember 2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis HOR. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi pada fase HOR 1, ditemukan 32 kejadian risiko dan 18 sumber risiko yang kemudian diprioritaskan menjadi 7 sumber risiko untuk mitigasi risiko. Rekomendasi mitigasi risiko yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan 7 sumber risiko prioritas dianalisis melalui fase HOR 2 untuk memperoleh 8 mitigasi risiko yang dipilih dari yang tertinggi hingga terendah berdasarkan nilai efektivitas terhadap kesulitan (ETDk). Mitigasi ini diharapkan dapat dipertimbangkan agar dapat diterapkan dalam menghadapi risiko yang ada untuk mengurangi potensi kerugian aktivitas operasional.Kata Kunci: house of risk; manajemen risiko; sertifikasi halal; umkm

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, competence, and motivation on company performance, both directly and indirectly through employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Antika Anggrek, with a total sample of 35 respondents. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS with the aid of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that: (1) Leadership (X1) has an effect on company performance (Y); (2) Leadership (X1) has no effect on company performance (Y) through employee performance (X4); (3) Competence (X2) has no effect on company performance (Y); (4) Competence (X2) affects company performance (Y) through employee performance (X4); (5) Motivation (X3) affects company performance (Y); (6) Motivation (X3) affects company performance (Y) through employee performance (X4); (7) Employee performance (X4) affects company performance (Y); (8) Leadership (X1) has no effect on employee performance (X4); (9) Competence (X2) affects employee performance (X4); and (10) Motivation (X3) affects employee performance (X4).Keywords: company performance; employe performance; human resources; orchid; SEM-PLS.ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kinerja karyawan. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pada karyawan PT Antika Anggrek dengan sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.0. Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch aims to identify the causes and occurrence of risks, measure the level of risk, map the risks, determine the risk mitigation of biofloc tilapia Aquaculture process. Data analysis used severity index and probability and impact matrix methods. The data used were primary and secondary, collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Respondents totaled 12 farmers. The results showed there were 120 risk events and 52 risk causes. Validity and Reliability test results show 50 valid risk causes. Based on the results of the severity index measurement, the frequency level of risk causes is 1 category very rarely, 11 rarely, 25 quite often, and 13 often. The level of impact of risk agents is 1 small category, 13 medium, 33 large, and 3 very large. the results of risk mapping found that there were 13 dominant/extreme risk agents, 1 in seedling rearing, 3 in biofloc pond preparation, 2 in biofloc application, 1 in seed stocking, 4 in water quality management, and 2 in harvest and post-harvest. risk mitigation actions were determined through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), there are 9 priority mitigations that represent the entire process of biofoc system tilapia farming.Keywords: risk mitigation; severity index; probability and impact matrix; focus group discussion.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to: (1) Analyze the characteristics of Cipedak avocado seed consumers; (2) Analyzing the level of consumer satisfaction of Cipedak avocado seeds on the performance of marketing mix implementation; (3) Analyzing differences in satisfaction based on consumer characteristics; and (4) Formulate attributes that are priority improvements in Sejahtera Makmur Farmers Group, South Jakarta. Data types and sources use qualitative data and quantitative data, with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis uses the Chi Square method, descriptive analysis, CSI, and IPA. The research results show that 1) The majority of consumers live in South Jakarta, male, age range 45-54 years, have at least a high school/vocational education, married status, farmer profession, income IDR 4,000,000-7,000,000/month; 2) Satisfaction level of 87.03%, which means consumers are "very satisfied" with the performance provided; 3) There are no significant differences between consumer characteristics and consumer satisfaction; 4) Attributes that are priority improvements in quadrant I are in the promotion variable (Instagram DM as a medium for sending messages, promotion via Google Maps, and promotion via Instagram account posts), in the place variable (affordability of the place), and in the physical evidence variable (availability of parking space and availability of huts).Keywords: consumer characteristics; consumer satisfaction; marketing mix; CSI; IPA.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis karakteristik konsumen bibit alpukat Cipedak; (2) Menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen bibit alpukat Cipedak terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran; (3) Menganalisis perbedaan kepuasan berdasarkan karakteristik konsumen; dan (4) Merumuskan atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan di Kelompok Tani Sejahtera Makmur Jakarta Selatan. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode Chi Square, analisis deskriptif, CSI, dan IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Konsumen mayoritas berdomisili Jakarta Selatan, jenis kelamin laki-laki, rentang usia 45-54 tahun, berpendidikan terakhir SMA/SMK, berstatus menikah, profesi petani, pendapatan Rp4.000.000-7.000.000/bulan; 2) Tingkat kepuasan sebesar 87,03% yang berarti konsumen “sangat puas” terhadap kinerja yang diberikan; 3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara karakteristik konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen; 4) Atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan pada kuadran I yang berada pada variabel promosi (DM Instagram sebagai media berkirim pesan, promosi melalui Google Maps, dan promosi melalui postingan akun Instagram), pada variabel tempat (keterjangkauan tempat), dan pada variabel bukti fisik (ketersediaan tempat parkir dan ketersediaan saung).Kata Kunci: karakteristik konsumen; kepuasan konsumen; bauran pemasaran; CSI; IPA.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWith the importance of organic agriculture (OA) in providing safer food for the consumers, reliable and harmless production for the farmers and the environment, there is a need for more adopters. In the Philippines, the government provided and implemented various programs to convince farmers to adopt OA. But most of the farmers who have adopted OA are more focused on its health and environmental benefits, forsaking its profit benefits. Advantages must be explored and presented focusing on the most profitable business model. With this, the study aims to create a business model canvas of organic farms in Laguna, Philippines and to help farmers easily and efficiently assess how they will be able to make profit albeit fulfilling a need and catering value to their customers, further persuading more farmers to adopt OA. This qualitative study used Historically Structured Inviting on 36 organic farmers in Laguna, Philippines, mostly small-scale farms. Interviewed and observed at least twice between 2017 to 2023. Upon in-depth interviews, risks in production, marketing, financial, and human resources were identified. Market opportunities were assessed. Abstract

Indonesian waters as a country that has large areas of coral reefs, so that Indonesia has a variety of marine products, one of which has high economic value, namely sea cucumbers. Production of sea cucumbers in Indonesia continues to increase but only relies on marine catches causing unstable sea cucumber production. The stipulation of COP 18 CITES which regulates the protection, preservation and utilization of several types of sea cucumbers whose circulation is restricted based on volume. One of them is the black milk sea cucumber (Holothuria whitmaei) which can be found in Indonesian waters.This study analyzes the export competitiveness of sea cucumbers to the main destination countries, namely China, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore and analyzes the export trend of Indonesian sea cucumbers for forecasting the next 10 years. The scope of research includes sea cucumbers with HS code 160561. The methods used are RCA, EPD and linear trend.The results of research using the RCA method in China have an average value of 1.27 which has a comparative advantage and Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore do not have a comparative advantage. The EPD method shows that Indonesian sea cucumbers are in the Falling Star position in the four main destination countries. In the linear trend analysis, the export value of Indonesian sea cucumbers has increased (positive) and the export value of Indonesian sea cucumbers is predicted to continue to increase. The trend value is positive and indicates a positive development cycle movement which means that Indonesia's sea cucumber exports still have the opportunity to increase for the next ten years.AbstrakPerairan Indonesia memiliki wilayah terumbu karang yang luas, sehingga Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman hasil laut, salah satunya yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi yaitu teripang. Produksi teripang di Indonesia terus meningkat namun hanya mengandalkan hasil tangkap laut menyebabkan produksi teripang tidak stabil. Ditetapkannya COP 18 CITES yang mengatur perlindungan, pelestarian, dan pemanfaatan beberapa jenis teripang tangkap laut dibatasi peredarannya berdasarkan volume. Salah satunya terdapat teripang susu hitam (Holothuria whitmaei) yang dapat ditemukan di perairan Indonesia .Penelitian ini menganalisis daya saing ekspor teripang ke negara tujuan utama yaitu China, Hongkong, Korea Selatan, dan Singapura serta menganalisis trend ekspor teripang Indonesia untuk peramalan 10 tahun kedepan. Ruang lingkup penelitian mencakup teripang dengan kode HS 160561. Metode yang digunakan adalah RCA, EPD dan trend linier.Hasil penelitian dengan metode RCA pada negara China nilai rata-rata 1,27 memiliki keunggulan komparatif dan pada Hongkong, Korea Selatan, dan Singapura tidak memiliki keunggulan komparatif. Metode EPD menunjukan teripang Indonesia terdapat pada posisi Falling Star pada ke empat negara tujuan utama. Pada analisis trend linier nilai ekspor teripang Indonesia meningkat (positif) dan nilai ekspor teripang Indonesia diramalkan akan terus meningkat. Nilai trend yang positif dan menunjukkan pergerakan siklus perkembangan yang positif yang berarti ekspor teripang Indonesia masih berpeluang meningkat untuk sepuluh tahun kedepan.

Abstract

Currently, 80% of the national garlic demand is filled by imports. The aims of this research are: 1) To analyze the forecasting/ projection of garlic production in 2023-2032; 2) Analyze forecasting/projection of garlic consumption in Indonesia in 2022-2032. The type of data used in this research is secondary data which is quantitative. The quantitative data used is time-series data from 1996-2022 for garlic production and data from 1996-2020 for garlic consumption in Indonesia. The forecasting method used in this study is the ARIMA method and the Trend Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that forecasting garlic production in Indonesia during the 2023-2032 period tends to decrease with an average growth in forecasting the amount of Indonesian garlic consumption during the 2022-2031 period of -5.48% per year. Forecasting of garlic consumption in Indonesia during the 2022-2031 period tends to increase with an average growth in forecasting the amount of Indonesian garlic consumption of 1.69% per year. Keywords: forecasting; garlic production; consumption; ARIMA; Trend Analysis   ABSTRAK Pemenuhan kebutuhan bawang putih nasional untuk saat ini sebesar 80% berasal dari impor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menganalisis peramalan/proyeksi jumlah produksi bawang putih tahun 2023-2032; 2) Menganalisis peramalan/proyeksi jumlah konsumsi bawang putih di Indonesia tahun 2022-2032. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersifat kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif yang digunakan yaitu data time-series dari tahun 1996-2022 untuk produksi bawang putih dan data tahun 1996-2020 untuk konsumsi bawang putih di Indonesia. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode ARIMA dan metode Proyeksi Trend. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peramalan produksi bawang putih di Indonesia selama periode 2023-2032 cenderung mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan pada peramalan jumlah konsumsi bawang putih Indonesia selama periode 2022-2031 adalah sebesar -5,48% per tahun. Peramalan konsumsi bawang putih di Indonesia selama periode 2022-2031 cenderung mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan pada peramalan jumlah konsumsi bawang putih Indonesia adalah sebesar 1,69% per tahun. Kata Kunci: peramalan; produksi bawang putih; konsumsi; ARIMA; Analisis Tren

Abstract

Tukangsayur.id is an application for shopping that provides daily needs. Tukangsayur.id collaborates with traditional market, MSME, and distributor that called mitra Tukangsayur.id. There is a supply chain that contains some activities especially for frozen food products. Supply chain activities are closely related to emerging risks. The occurrence and causes of the risk need to be prevented. This research aims to identify the occurrence and causes of supply chain risks, measure and map the level of risk, and recommend the risk mitigation strategies. This research was conducted through explanatory and descriptive research and used qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The respondents are the owner and two employees of Prettymoms Food, a warehouse staff, a merchant staff, a customer service, and three change the capitalization Tukangsayur.id. The research methods used are the SCOR model, HOR 2 Phase, and Pareto Chart. The results showed that there are 23 risk events with 34 causes and 27 risk priority strategies to handle 20 risk priority agents at supplier level. There are 25 risk events with 28 risk causes and 36 risk priority strategies to handle 27 risk priority agents at the marketplace level. There are 15 risk events with 20 risk causes and 16 priority strategy risks to handle 14 risk priority agents at the distributor.  Keywords: Supply Chain; Risk Mitigation; SCOR; Pareto Chart; HOR 2 Phase  ABSTRAK Tukangsayur.id merupakan aplikasi belanja yang menyediakan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Tukangsayur.id bekerja sama dengan pasar tradisional, UMKM, dan distributor yang disebut mitra Tukangsayur.id. Terdapat rantai pasok yang memuat beberapa aktivitas khususnya untuk produk makanan beku. Aktivitas rantai pasokan erat kaitannya dengan risiko yang muncul. Terjadinya dan penyebab risiko perlu dicegah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian dan penyebab risiko rantai pasok, mengukur dan memetakan tingkat risiko, serta merekomendasikan strategi mitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penelitian eksplanatori dan deskriptif serta menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi pustaka. Respondennya adalah pemilik dan dua orang karyawan Prettymoms Food, seorang staf gudang, seorang staf merchant, seorang customer service, dan tiga mitra Tukangsayur.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model SCOR, HOR 2 Phase, dan Pareto Chart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 23 kejadian risiko dengan 34 penyebab dan 27 strategi prioritas risiko untuk menangani 20 agen prioritas risiko di tingkat pemasok. Terdapat 25 kejadian risiko dengan 28 penyebab risiko dan 36 strategi prioritas risiko untuk menangani 27 agen prioritas risiko di tingkat pasar. Terdapat 15 kejadian risiko dengan 20 penyebab risiko dan 16 risiko strategi prioritas untuk ditangani 14 agen prioritas risiko di tingkat distributor. Kata Kunci: Rantai Pasok; Mitigasi Risiko; SCOR; Diagram Pareto; dan Model HOR 2 Fase.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) Identify risk events and risk causes; (2) Measure the level of risk; (3) Map out the risks; and (4) Formulate risk mitigation strategies for the premium melon supply chain at PT Villa Tani Indonesia. The research analysis method is conducted using the SCOR model, HOR phase 1, Pareto Diagram, and HOR phase 2. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaire filling, and literature study. The sources of information at the farmer level are Arshi Farm's owner, and at the PT Villa Tani Indonesia level, it includes the CEO, inventory & packing staff, purchasing staff, and marketing staff. The results of this study reveal that there are 25 risk events and 43 risk causes at the farmer level, and 27 risk events and 42 risk causes at the PT Villa Tani Indonesia level. Based on the processing of the HOR phase I table and Pareto diagram, it is known that at the farmer level, there are 16 priority risk causes, while at the PT Villa Tani Indonesia level, there are 28 priority risk causes. Based on these priority risk causes, there are 18 mitigation strategies at the farmer level and 20 mitigation strategies at the PT Villa Tani Indonesia level. Keywords: risk mitigation, supply chain, premium melon, SCOR model, HORABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko dan penyebab risiko; (2) Mengukur tingkat risiko; (3) Memetakan risiko; dan (4) Merumuskan strategi mitigasi risiko rantai pasok melon premium pada PT Villa Tani Indonesia. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan menggunakan model SCOR, HOR fase 1, Diagram Pareto, dan HOR fase 2. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Narasumber tingkat petani adalah owner Arshi Farm dan pada tingkat PT Villa Tani Indonesia adalah CEO, staff inventory & packing, staff purchasing dan staff marketing. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat 25 kejadian risiko dan 43 penyebab risiko pada tingkat petani, dan 27 kejadian risiko dan 42 penyebab risiko pada tingkat PT Villa Tani Indonesia. Berdasarkan pengolahan tabel HOR fase I dan diagram pareto diketahui pada tingkat petani, terdapat 16 penyebab risiko prioritas, sedangkan pada tingkat PT Villa Tani Indonesia, terdapat 28 penyebab risiko prioritas. Berdasarkan penyebab risiko prioritas tersebut, terdapat 18 strategi mitigasi pada tingkat petani dan 20 strategi mitigasi pada tingkat PT Villa Tani Indonesia. Kata kunci: mitigasi risiko, rantai pasok, melon premium, model SCOR, HOR
